Chapter 13; Friendly: 1:22PM (Part 5, 2:17PM)
-Medic
As we passed by the now, dismantled fountain, we went a bit faster. The pathways were now smeared with ash and oil, the buildings still in flames, which would probably be replaced by factories and small houses. Ztype still was on-top of Dusks' head, like it was his own place to sleep. I was behind the group and the boxes were right beside me, then I took a look inside and saw some of the shields that Dusk and Mystic were talking about. 'Hopefully the shields will come in handy for something after that person fixed it.' I thought but than, some kind of mist envelope us all, causing us to look up and see greavers and some kind of canister on their backs. The mist was apparently smoke then bombs came flying down. There were gremlin demos on other greavers, the gremlins yelling, "Catch!!"
"Shoot, run for it!!" Mystic shouted and grabbed the box to put it on-top of his shoulder, dashing off with us behind. We weren't in a group but running in and out of the explosions, the bombs range were larger than before and had an elemental sting in it. "How far away are we?!" Blitz shouted over the bombs going off. "Just keep running. We'll get there when we get there!" Dusk yelled, one hand on Ztype and the other, holding the box over his shoulder. We kept running, nearly tripping over the debris left over by your's and truly, the monsters.
-Mystic
Blitz practically flew over everything, like someone was helping her over the debris and guiding her where to go. Dusk was scrambling to stay on his feet, as he got something really heavy on one shoulder and his other hand occupied. Medic was, oddly enough, running pretty well for being in a infirmary for most of his occupational life. I was deciding to not to turn into a trojan, which was a good idea seeing that the bombs could set off behind you. Man do I hate when that happens. The demos were laughing happily as they saw one of us almost fall down and nearly hitting the ground. Some of the greavers even flew down closer just so the demos could get a better aim. Then I saw some stairs.
"I see the stairs!" Medic shouted ahead of us. He ran faster and got up the stairs with us behind. He got in there first and soon, smoke started to cover the air above, giving us cover. But the demos didn't stop as they were pelting down their bombs the whole time.
"Where did this smoke come from?" I heard Blitz ask.
"I made the smoke. Now hurry!"
I looked across the road and saw Firehate with Travid, and three other knights right on their tails. One of the knights motioned his hand towards the training hall. After some dodging, we all made it inside but two more were outside, a barricade of bombs blocking their path. They stared at each other, nodded their heads, and took the chance.

Chapter 13; Friendly: 1:22PM (Part 6, 2:14PM)
-Firehate
The sounds we heard soon became silhouettes of gremlins. "Lets hide in the alleyways." I heard Theo whisper and lightly made his way to one of them. I looked away to see that there was no one behind me and I hurried to an alleyway across the street.
"You know, King Tinkinzar can be a real bother sometimes." I heard a gremlin say.
"Hey, why aren't you talking in the gremlin language?" Another one said, turning out to be an older mender.
"Meh, don't feel like the trouble of needing to." The first one came into view and turned out to be a young thwacker. Probably unaware that if he talked in his old language, he could secretly talk about their plans and might never have to deal with us spoiling it. Bad timing.
"They were right, some young ones are idiots."
"Hey! You don't mean me, do you?" As the thwacker finished his question, the mender shrugged and they kept walking slowly.
"Can I kill them?" I talked into the microphone which was sent over to Travid. "What? No! Even though I hate those gremlins, you want us to be found out?" He whispered back. "Well, you got a point there." I turned off the com and looked back at the pair of gremlins. The mender started talking in his gremlin tongue while the thwacker talked in english.
The mender said something which the the thwacker responded, "Pfft, for all I care Kiz, a crimson order gremlin can lock me up for however long they want. I mean, they got all of the bosses down there so it won't be much trouble. Just easily shout out, 'I'm Kraden and you must listen to me or else!' Then you're like the leader for everything." I shook my head in disbelief of the gremlin. Shouting out his opinions and actually giving out his name, idiot. The mender, who I think is Kiz, looked at Kraden, and his face looked completely dumbfounded that I nearly laughed out loud. Soon, Kraden was scolded by Kiz, who wasn't even caring that much.
"The more I see the King give out orders, the more I'm convinced that that's how it is to be a ruler." Kiz just waved his hands in the air, like he gave up and walked away. "Hey, what'd I say? Kiz, you're kidding, right? Right?!" Kraden ran after Kiz and we came out from where we were hiding.
-Bio
Man did Firehate like to get into fights. Never the less, we joined up in the center of the road. "Everyone heard what they were talking about? Cause I think we should tell others about this." Lance said, looking at all of us. We nodded in response. "Okay then, let's head back and tell Kozma what we heard." Travid said and started walking in the direction of the training hall. The rest of the way wasn't that hard, there weren't any monster out or any strange noises coming from the shadows. We didn't talk to each other, probably because we got nothing to talk about. Other than that, we got to where there used to be the over-hanging covers, now nothing but flying pieces of cloth or burned out into ashes flying the wind.
As we came towards the training hall, I felt the ground was shaking, like some sort of quake was happening. I later found out that it was bombs, lots and lots of bombs. The bombs were gremlin-tech, aiming for someone other than us. That's when I saw the shadows of some knights come into view. I thought that they didn't know where to go so I madly waved my hand towards the training hall, telling them to go in. We all kept running till we made it in. That's when I noticed that two knights from our group was missing, Lance and Travid. I saw them at the entrance of the training hall, a couple of feet away. They looked at the bombs before them, nodded their heads, and try to run straight through them. They made it in, just in time as the fuse went off when their feet touched the floors inside. "Wow, even after that, I still wanna go bombing." Lance muttered to himself, him and Travid lying down on the floor. "Not me, I might not go bombing for a while." Travid laughed, all of us picking them up. After we relaxed a bit, Kozma wanted to get us together to get to know each other, and understand what our next mission to do was. So we called around a meeting for those who experienced the Clockworks before the invasion and those who were outside during that time. But then I heard Firehate talk to Kozma about two other groups still outside. "You call them in, tell them that the search is halted until we could get a hold of ourselves and know what to expect out there. Don't forget to metion that there are bombs outside, laid out by the gremlin demos." Firehate nodded and walked away to an area where he could talk to them better. We managed to calm down a bit and get some knights together, the others were going to come soon. But with the bombs still going off, we didn't know if the training hall could take anymore damage.
