Guys layoff the guy he is obviously mad since all the rage threads are gone and the forums are filled with love. With breaking the rules we did nothing wrong...a bunch of different people posted threads in general discussion about the game. Instead of having 200 threads saying we hate the game we have 200 threads saying we love the game. He just upset that the rage is gone...some kids get off on the rage. Regardless Three Rings can take whichever action they wish to, but I do support my statement of us doing nothing wrong. You can call it spam, but look at each thread it has different style and a regular conversation between players about generally related spiral Knights topic (Worse-case scenario it was meant for Gremlin Chatter). Please stop trying to stir up drama on the forums and have the idea in your head Eos is treated better than the rest of you guys. Yes, we sent them a cake if you want you can do the same no-one is stopping you.
Or....He still mad he didn't get into Eos.

Yes. Because this is not a playground. It is a serious moderated forum for a rather large game. Just because you constantly kiss up to OOO that does not entitle you to use the forums as a toy and take advantage of the kind things you've done.
I hope they see this the same way, at least.

Video games are, by their very nature, entertainment. That is not serious by default. Why is it that our set of threads is unacceptable to you, yet the various fashion threads and poorly constructed complaint threads count as "serious" enough to be on the forums? And what indication do we have that OOO wants a "serious" forum? What are you even counting as serious? Look to The Arsenal for strategy, go to the Bazaar to do serious trading, go to the Suggestions section for serious feedback.
After all the different subsections, what actually belongs in GD? Probably stuff like this. If the complaint threads get to be here, so do the love threads.
Our intention is to make everybody lighten up a bit and remember that this is a forum about a GAME. GD is hardly the center for "serious" discussion and ONLY serious discussion, and this has been the case for as long as I've been here.

Yes, we bought OOO a cake, no, that does no offer us special treatment so stop beating that drum.
So we turned GD on it's head for a night, I'm sure you can get back to your regularly scheduled "OOO sucks, entitled [whine]-a-thon" tomorrow.
The reason we did it was because day after day, all we see is people nitpick and complain about the game, its developers, its business model, and any other facet you can think of. The developers, and there are far too few of them, slave to make this game as good as it is. Every time they change anything, a wave of entitled forum goers descend and complain endlessly of the horrid injustice wrought on them.
The Devs need people like us. People that remind them that someone, somewhere enjoys their game. We started tonights festivities to show the devs the joy their game has brought to our hearts. Maybe things got a little out of hand with the bumping, but honestly that was just to counter you trying to bury us.
And lastly, Njthug was sober tonight. Methinks I see a double standard since calling him a "drunk dog" could be considered a personal attack which is against ToS.

This might be fun and chaos, but it's disruptive fun and chaos. It's why the police show up to your house if you disrupt the neighborhood with parties. They also come down on you harder if you're throwing a party in a place you need a permit to, or where you're not supposed to.
This is clearly a place you're not supposed to spam. So if you spam, it's not unreasonable for people to expect you to be punished to 1: deter you from doing this kind of crap again, and 2: set an example for others to not follow. It's just disappointing that the "police" of this game just don't give a damn about enforcing their rules.
I can guarantee nothing will be done about this, just as nothing will be said about the UV ticket exploit. *Sigh*

OOO's definition of spamming : "Spamming is defined as repeatedly sending letters, messages or nonsense in a way that makes it difficult for other knights to communicate. Spamming is not acceptable in any form. "
We have the nonsense, and honestly, it cut every other thread. We already knew it was a form of spamming we had here; but it is also stated it is not acceptable in any form. So I don't see any reason this particular spamming should be spared from punishment. If it were, that would be a serious case of biasing for the responsible, EoS apparently. I know it is exagurated said this way but first OOO tolerates one excess, and it ends up tolerating everything. This can't be tolerated.

Tersakoff, I can understand why you complained about this. I almost posted a (albeit less vitriolic) thread about this, but something stayed my hand...probably because I'm not interested in getting into virtual fights.
The responses from Echo of Silence members have been pretty lacking, I must say. They certainly don't give forum-readers the opinion of EoS that it deserves. At least, that's how I received them. Though you may think so, your actions in this forum most definitely are not better than those of Tersakoff.
But hey, who cares about me. Keep going, I'm sure you all intended on doing so. Spread the love, or whatever the heck it is you think that you're doing.
