Bleary, quick question for

Bleary, quick question for ya.

I don't really do much selling, my role in the market is that of a buyer.

I tried to use the website provided above to post a request for certain items, but it seems that when you use the dropdown menu to "buy" all it does is update the database as if a transaction took place in game.. it doesn't hold the data for others to see so they can contact me in game if they have the item in question.

It does say "enter your offer here" however once you fill out the fields there doesn't seem to be any way for a seller to find my request, and after you submit it just says "last exchange @ (0s ago") So is there a way for me to post an offer for others to see, or atm is it just updating the database with the details of an in game transaction for pricing purposes?

Also it would be nice if there was an option to list things in CE.

Sort feature

Hi, today is my first time visit clockworkmarket.com. At first impression, it's nice - hate to see /2 spam too quick and hard to tracking what's going on, especially small window.

Add to your wish list - sortable feature, enable IGN search, and umm.... can't think of one more thing. :)

Posting in-game trades

I don't know if you're actually doing anything with the data, but I've been posting and then immediately completing trades for things I work out of /trade. I figure that should give you some more data points to play with, eventually.

Stylish CSS

For those of you with Firefox or Chrome (not sure if other browsers have it), I made a CSS override for the "Stylish" plugin. You can check it out and install a very rough (but hopefully slightly more eye-pleasing?) version here: http://userstyles.org/styles/47864/clockworkmarket-colorized

Green/Blue cells indicate WTS/WTB
Reds/Blues/Browns for Attack weapons/Defense Equipment/Recipes
Greens indicate age (light for newest, dark for old)
and little stars at the end of the row show...trusted sellers I guess? xD

CSS/coding help

Thanks for the first effort on the CSS. Let me know when you get it out of alpha and I'll see about making it official.

As far as coding help.... if you've got specific ideas which are easy to implement, let me know and there's always the possibility it'll catch my fancy and I'll just do it. Otherwise, uh, I guess I could expose the 600 lines of python that implement the thing and let folks submit patches. Is that something people are interested in?

I'd be interested...

I'd be interested in playing around with the Python a bit. I don't have any specific ideas in mind yet, aside from a min/max price range that might be useful for newer players that are trying to find things in their price range. On a side-note, it looks like the Auction House is coming soon...

Looks like ClockworkMarket

Looks like ClockworkMarket will still be useable (albeit a bit less, due to 4*/5* items being bound) since it can allow people to get around the AH fees... Do you still have any intentions of continuing to work on it?