Kozma wanted to get us together to get to know each other
Time for some poorly made up "white" lies about myself or just refuse to answer/dissappear for a few chapters, I guess?
Then can you put my character in when they are going to king tinkinzar, they find him rebelling against him. They find the limp bodies of the crimson order scattered everywhere. King tinkinzar is backing up in the corner. General Altair has his Sentenza raised up and ready to shoot. But then, out of nowhere, a scorcher comes and Incinerates him. Just before he dies, he plants a bomb, which blows up and a huge void opens. The scorcher gets sucked in, and his limp figure is thrown out. Then, a huge scary skelly/sinister skelly army comes out to either help the knights or avenge General Altair's death.
"I have mid-terms next week so I'm studying and writing at the same time. (kinda hard with math haunting you) And I have some other business on Sundays so chapters coming out slowly but expect them still. Also Dutchman, I think I can make him in somewhere, just not mentioned as much like the others."-Blindshot

Chapter 14; Some Calls: 2:04PM
-Third Person
"Who would be needing you now, of all time Evan?" Arus asked as Evan started walking out of the room, stating that someone was contacting him through his telecom. "Hey, I keep up-to-date with my friends this way. Unlike someone else I know." He mocked and left the room. Evan headed down the hallway, saw a open door to a empty room and headed in. "Okay, you can talk now Nerco." He closed the door and sat down against the wall. "I need you to try and tell most of the squads we have stationed there to get up here. There seems to be some knights wondering around and I want them caught. Even though your a bit busy, some of these monsters don't do anything so send some over ASAP. Got that?" Evan gave a small sigh as he heard some footsteps outside. "Yea, I got that. Listen, I've got to go, you'll see those troops over in Haven in a few hours so try not to get too grumpy if they don't get there in time." Evan clicked off the comlink and got up to the door. Outside was a gremlin mender who was holding his staff across his shoulders, the ends of the staff nearly touching the walls. Evan was about to walk into the crystal end when he saw the purple light get a bit brighter as he was walking out.
"Better watch where you're going next time dude." The gremlin said as he walked by. Evan blinked and looked down the hallway. The gremlin rounded a corner so Evan just left him alone and went the other way. 'Some mender he is.' He thought. Just then, someone tapped on his shoulder. "Evan, come help me sort this out with Crimson." Arus said and went down another hallway. The way that Arus went was a bit darker since the lights were practically dead by now. The door to Crimsons' room was open, seeming to look like shadows of flames were dancing off of the door. "Crimson, this is Evan, an old friend of mine's." Arus told the vog, who looked like he woke up from a very long sleep in some really tall grass. "Shut up. For all I care, I could be having a nightmare or someone made me sleep REALLY deeply." Talon gave a sigh, she thought she must have had the numbers wrong, and she was right. "Arus, it's the medicine. Looks like I added in the wrong measurements." She was putting some things in a bag she had, cleaning up a bit around a table. "Well that's great. We now got a vog that doesn't believe in anything we say and I think the Crimson Order members are wondering where I am right now. What a fun day today is." He slumped back in a chair next to the make-shift bed, which was luckily fireproof. Talon left the room into a closet, dragging a chair behind her.
"Arus, we can go back to Haven, but I don't think leaving Crimson here with Talon is a good idea." Evan broke the sound of the chair screeching with his comment. Crimson gave a small whimper, jumped up on his hind legs, than fell backwards on the bed. "If that vog destroys that bed, Wedge has some fixing up to do. I might have to clean it up too…" She trailed off and walked back in the closet. "Okay, but I'm not dragging him." Arus proclaimed and looked at Evan. "Okay, lets just fit over a collar on him and pull the leash." Evan suggested, then Arus shot a glare at him. Just then, Talon went over to Crimson and dumped a vial of something, that was light aqua in color, in his mouth. In a couple of seconds, he was fast asleep and curled up. "This only lasts for about an hour or so, enough time for you guys to go back up to Haven. Don't ask me what it is either." She went back to a cabinet and threw health pills at them. "Crimson might need these once he's under control too. Just don't give it to him when he's acting all weird." She then left the room to leave two gremlins and a sleeping vog alone. "Okay, I'm going to prep the elevator while you try to get Crimson out of that bed. Try not to get burned!" Evan shouted and left. Arus was about to shout something when he knew Evan wasn't going to turn back. "One day, he's going to be the one dragging someone to a elevator." Arus muttered, pulling Crimson over his shoulders and walking out towards the direction Evan went. Soon some gremlins who were stationed there looked at Arus and Crimson. "It's just a vog, nothing else to see here." Arus said firmly and the gremlins left.
Evan was messing around with the dashboard and crouched down to connect some wires underneath it. "Blue with yellow, and green with red.." He murmured and didn't notice that Arus was standing right behind him. "What are you doing?" Arus asked as he placed Crimson down on the platform. "Last minute fixing it up. The wires here have been burned out. Okay, done." He got up and punched the up button, the light getting brighter and brighter as they passed by each depth.
Thanks a lot man.
I really like this fan fiction, and I wanted to be in it so badly when I found out about it.
:)
"No problem. Anyways, I think you guys can see how slow these chapters are coming along but I have time later in the nights to write them up. Reading some parts aloud with my cousin, I can see the mistakes I've done and fix them up. This part is up now because some of you might want to read it now. If only I can actually carry this around and write as I go."-Blindshot

Chapter 14; Some Calls: 2:04PM (Part 2, 2:32PM)
-Third person at Training Hall
"Let's start off with the introductions, my name is Kozma."
"Dusk."
"Will."
"Amber."
"Mystic."
"Stormer."
"Doggies."
"Ztype, mew."
"Ghig, short for Ghigxhalon."
"Travid."
