We believe that both Tie-ta and Ti-tia are silkwings. Do you think that the situation you speak of is where you heard the name before?

Hm...perhaps this devilite was a poacher of sorts, selling and collecting creatures of the clockworks to and for more menacing bosses and such. But, that seems uncharacteristic of a devilite to me...maybe you should start with elaborating on who this "gremlin thing" was, Ti-tia.
