Laws and Civilizations: A Rule-Based Game

Hello! I'm bored right now, so I've decided to start a new forum game! I probably won't post for the next few days since I am on vacation.

There was an implosion.
Then there was nothing.
And then the universe began all over again.
This universe has been restarted numerous times as the gods battled fruitlessly over several eternities. Across all existences of the universe, there have been a few rules that always repeated. They are known as The Seven. The acronym AELIAD means Across Every Location Including All Dimensions.
1) Rules CANNOT be changed or destroyed AELIAD.
2) Rules CANNOT contradict each other AELIAD.
3) Gods CAN create new rules AELIAD.
4) All rules MUST include AELIAD.
5) Rules need not be relevant AELIAD.
6) Gods CANNOT be changed by ANY means from a source other than themselves AELIAD.
7) The universe WILL implode once 40 rules other than The Seven are made AELIAD.

To play, just create a god and begin! The point of this game is to use rules to improve your own civilizations and screw over others.
I am Teh, god of epics and winning. I create humans on the North Pole.
1) All humans are resistant to cold AELIAD.
My humans start making axes out of snow.
2) Any item, when turned into an axe, is indestructible AELIAD.
My humans call themselves the Roamers of Epics, much to my gratefulness. They settle into daily life, surviving using axes.

With my humans slaughtered, I restart my civilization on the plains of Canada, which is north of the USA for the information of the sheltered few. I grow a forest.

My army uses their new lightning infused weapons to destroy all the stealth bombers. They then march towards Europe where they begin attacking Matikclocker's army with their lightning infused weapons.

@Kian-Slime-Master You can only make 3 rules at a time, that shovel rule contradicts with the swords being the strongest weapon rule, so you need to change it, and rule 18: you can't resist lightning.

33. All who oppose Spirare and his colony of spirals will instantly explode after this rule is created AELIAD.

35. Anybody who is under the control of a god created by Vanaduke-Destroyer will instantly explode. This explosion cannot be resisted in any way and kills them pernamently (so no respawning) AELIAD.
All of Spirare's minions suddenly explode leaving them with no army. Mister Potato Head explodes as well into a million potatoes.