"Firehate."
"Erick."
"Blitz."
"Theo."
"Bio."
"Lance."
"Blue."
"Umm, Xeris."
"Alma!"
"Ow, her screaming really does hurt your ear." Will rubbed his ear, even though it was covered by the headset. "So all of you have witnessed the Clockworks while this was happening and came back alive?" Kozma asked as she looked at all of them. They all nodded. "Then how would you all like to give your stories for everyone to hear?" She asked then Dusk answered. "I think I'll start. (Insert everything that had happened so far up till now.)"
"What does everyone think the plan of action should be?" A silence followed after for a few seconds, until Blue spoke up. "I know that this is an odd thing to say but, how about we try to figure out a treaty or something along the lines like that?" Everyone turned to face her, except a few who were working, then a sound of electricity made everyone turn towards the source. "What? I'm just upgrading the shields, and I agree with Blue. I think we should try and see if some monsters will come with us. Maybe we can find the bosses and see who's really behind all of this?" Amber asked, looking back at everyone. "I agree too. If we can bring everything back to the way it was, it might just solve some problems. Also RT is my favorite boss that brings in most of my income." Erick replied from where he was, leaning against a locker/closet of some sort. Everyone who was near the small gathering heard what they was talking about, talking to the ones near them and nodding their heads.
"Same here!!"
"ALMA! Can you warn me BEFORE you start screaming in my ear?!" Amber said into her headset, talking back to Alma. She clicked a button on it, setting it on so everyone could hear. "Don't worry, I don't think you're going to suffer any hearing damage from me shouting into the microphone just to make everyone hear me." Amber let out a small growl but Alma ignored it and continued on. "Like what me and Blue said before, there are some who don't agree to what the other monsters are doing now. If we can convince some more to come with us, then our numbers will increase and that could change at least some things in a war." As Kozma heard everything that she could hear, she was considering the plan of action for later on. "So then, a team of knights will head down into the Clockworks, while a group of us will stay up here and try to find others that are hiding out in the area. Agree?" "Agreed." Everyone replied to Kozma's question.
i'm back in the story! and i'm sorry to say i'm retiring from RT. JK offers more crowns than RT pulsar selling but.....i might save for a second pulsar.......maybe
"I'm sorry about the delay, just that my family worries so they made me go on a study session for a couple of days, just two more mid-terms tomorrow and that should lift some weight off of my shoulders. Another delay since it's going to be Chinese New Year, I have to help prepare for it this weekend too so sorry in advance for that. Other than that, just finished the part so enjoy."-Blindshot
"Crap, really Medic? More exams?"-Firehate
"File a complaint order to my lawyer, for all I care."-Medic
"You got a lawyer?"-Lance
"All medics got lawyers, some just don't."-Alma
"I feel like I should watch out for medics now."-Xeris
"You could be right about that."-Travid
Chapter 14; Some Calls: 2:04PM (Part 3, 2:53PM)
"Kozma, can I ask you a question?" Keston asked, standing up. "Sure, go ahead."
"Well, Feron had told me once that there was a switch or lever of some kind that could lead under the training hall. He said it was a safe place if anything like this would happen. The survivors could stay down there like it was their rooms and adjust themselves a bit more to the situation as it seems like it changes every rotation and every hour." Kozma looked at Keston, wanting him to explain more what he heard from Feron. "If your asking me where the switch is, I don't know. All he told me was that Konway might know but the thing is, he might or might not know about it at the same time. You can ask him and knowing Konway myself, he could be searching nearly every inch of this place to look for it or if he knows, he could just pick it out of thin air."
"Ok, thanks for telling me Keston."
"Just helping out." Keston walked away and sat on top of the pipes near the screens at the entrance of the training hall.
Smoke was still coming inside the hall, making everything a grayer color then what it should be. "Konway!" Kozma shouted, seeing someone running up towards her. "Right here." Konway saluted to her, a bit tired trying to keep everything in order in the training hall. "Do you know about the secret room underneath the floors we are standing on right now?" Konway was brushing off dust from his shoulders while she was talking, stopping when something clicked in his head after she asked. "Yea, about that, I know a little bit about it but since the knights came in, I didn't have time to look into the cabinets to find the paper Feron told me to keep. The hint that struck me right now was that it is at the west wing, on the other side of the deep cavern somewhere on the wall. We could use the piece of metal that fell from the ceiling to make a bridge of some sort to cross over and search there for any clues." Kozma nodded and in a few minutes, with the help of some other knights, they got the metal across the cavern to reach the other side. "I'll go across." Stormer said and balanced herself on the beam-like metal.
She started looking at the walls, the shufflebots staying back and away from what she was doing. Then she started to look at the floor, crawling on her hands and knees to see if she would feel anything until, she felt something under her left knee. She looked at the metal plating, something making it different from the rest. She tugged at the plate and it came up a bit, the insides still dark with the shadows. 'So there is something in there. But the question is, what?' Weighting the odds, she placed both hands on the square piece of metal, braced herself and pulled with all her might. She pulled a bit too hard as she nearly fell backwards from the force but it came off none the less. The piece came off cleanly and inside was a piece of paper folded up with a box underneath it. "Stormer! Find anything?!" Ghig shouted. She waved her hand above her head and stood up. She shoved the metal back in place with her foot and began walking across the metal beam. "What's that you're holding?" Bio looked over her shoulder and saw the paper that was in her left hand. She frowned then cuffed Bio in the stomach. "Can you give me some room? You'll know what's inside once Kozma knows what it means. Do you, Kozma?"
"I think I heard some officers talk about a hidden container that someone left here, but no one found it during the construction of the training hall."
"Well, seems like someone found it now." Erick was about to touch the box until Stormer held it above her head and threw it to Kozma. Kozma then unfolded the paper, looked at it, and walked towards the front desk, couching down to look underneath it. She saw that there was some kind of a wooden cover located all the way in the back of the desk. There were some keys on it, the same kind of key designs on the paper. She pressed in the code making it open, the wooded cover hanging on its hinges. Giving a quick press on the button and standing up, she saw some dirt fly up in the air, near the health pills. "Cool, guess that wasn't a waste of time after all." Dusk shrugged and ran to where the dirt was.
