This list will include things that many other players talked about, I'm just putting all of them together.
-Elite Orb of Alchemy drops
-Radiant Fire Crystal drops
-Balanced of Armor, weapons, trinkets, automatic targeting. and classes in PvP
-Difficulty Systems
-Difficulty Spikes(Balance of monster difficulty)
-Freeze-locking system
-Servers(and what to do when players do lag)
-A way to AFK safely(pause button or monster range of vision)

Wow! A list of things that people want in Spiral Knights!
What a novel idea!
Elite Orbs are fine, 5* gear is rarely made and they drop often enough you will almost always have what you need after you start doing T3 regularly. The 3* orbs on the other hand are bloody rare, even if you do T2 regularly. I've never found a need to buy 2*, 4*, or 5* orbs... but I almost always have to buy 3* ones when I actually want to make something new.
Difficulty system... it would be nice if on elite the monsters got back their old attacks that actually made them dangerous. More damage means nothing if they can't hit you, and more HP just means you gotta smack it one more time.
Only difficulty spikes I can think of are T3 Rocket Puppies, Fiends, and the mini critters. All have the capabilities of being substantially harder than other monsters for that floor.
It is a MMO, you AFK at your own peril while on a run. Although this is only an issue on SK on the rare floors where you have respawning enemies as most of the time monsters do not spawn until you approach their room.
