When people say "This forum is more mature and better than others": Is that enough? Why do we need to base ourselves on others and not just work on ourselves instead?

If you read Dr. Spacebar's eloquent response, you would understand that we do not disagree with your definition. What we really disagree with was that you chose to ignore a colloquialism in order make an issue out of nothing and resorted to insults (which is always a sign of a failed argument and it's also a sure fire sign of a troll). I say you "chose" because I assume you are smart enough to know that there are enough context clues to understand what was meant when that guy used the word "entitlement." Shoebox, this is going to sound condescending to you again... but when you linked something to a wikipedia page, you have weakened your earlier argument (in post #9) that wikipedia isn't a worthy source of support for a claim (which I normally agree with). That's not that big of a deal. It's also not a big deal that you have evoked Godwin's Law (final link in #108) a bit cliche', but whatever... The real problem was that you (wrongly) accused people of resorting to strawman, and then you resort to it yourself in almost every post (almost every time you have resorted to insults in this thread). Etendue may or may not have refuted any of your claims, but he didn't need to. Your claims were invalid from the start... (other than that you know a usable definition of the word "entitlement," but then again, you are smart enough to not need a cookie for that).
I'm sorry but there is a difference between being condescending and teaching. It is empirically true that you are guilty of the aforementioned fallacies. AGAIN, we agree that your definition of entitlement is a usable one. Yes, we still love you (I guess I can only speak for myself) and that is why I try to inform you despite your resistance to learn.