There was a passageway underground, stairs leading down to a place that might help them hide away from the monsters. Everyone looked in, all of them holding onto the ground. The stairs looked like they were covered with a layer of dust, a light gray mist hanged in the air like an unfortunate soul had just passed by. Will then stood up and jumped down inside, not knowing what's in there but wanting to find out. "It's fine! Just gets a little darker the deeper you go." Will shouted, the mist only showing the very thin outline of himself. Soon, nearly everyone followed him, but a few were ordered to stay back for the time being. "So Amber is going to miss out on this? This is going to be a bit more fun." Mystic said, folding his arms behind his head and laying back a little. "Nope, right behind you." Dusk looked back and saw Mystic falling down the stairs, like someone pushed him down. "Ooo, nice hit there Doggies." Amber high-fived Doggies, who laughed a little. "All in the wrist."
"Yes, yes. Now let's keep moving." Firehate shoved Doggies, nearly falling down the steps but caught himself. He gave a sigh of relief just when Xeris, Ztype, and Ghig passed by him. Blue was ahead with Will, sniffing out any kind of danger that might appear ahead of them. They kept going and going, until they got to a door that had two chains on it, making a X shape that no one touched.
X for Xeris.
Maybe i have to go solo and face the dangers of the mysterious door?
"Yea, I have this to do and after that, some small little issues are at hand for me. Chapter parts are being two or so more days delayed now. Here's another part for you all and I have something planned for the next one."-Blindshot

Chapter 14; Some Calls: 2:04PM (Part 4, 3:16PM)
-Evan
The elevator slowed down as we reached the surface to where the Arcade was. As it stopped, we were surprised to see the welcoming party before us, some more or so gremlins standing there with beasts as well. "No more monsters can go back into the Clockworks. There are much needed business to be done here than back at your homes." I said loudly so that the other monsters that were waiting walked back towards the Town Square. "Why? I've been here since the start of this and I just wanna go back to relax for a bit. Can't we just switch out with the ones who had been resting and THEN come back up?" A rabid wolver asked as it saw the monsters recede away from the arcade. "If we do that, then the knights could strike us and we won't stand a chance. No, either join your friends or be one of those that fell down there." Tails pointed down into Cradle, the gears churring away as it got it's power from the Core. "I think we *bzzt* got the idea sir." A Volt Mecha Knight said and he grabbed the wolver up over his shoulder and carried it out to the Town Square.
Arus had moved over to a corner with Crimson, the vog wriggling around and nearly wanting to jump off and run away. He soon found a spot to put the vog down, placed a collar on him and tied it to a pipe. "Stay. Got that?" Arus pointed down at Crimson, but he just gave out a kind of happy yip before going into sleep. 'Well he's different acting like this.' Arus just shrugged and came towards me. "Anything for us to do here? Besides, just standing around does nothing to help lighten the mood." He sat down on top of a crate and laid his back on top. I felt a tap on my shoulder and saw Nerco motioning me off to the side. "Did you call for those reinforcements I told you earlier about?" Then it felt like a lighting bolt just passed through my head, about the call earlier. "Hey, don't worry. They're on their way, just so you know." I walked off towards the other direction and once I didn't feel Nerco's gaze on my back anymore, I grabbed out a wire and connected it to one of the screens. There were some flashes of colors as the program I had adjusted the elevator itself to my own uses. I saw names, names of the squads who were held back until we called them up. I touched only five of the names out of the hundreds that were available and pulled the wire out. It took only about a few seconds before the screen crackled back to it's functioning database.
"Pyro, what's up with the gun?" I looked over and saw a Kleptolisk talking to a Firebrander who was holding a gun in his hand. The Firebrander was twirling the gun, which I could tell was an Iron Slug with chips of metal missing on the gun itself. "Glib, if I can handle throwing my supplies at knights, than I'm more than capable of holding a gun." The devilite replied back to the chromalisk, holding the slug firm in hand. 'And I'm sure it's not even half true.' I thought and then the Firebrander was thrown back into a wall and fell down, leaving a small crater in the metal. The Kleptolisk, unfortunately, got hit by the bullet and was knocked back, making so many flips that I almost had a headache just looking at him. Soon, he hit the ground and left a trail of upturned metal and dirt in his wake. "I hope those squads come here soon, we need them more than most of these newbies." I turned around and saw a couple of upper class monsters together in a circle. I gave out a sigh and I felt something, like someone was looking right behind me.

The door was huge. The chains looked like they weighted more than ten trojans, keeping whatever is a secret behind the door, a secret not to be touched. "Seems like we need a key. Different from the ones we use now." Kozma said, looking around the room. Ztype floated over to a wall, kinda obscured by the shadows. Then something caught my eye. I walked over to the wall Ztype was at and touched it. Cold. "Hmm… Ztype, do you think theres something here?"
"A little bit. I did see something sparkle from down there though, mew." He pointed down a pathway, off to the side of the stairs. It was pretty dark, but soon, my flashlight illuminated the area in front of me. "Looks a little promising, and I said a little…" I said quietly and only those around me could hear. I started pulling Ztype with me, the pathway was a little dusty but was manageable to search into. "Can you see anything?"
"No, but the sparkle was coming from the wall." He slipped free and flew to the left side of the path. I looked behind, the lights getting dimmer like the sun itself. I turned around and didn't see Ztype anywhere, ahead darker than the shadows of a closet. The way that kat is here one time, then disappear the next gives me the chills sometimes. “Ztype, you there? Don’t scare me.” I touched the wall and felt moss on it. Soon, some shades of purple lighten up ahead and it looked as if it was facing the wall. As I got closer, I saw that it was Ztype, looking up at the ceiling, something shining as I shone the flashlight on it. “Think you can get it?”
