OOC: Tie-ta and Ti-tae could both be spirits, maybe...seems a bit farfetched, but it's a possibility. Their descriptions match up, and their type of damage does too. I just don't want to be the one to insult them by asking if they aren't spirits. :)

I suggest we see if you can find Durod first - he may know more about that spellbook than we do at this point, and it's safer not to risk a potential risk on your health considering what we've already dealt with thus far. If nothing else, you've obtained some sort of artifact that may assist you later on down there.

Your descriptions are clearing a few things up, but more information would be great. Do you have a specific name for your species, one that we'd might already be familiar with? I'm not thinking that either of you are what we call "monsters", like the Greavers, and I'm also assuming that you both live in the Clockworks.

If you don't mind my asking, could you maybe describe where you live, even possibly give me a name of the type of location you're in? - just trying to identify more information on where you are and what we can do to help you out.

reply 2: about the symbols, on the very lower left is one of the symbols a horizontal line connected to a diagonal line, which in turn is connected to another horizontal line? If so than it seem that is a normal spirallian keyboard, which we type on to communicate. If not, then can you try describing a few symbols? Oh and you should know we are also helping another user called glave, who is in a place called a shadow lair, if he findes anything relevant to your situation, than we will tell you.
