Actually, yea, they do. We were supposed to get the update last week wednesday, then some bugs came up with the new content, so we were assuming since Aphrodite said it would come next week, it's next week.
Within the last update (Newest Vanguard Missions), they showed 2 sets of pictures within 4 days. After the fourth day, the update arrived.
And then there was that one time they said there would be an update in a month, and instead it came in 13.
I know that they specifically said they didn't want to put out specific release dates be--

And there was that one time, when it came out, there was so much new stuff, it required everything to be balanced, all guns had to be balanced. OOO was also probably going through some tough times with developing because Nick left. OOO also has a very small team.

I can't even remember what it was I was complaining about. Something about release schedules ... well, whatever.
I was referring to the hour of the day updates are made. I knew it was too early because for the past two years updates have come on Wednesdays around an hour after my lunch break, and I checked the forums during it. I don't understand your rant; it's just common knowledge I could find by going back to pages 1 and 2 of this thread...
So I guess I could say "Actually, no, they don't," considering they came in the timeframe I had expected.
I don't really even see why you would challenge me telling you all to be patient for another hour or two.
Updates usually don't come this early. Give it some time.