“Yup, be sure to catch it when I knock it off though.” He floated up and let a bullet roll out of his mouth and onto the sparkling little thing, it went falling down into the palm of my hand. It was a key, but smaller than the lock with the chains on the door. By the time he came down, I was walking back to the others and he was looking at my hand. “A key? It’s a bit small to fit in the keyhole. Probably we should keep it for later if it doesn’t work?” I nodded while holding the key in front of the flashlight to see it better. Ztype gave me a small bump and I looked up to see Kozma looking at me.
“Found something, I suppose?”
"Yea, its a key that we found down in the hallway right behind us. It might be too small for the door but we can try, and see what happens." She nodded and took the key from my hand. After she looked at it herself, she shrugged and placed the key in the lock. Just as she put it in, I saw Blitz walkout from a hall off to the side. Doggies and Stormer were with her but they looked as though they rolled around in dried-up dirt. "Don't ask. Piece of advice though, don't go in there." Stormer pointed to where they came in and once I got a better look at it, it looked that they triggered something and it collapsed in on them. I held in a small laugh and looked back at the door. The key that Kozma placed in grew a bit bigger and fitted perfectly. There must have been some kind of connection because the key just automatically turned and unlocked the chains. Xeris got curious cause he just walked up to the door while the key was turning really slowly and grabbed it. He twisted the key and it quickly unlocked. Him and the key flopped on the ground, the chains fell down with a loud thud as their time being on the door was released and can rest on the ground for a while. I don't know why, but Xeris was chewing on the key like it was a wolver toy. Ghig went up and pushed the door open, jumping back a little as if something was right there.
"…Feron, we should head out to… knights in here so they can be safe. They stay out there any longer, they could get killed!" We all looked at each other, the voice didn't come out from any of us. "Urgg, is it just me or did I just hear someone talking? I hit my head hard on those stairs…" Mystic asked, his hand on his head. Lance was helping him stand up when he was sitting down and leaning against the stairs. "…The knights can get here if they know what to do… just wait." The voices were muffled and were cut off so I couldn't really make out what they were saying. "Hello? Who's there?" Erick questioned while stepping a bit closer into the dark 'room'. "Huh?" Soon we all saw the outline of a knight, and then he came into view. He had on a Vog Coat and a Shadowsun Stetson, looking at us like we were crazy but then he smiled. "Hah, knights. I knew there were still survivors but Feron here doesn't want to go search for you. How's Haven?" I could tell, from everyone's expression, that they were surprised that someone would even ask that after several attacks. "…What? I was cooped up in here for some hours so you can’t just blame me, he’s the one to mostly blame on." He pointed his hand over his shoulder to Feron, who was walking out of wherever he was before. Feron rolled his eyes and then smiled at us. "Seems like not all hope is lost at all now."
"Could have helped if you set up a kind of hint leading the order members to where you were hiding out this whole ordeal." Kozma muttered when she saw him. "Now that won’t be that much of fun now, would it?" He chuckled but stopped and his expression got a bit more serious. "On the other hand, if Kozma here and her friends are alive, that must mean theres more knights out there who are half dead."
"There are more. The population of knights on Haven is larger than you think so there might even be a few who are in the Clockworks delving away as we're on the topic here." Travid popped up from behind Kozma and looked at the small gathering. I saw Flame and Feron look at each other then back at us, as if they're deciding to let us in or not. "Okay, you all can come inside as well as the knights who are in the training hall right now."
"What about those who are injured, shouldn't we get some help to get them in?" I asked, heading up the stairs. I saw a Technician walk out from the door and he nodded his head. "We got some medics down here too and theres room down here. I'll round up some knights who aren't doing anything now." He looked at Feron who nodded and went back inside. When he came out, there were about twenty knights, some holding stretchers while the others just ran up the stairs. 'They're fast…' I watched and turned back to see everyone was walking inside the entrance. I was about to walk in when I saw Blitz looking at the stairs and, talking to someone?
"So I got sick, maybe from the cold I don't know, but I'm starting to feel a little bit better. Weekly chapter parts now, enjoy. :3"-Blindshot
"Looks like Feron was nice enough to get us some treats."-Medic
"Ooooo treats?"-Blue
"Yea, theres biscuits, slices of cake, cookies-"-Mystic
"Did someone say cookies?"-Amber
"Crap, I just ate one didn't I?"-Ghig
"You have them Ghig?"-Amber
"Uhh, no?"-Ghig
"LIES!"-Dusk
Chapter 14; Some Calls: 2:04PM (Part 6, 3:31PM)
-Advent
I was up in the air one second and then the next, I'm on solid ground without even wanting to. Since they opened the door, I've had this urge to not stand on the ground but to go deeper, through the metal that holds us right now. Blitz looked at the stairs as the knights ran up and pass me. She had a confused look on her face. "Everyone come in so we can discuss the matter in more detail." Feron said and walked in through the doors. I saw Blitz look at them over her shoulder but stayed where she was. "Why aren't you going in sis?" I asked then she turned around. "I can tell something's wrong with you, the way you just stand there." She just said plainly, half looking at me. "You can tell? Well, I don't really know what it is Blitz, it just feels like something or someone is calling me. Call me crazy but I think I need to go somewhere, just for a while." I looked at her, tilting my head so I could see her face. "Okay, just come back and I'll be happy." She smiled at me, with that big grin of hers. "Blitz? Am I barging in on something here?" Behind her I saw Amber walking up, standing next to her and looked at me, well at the stairs. "Nah, it's nothing. How about we go in now?" I saw Blitz smile a bit brighter and Amber nodded her head. "Say, I hope they got some cookies!" And just like that, Amber grabbed my sis by the arm and half-ran towards the door. Blitz mouthed 'bye' with a wave, which I returned back to her and sank down into Cradle.
