Are the REAL updates ever coming?

I'm kind of confused.
Timeline:
- people dislike AP and Sentenza because of split specialized damage.
- people insist that they need balancing
- OOO creates a thread considering changes to these weapons.
- Suddenly, Brandishes and T1 gear get buffed for no reason whatsoever.
I would like an answer from someone at OOO to know whether these real updates are coming or not.

Item Balance
Some item balance changes are on the way. Specifically this will target items that require tweaks to have their stats stand apart from similar ones and some changes to handguns to make them more varied and viable in combat. Check the forums for notice of these changes before they happen.

Yes, they are always coming. OOO hasn't decided that from now it won't tell us any un-magnificent stuff it can't add to the game but always implents them. Like hanging a donkey in front of a carrot.
I like that donkey like carrots and carrots like donkeys. :3

Maybe they could be doing
Maybe they could be doing additional things for those weapons like changing charges and such.
Only thing I want is for these updates to be tested first.

Whatta want for free?
I've been playing since May and I can't even remember all of the changes they've made so far
- Suddenly, Brandishes and T1 gear get buffed for no reason whatsoever
Brandishes gut buffed bc they have 4 variants and ppl were mainly using DA ( crafting 4 brandishes to lvl 5 vs 1 DA)
It's twice as difficult now to start as a player since tier 1 is harder and there are drones in alot of the depths
Only thing I want is for these updates to be tested first.
We do have a test server, but you need to pay with IRL money to get invited

Yeah, sometimes i wonder
Yeah, sometimes i wonder where does OOO take those ideas for updates. Its like suggestion section is mostly (not 100%) just to make us fell we have some input into game. There is so many suggestions that will improve game for every player.
Now we are waiting for so called missions? or what they called it? We gonna see if it will be something worthy or it will be another way to just make us stop complaining about lack of new content (doh, since they added content, you wanted content, have a content now silence).
And about REAL updates. In my opinion, real updates dont have to be actually new content, id love to see some updates that make gameplay better for ALL PLAYERS, not updates that affect only narrow group of players. Example?
Real update: tabbed chat, bringing chat system to order. Its real update since it affects EVERY player in game.
Not real update: nefring xxx weapon, boosting yyy weapon. Its not real update imo since it affect only a narrow group of players using that certain weapon, its directed only to specified group of players leaving those who dont use that weapon not affected by update.
