So, instead of our current system, the devs should make each level one depth deeper, like in danger rooms.
Deeper depths and danger rooms already have more loot and higher difficulty, so it is easier to impliment this system than implimenting elite mode.
So, how is this idea of mine?

Elite mode boosts it FAR beyond that.
It also boosts rarity drops a lot, but that doesn't change with depth. This will KILL all Clockworks rarity drops. Seriously, no.