I went pass floors, an endless amount of floors randomly put together to produce something that isn't even real. I saw parties of knights, running across the maps and reaching the elevator in time to turn around and shoot the monsters away and off from them. I even saw floors that had nothing but the dripping sounds of fluid from dead knights and their severe wounds inflicted from whoever did it. Both parties, knights and monsters, wiped each other out, the last one standing killed by the one that was dying. Though when I was scanning the scattered bodies of them, there were a group of about three or four knights hiding in a room off to the side and one was writing on a piece what looks like Miracloth with a frigid Forbidden Fruit ink on it. It was just a matter of time before they were discovered and meet their doom. Suddenly, I heard a sound, like a singsongy voice calling me and making me descend even faster. The levels then were all a blur to my eyes as I made it down. My body came to a stop to a Graveyard, darker and more eerie with added moans of distress. On either sides of me, there were zombies and undead alike, all looking hypnotized. And when I thought phantoms might be here, I was mistaken. It's like the phantoms have a mind of their own and can come and go as they please. I squinted my eyes and ahead, I saw the undead line up into rows before a stage-like balcony.
"The Gremlin Order has called for our help! Fail, and we might not get the recognition that we deserve. Altair, you and your troops move out to Haven, we got an elevator prepped up for you." I joined in a few minutes too late to know what he wanted us to do but when I tried to see who was making the announcement, the figure was shrouded in the darkness and an evil purple like aura was surrounding him. Off to the left stood an ice blue skeleton possibly Altair, a general of a regiment of the undead. He saluted and turned towards us. There was suddenly a sound, kinda silent but noticeable non-the-less thing. The odd thing was that I lost all of my senses and my body moved on its own, following the zombies to a large elevator. My body felt like it was shaking, but I managed to keep myself from shaking uncontrollably and before I knew it, we were all are on the elevator and heading up. It creaked with the weight of zombies and equipment as it towed all of us to Haven, the light shining down heavenly from the opening at the top.
i think i just poofed away in this story and now i no longer exist ;_;
My guy is in it! Wooohhoooo!
Ihmmm gotta calm down
Thank you ;)
::::::::))))))))
Please accept my character! He goes by the name Hades but his real name is Aron. Heres my guy!
Name: Aron(goes by Hades)
Age:19
Race: former Almirian, now Spiral Knight
Color: red
Friendly: rarely, will beat up Knights who he finds weak and would usually leave them to die. Sometimes saves them, but only when he is in a good mood.
Likes: battling strong opponents, also likes using shadow weapons, but hates using bombs.
Dislikes: weaklings, and pretty much the whole Spiral order, although he is usually neutral, preferring to fight only wwhen a stron foe is involved.
Personality: a solo fighter, usually calm, yet he seems to tolerate, even enjoy the company of his pet Snarbolax and Snipe.
Hobbies: finding strong enemies to fight, and beating up annoying and weak monsters/Knights.
Equipment: wears a Snarbolax coat and a Crown if the Fallen. Has a Barbarous thorn shield. Is armed with a Sentenza, Barbarous thorn blade, and his primary weapon, an pure black Acheron renamed "Thanatos". Also has a secret weapon which, if an enemy stares too closely at, will automatically be destroyed and their essence sucked into his Acheron. But it only works on enemies who have done horrible sins, as this is the only way for his weapon to absorb them.
Should your character die: I find my guy as one of those antihero guys who is usually neutral, but will step in to help the protagonists (good guys) if he needs to. If you accept him, well, its your story, but he shouldnt die randomly.
Hope u like my guy!
Hope im not copying you by using this, Atgatg. Ok another character for the story!
Name: Arion
Gender: Male
Race: Snarbolax
Color: Arion is a strange specimen of Snarbolax, as most of his fur is pure white, but instead of red, his spines and stripes are a light sky blue. This is the result of his father being a Snarbolax and his mother being a Skolver. He inherited his mothers kindness and bright color. He got his fierceness in battle from his father.
Friendly: very, and will always jump on a familiar knight and lick them. Will relentlessly hunt for anyone who injures his friends
Likes: Helping Knights, chewing on a little piece of cobalt armor, playing with Skolvers, Vog cubs, and other types of Wolvers, and even watching Animals say the wildest things on the Animal Planet channel. (waaa? 0.0)
Dislikes: Cats, idiots, annoying knights, pet fanatics, and thise stupid vitamins that his friend Blue makes him eat.
Personality: Funny, very spirited, energetic, but extremely serious in a battle.
Hobbies: chasing around Knights to make everyone laugh, playing with his wolver friends, watching funny videos.
Equipment: usually none, but in battle has gleaming yellow armor and black battle claws.
Do you want the character to die: id rather he not die, but if he has too at least dont make it random.
I hope this is good

Chapter 15; Move Out: 3:44PM
-Third Person at Underground HQ
As they walked in, Xeris was turned back into a knight and held the key close to himself. The rest followed closely behind and saw how big the HQ really was. There were monitors everywhere, the walls littered with papers and holograms alike, even the ground didn't seem to be picked up of its papers in a while. "This is where we all started operations for everyone coming here. All of you made it before we had any big changes but there are still those who are drifting around the planet or the orbit it goes on. There is a corridor to the East where the rooms are. Make yourself comfortable." Feron smiled and walked off to where a small gathering of Technicians were and looked at a screen.
Blue scurried around until she realized about the gates and how there was hardly anyway for them to get into the Clockworks. 'Isn't there anyone else here who could help us?' She wondered until somebody tripped over her and fell onto the ground. "Amber, why didn't you slow down?" A little cheery voice escaped through the holes of the metal on the ground. "I didn't know, sorry that I had to drag you down too though." Then a groan escaped out from the second knight that was talking. Blue turned around and saw Blitz and Amber, both were sitting up, dusting off the dirt on themselves. "You two okay?" Blue asked, the two tilted their heads up and saw the little skolver lying down on her stomach. "We tripped over you Blue? Sorry, we didn't watch where we were going." Blitz got up and picked Blue by her sides to have her wriggle around in her gloved hands to land right in front of her. "It's alright, neither of us got hurt so no harm done." Blue smiled. Just then they heard Will talking to someone. They turned around and saw him having a private conversation to Bechamel, talking about something along the lines of gates.
