Continuing from my previous summary, it seems that K is now looking to lay blame elsewhere, first with the Brotherofvanaduke account, teasing that White just got rid of someone he could trust, then on his own account, claiming that his brother sabotaged him by looking into his details and conducting the theft in his name, having only come back from 4 weeks of camp, then finally as someone in the guild pretending he set the whole thing up. He also claims 'the majority of the forums' says he's innocent.

He is seriously bad at acting.

1) Unless someone is out for personal revenge, and has been for a while, there is no way an outsider could have known the 'Brotherofvanaduke' alt identity of K, and White would have had to d something EXTREMELY bad for him to be so sadistic.

2) Brotherofvanaduke, K, K's 'brother', all share the same typing ability. As in 'noobspeak'

3) Pray tell why he has a brother so sadistic he would sabotage his own brother's reputation by staging such an elaborate theft.

4) BoV refers to K first as 'poor' for your 'mistreatment' of him, then laughs at White's disposal of him, being someone he could trust, the more or less says 'good riddance'. None line up.

5) Claims K deleted the BoV account 'right in front of him', then 'made it his own' ages ago, after seeing his chance.

TL;DR: What an idiot. The false-ness of the story is so plain, it's not even funny.

EDIT: Also, BoV claims it was a prank, yet sells everything off to people he can find.

Perhaps I wasn't clear, I'm not saying mercy is a bad thing at all, I'm saying its a very hard thing to give from the perspective of OOO. And yes, the "justice" I defined is indeed by the ToS, which is what OOO is in theory supposed to stand by when trying to give "justice." If OOO decides to show mercy, it shows the ENTIRE community of SK, pure, corrupt, and what have you, that OOO is capable of showing mercy to its members, which can, unfortunately, be abused.

Whitelancer feels that he must try for mercy for his work into the game, knowing full well that giving away his account information was wrong. If his wealth is restored, even partially, to him, Whitelancer has been shown mercy by whoever helped to return it, whether that be the community of SK or OOO themselves. Don't get me wrong here, I'm not at all saying that Whitelancer would abuse mercy, he seems like a genuine and nice guy who would rightfully use this gift and would certainly show his gratitude.

It seems to me you feel that OOO's option to give mercy is a very hard thing to do as well, considering you're advice is to hang up his hat and $250 of work and walk out the door. In fact, you already have said your adieu.

@Rawrcake - He gave his password to some people. According to ToS that's a bannable offense, I think.

I do hope the thief and his alts get banned too though, it would be really unfair to ban White and let the other guy just run around untouched and laughing about all this :I Besides, from what I read in White's posts he seems legitimately regretful that he gave his account details away.

Edit: After reading Odometrist's post, part of me thinks and hopes that Knightlancer isn't actually an alt of White, as I thought a few moments ago :p
