I do believe that the time in Hong Kong is the same as the time here in, my country :P (Don't live giving away too much personal info :P) GMT+8000 I believe. Since the ceremony is in the morning, we have a 13 hour time difference....................So in Hong Kong time, the ceremony is at about 8pm at night for us...................I think..................

I have apparently been banned from Spiral Knights until the end of the semester, so I don't know my chances of going to the ceremony. Pretty slim is all I know. However, I may have a chance for an exception, for that day is also my birthday. I am going to cross my fingers and hope for the best.

As I said in an earlier post, after the ceremony, anyone who wants a critique of any kind can get one, either here in the thread or privately. I figure that some people will want to know, others would rather not, and some people might not want any feedback they got broadcasted publicly. That, and they can decide individually what kind of feedback they want ... some people may just want some gentle commentary, while someone else may ask for blunt critique.

Remilia gave me a new question, how long are you expecting the ceremony to last? And will you also put up a schedule based on how many people are coming and stuff, as in like 9pm EST beginning, 9:20pm EST, blah blah? :)
Also, you said previously that all entries can only receive one prize, so does that mean that we can only win ONE prize for whichever entry gains the highest prize? Or does that mean you get ONE prize for the highest prize won from EACH entry you submitted, meaning multiple prizes for having multiple entries? And are there any exceptions to this?
One last thing, how do the Exemplary Awards work? You said no one may win or everyone may win and it's hard to impress you, but isn't this one somewhat similar to subjective awards?

@Myqpalzm: Yes, the day and time are final. I just finished speaking to St-Leone regarding use of the guild hall.
@Hexlash: The event will take at least half an hour, although how long it takes beyond that will depend on how much order I can keep and how fast people get answers to the trivia questions during the game sections. Also, whether we get started on time (there may be a few minutes delay if everyone shows up exactly at 9pm and we can't even start handing out raffle numbers until then). How many of the winners show up may also affect things a bit, as Sol will have my contest alt at the event to give out prizes to those present as they are announced. I'll do my best to put up a schedule the day before.
As for prizes, it's highest prize per entry. So if one of your entries wins a 4* prize and another wins a 2* prize, you would get both.
The difference between the exemplary awards and the subjective awards is that the subjective awards are in addition to placement awards, while exemplary awards are instead of placement. Also, there is only one category that has exemplary awards, which only one person entered in, so most people needn't concern themselves with it.
@Fallenhope and Kimahsonite: Yup. 1pm Sunday.

Sorry, but I can't join the ceremony because my wifi is throttled and so it moves at the speed of a slow thing. A very slow thing, and so it won't update spiral knights so I can't play.