"So you want to know if theres more than those rusty gates up in the Arcade? Lucky for you, we used the terrain to position where to live, if its good to study and go into the core. Even though the gates weren't made by us and we left them as ruins, we soon ran out of options and had to make a compromise. The Order were the first of the knights to land on the surface of Cradle, being sent out as scouts in search of new power sources. If we let all of the knights who were in the escape pods land then, it would have been chaos. So finding four gates close by each other and four dormant ones next to those were quite difficult and we just used machines to pull them right next to each other. Using our heads to think of the future, we found other gates that might be useful for us to research and for new recruits. There was one underground that was much more different and the strangers thought that it was a haunting omen of some sort. Here, I'll show it to you and your friends since this is a time of crisis. Try not to touch anything." Bechamel said grimly under his breath. A corridor, not as big as the first door but big enough for two knights to walk in at the same time, was situated behind a hologram that was projected in the air.
Soon everyone noticed Bechamel and Will walking towards the back. They didn't have anything to do so they just put their belongings away and followed the two.
They walked in and saw a normal gate, but not exactly normal. The stratums were flicking, the individual floors just seconds behind the ones before. A gate that has its own stratums without the use of minerals to power it is something they wouldn't expect to see, but thought of it as a myth of some sort. "This, is the Test Gate. Not used for any small collecting expeditions, we send in specialized groups to explore this gate to see what the changing depths cause inside while they are delving at the same time. So far, this gate proved that when you are on the elevator platform, it will move as the floor beneath is switching to its next designated depth. I can say this, it's not safe to be traveling when you feel as though you might collapse. Set up camp and rest until you can fully understand what is happening down there. The squads we sent in came back later, after the first part of the invasion had started but there are still quite a few that we didn't get any contact with. We just hope they're fortunate enough to not suffer from the worst." He looked glumly at his feet then back at the gate. Xeris trudged up to Bechamel and patted him on the back. "They're going to be just fine, you just need to wait and see for yourself." Xeris smiled and that seemed to make Bechamel a bit more happy. Lance saw this and decided to ask a question. "If it's not going to be too much trouble, how about sending us inside to try and resolve the issue?" Bechamel turned to look at him, giving Lance a look that was half of a glare and half of desperation to convince him that was close enough to commit suicide, but Lance stood firm and didn't look unfazed when he saw Bechamel glare at him like that. He was about to say no when the others looked at him, seeming that they were with that original idea in the beginning. He sighed and looked off to the side to consider the factors of the mission, then finally came to a conclusion. "I think I can try and ask Feron to see what he has to say but you all have to know that not ALL of you can go. Spilt yourselves up into two groups and decide whose going in and whose staying here, not sure that he will agree though." Bechamel then left the group to find Feron while the others started looking around in the enclosed area.
the fight between Erick and Xeris? *is itching for the second fight*
"One thing I learned, gotta finish my thought/sentence before I go to sleep, even if I'm really tired, or else I'm going to forget about it in the morning and I'm staring at the screen thinking, 'what was it again?' Hooray for spring break, I miss you week-long breaks. :')"-Blindshot
"Is it just me, or did Feron get a upgrade?"-Flame
"<.< It's just you Flame."-Bechamel
"Nah, Captain Ozlo managed to get some gear that were higher class for our uses, to show to the recruits who are higher up in rank."-Barrus
"Well that's lucky."-Flame
"Comes with some disadvantages too."-Feron
"Hahaha, nice timing."-Bechamel
"I'll shut up now."-Flame
Chapter 15; Move Out: 3:44PM (Part 2, 4:57PM)
Travid soon felt a tap on his shoulder and turned around to see Ghig glancing in another direction. "What is it Ghig?"
"Come here, there's something I want to show you." Ghig gestured with his hand to a lit monitor that was off to the side, where a gate panel could have been lying but not anymore. They both walked over to the monitor and saw that there was a small, but bright, flickering light off to the side of the screen. "Oh, that wasn't there when I was here. Anyway, do you know what this does since it looks like the same one back in the conference room?" Travid walked up to the screen and stared at the blinking light, begging to be touched and actives somehow. As he was about to touch the small light, Doggies was walking over to them and peeked over their shoulders. "What are you guys doing? It's a good idea to not touch that if it's an incoming transmission from one of the squads." They turned and looked at him with confusion in their eyes and that Doggies himself returned back. Suddenly the blinking stopped but a hologram popped up. A knight that was cladded in Arcane Salamander was on the other line and was acting frantic about something. "Hello, is this HQ? We're under heavy fire here and there are some wounded who-"
"Merrilian, hurry it up over there, we can't handle these by ourselves!"
"I'm trying to do this as fast as I can! Umm, quick and simple, we need help over here ASAP *-Tat-tat-tat-* NOW."
"They got Pepperboxes, Merri, help pleas-!" *brzzttttt~*
They stared in awe at the empty air, now just static and as quick as it came on, it just disappeared.
"Well, now, Feron just approved of your idea to head down into the clockworks and try to resolve the problem peacefully. But he wants some of you to stay back as well." Bechamel walked into the area with someone else behind him. He turned towards where Travid, Ghig, and Doggies was standing with an agitated look. "You guys touched it, didn't you?" They turned and looked at him, their jaws still wide open as they pointed to each other. The knight that was following him walked up to the monitor and touched the screen. It replayed the transmission as it did before, everyone now grouped at the bottom of the monitor. Bechamel was frozen for a minute or two then clicked on his headset and told someone about the incident. He listened intently with his eyes focused on the wavering projection then put his hands down. "Flame! Get here now before I either change my mind or demote you!" Soon the red eyes and molten coat of the cowboy showed as he ran from the other entrance towards Bechamel. "Stay here with them and send them on their way once they choose whose going. I'm heading out with a squad Kora is trying to set up. Don't mess this up like you did back at Mission Kyrillos." Flame stumbled over but regained his balance and stood in front of Bechamel. He was going to say something but changed his mind and chose another set of words. "Heh, don't worry. Even though that mission was a failure, we managed to get some of our goals done. Should I also send some of them to the Rescue Camp? They're under heavy fire and the elevators aren't acting properly."
"Might as well do that since I can't issue out any more of the knights we got and the other ones are out of commission, for now. We also found Kozma but Brinks is still missing as far as we know. Just make sure everything goes fine, got that?"
"Yea yea, I got that the first time." He answered plainly and Bechamel started to run out through the tunnel. The others were left and began issuing out the groups. "So its Lance, Bio, Theo, Ztype, and Ghig are going to go to the Rescue Camp. Dusk, Mystic, Will, Amber, Stormer, and Doggies are going to delve into the Clockworks. Blue, Xeris, Travid, Firehate, Erick, Blitz and Advent, whenever he gets back, will stay on Haven until something happens and will act as backup to the other group. And apparently there's a female phantom medic in the Arcade located in some sort of cave so we can mark her off. Just prepare first before I let you go, we still don't know what's going on down there with the increased number of monsters." Flame advised all of them as they got together. The team that was going into the Clockworks, named squad Vytaut, stepped on the elevator and with a salute, descended into the dark unknown of the gate. Flame led the Haven team, named squad Paramon, to the room where they first came in and told them they could go onto the surface, they just had to tell someone about their location. He finally led the Rescue Camp team, named temporary squad Trevel, to an underground tunnel that connected Haven to the Camp. "Once you get down to the enclosed gate, tell them you had permission from Feron to support the troops and to send the recruits down this tunnel for their own good. If they don't believe you, show these to their little faces." Flame handed them some emblems that were gold and silver in color with red-orange makings that resembled a fireball flying through the air. He ushered them into the tunnel before any of them could say anything. "Are you sure this way is safe?!" Lance shouted back as the big metal gate started to close quickly. "Not a hundred percent but keep your eyes out, you gotta use those things on your head for something!" Flame managed to shout back with a small chuckle before the gate closed with a resonating bang. Soon the team was left in the tunnel, the cold and dark combined that could resemble something like a blanket of ice.
"..And FCAT in 2 weeks, with a extra FCAT math test because I'm in Algebra 1. Plus I forgot most of the things that we learned about before and now I'm trying to remember it all. This is a educated girl saying that she needs to pay attention to the content and not look at random true pictures on the internet. XP"-Blindshot

Chapter 15; Move Out: 3:44PM (Part 3, 5:00PM)
-Arus
"When would they come again, Evan?" I asked him, cleaning up the dried blood on my Endpoint. "Soon, they should come soon enough." I looked over and saw him tweaking his Argent. Like it wasn't upgraded enough. Hexa started to walk her way over to us. "Hexa, are you set and ready?" I looked back down at my Endpoint and asked her. "No, Talon has a book of mines that she said she needed to borrow for awhile. I need it back."
"Just wait, she'll come up here soon. You have anything else to worry about?"
"No, why?"
"Then stop worrying." Evan answered quickly, saying the same thing that I was thinking. I saw her walk over to Evan, went behind him and with her staff, hit it over his head. Evan let out a yelp and put his hands on his head, rocking back and forth slightly like a ball. "What was that for?!" He said silently so others won't hear. "You know already." Hexa smirked and just then, a elevator came up. There were the shadows of three gremlins, a mender, a thwacker, and a demo. "Hey guys!" The thwacker waved a hammer up in the air at us, there was a lightness in her voice. She came running over and it turned out to be Rya. Wedge came into the light and Talon behind him with a pack on her back. "Thanks for that welcome present with the broken bed, Arus." Wedge groaned and climbed on top of a crate. I chuckled and looked across the Arcade, I soon found shadows of fire which pointed me to Crimson sitting up and eating some of the health pills I left for him.
Talon stuck her hand in the pack and pulled out a book, about the size of the textbooks back in the Academy. "Here Hexa, told you I would get it back to you." Talon smiled and handed Hexa the book. Hexa grasped the book and looked back at Talon with a glad smile. Talon slung the pack over her shoulder and sat down on a crate.
"We got a knight!! He's hiding somewhere in the rubble!" I quickly stood up and looked at where the sound was coming from, a gremlin scout. Nearly everyone in the Arcade heard him and started running around the place to look for the knight. I felt a tug on my sleeve and looked down to see Rya's arm then I looked up and saw her point to a elevator in front of us. It rode up with a squad on it, an undead squad from another realm of the Clockworks. The general was a skelly and he walked off the platform first. "Hey, Altair!" Evan shouted and waved his arms around in the air. "I'll show you where to meet up Nerco and the others. Catch you guys later!" Evan jumped off the crate and stuffed all his things in the small pouch on his side then ran to Altair to grab his hand and shook it like it was nothing. We all let go a loud sigh, knowing where this might lead to. "Let's spilt up and try to find that knight. Who knows what he might be up to here." Talon said suddenly and we all nodded.
I ran off to where Crimson was, the heat from his coat got hotter as I got nearer. "Crimson, let's go, we need to find that knight quickly before he finds something useful to tell his officers." I untied the leash and carefully pulled off the collar from his neck. He didn't say anything. "Crimson?" I leaned forward and his mouth looked a little awkward. "Don't get in my face, I'm as hungry as I can be and I can eat anything right about now. Those pills made me feel better, but it made me hungrier." Crimson growled out of his closed mouth with some effort and how he growled like a starving ashtail, made me step back quickly before I became some kind of chow for him. Crimson chuckled a bit but then fell down on his paws and groaned out loudly in pain that the floor vibrated a few feet away from him. I looked around quickly and found a supply crate that was open, the contents nearly empty by the time I ran over to it. I looked in to see some meat and grabbed an armful of it with slight effort. The blood was still on the meat so it drenched my coat to a darker red color then before. 'Great, now I'm going to stink like dried blood and then followed by wolves.' Either way, I rushed back to Crimson to see him lying on his side and dropped the meat in front of his muzzle. He pricked up his ears, sniffed the meat then went headfirst into the pile, eating it all up quickly. While he was eating, I sat down and looked at my clothes in disgust. "Mhhh, that's good meat even though it was in a box. Could have been marinated overnight but who am I to complain, what do you think Arus?"
