Yes, we did say we were going to accept the consequences. We've said it multiple times. Because we enjoyed ourselves and some other people had fun too. You didn't have fun, and that sucks, but not everybody can like the same things.
Unfortunately, because we did not coordinate this ahead of time most of the posters of the love threads went to sleep before moving their threads, so...not much we can do about it----it's extremely unlikely they'll be awake and online before a moderator.
At any rate, thanks for the internet argument. I think things were more or less civil, which is always good.

Or starting a thread for a bomb petition in general discussion and not suggestions?
Or how about complaining about the number of cash promos which drive down the price of ce for most players and then putting that in general discussion and not in suggestions again?
How about starting a stun bug thread and putting it again in general discussion and not in bug reports?
Or about players starting protests and petitions on general forums for the sole purpose of slamming the game they play FOR FREE. And not posting changes that can be implemented in suggestions.
Yeah, you're right. This is crazy that something insane had to be done so you people realize how inane and utterly crazy general discussion was as a catchall for every kind of thread that had no right to be here. Crazy."
A few responses to this.

2) Two wrongs don't make a right. Here we are at wrong #293, and things still aren't looking right.
3) You can bump the hate threads to page 2, but the Toxic Waste Promo is still on the Homepage. :)
4) Alright OOO, the ball's in your court. Either play favorites or teach these guys a lesson.

They seem to look here more often. And petitions could go either way. Naturally, we put them in the forum where they seem to look more often.

Wait a minute. Are we slamming the game? The WHOLE GAME? Last I remember, we slammed an overblown nerf (key word: overblown, we wouldn't have been so mad over a simple range decrease) that turned a useful, but not overpowered, weapon into junk, often comparing it to other weapons that were more widely used. We did not slam the whole game.
Some of us were raging, others were offering feedback more calmly. Quit generalizing and lumping all shard-bomb supporters under the first category.
And again about the suggestions forum, doesn't seem like GMs really look at it. If Heart of Ice is really based off my Everfrost Valley suggestion, there's a lot of things they left out. On the other hand, the pickup line thread got an instant response from Eury. We want these changes. Where do we put them?
Is that wrong? Then it'd do to have some posts in Suggestions more often!

Well there was a thread in Bug Reports that obviously should have been moved to Gremlin Chatter, but they didn't do so, so I assumed they weren't looking at Bug Reports.

I admit that other stun bug report was bad, but posting one without putting in all the times it occurred and with appropriate screenshots makes it more difficult to ascertain. Posting it in general discussion without any information beyond "THIS IS BROKEN I WILL BUMP THIS EVERY DAY" doesn't help a soul beyond making more people aware. If there were even any screenshots of the problem or a small video it would have been infinitely easier to pinpoint it.

Then the general hullabaloo that others are having about inappropriate threads in GD because it "gets the most traffic" makes no sense. There is a high level of hypocrisy there.
And as for the hate, it is on nearly EVERY single update. There is some kind of ridiculous response to whatever is put out, and it's generally by people being complete hypocrites. "I will protest this game and be in the same gear I was protesting about the next day". Those threads are chattel and clogged up the GD thread no worse than ONE day of silliness because people can't seem to calm down.
And I can assure you Dr. Spacebar that they do read the suggestions, it's just that they don't immediately respond to threads. I posted in another topic about a number of the times that they took suggestions and ran with it. If you were one of the people who contributed to the new danger mission than it is spiffy but I think they might just take creative license with your work.

Ok then.
So clearly people are still mad bro. People are acting like we committed some horrid atrocity against nature which seems to be blowing things out of proportion quite a bit.
I'll say it again, OOO can ban me from the forums if they want. (they'd probably be doing me a favor anyways)
I do not regret upsetting the order of the forums for a few hours so we could post threads about loving SK and loving OOO.

I think I kinda feel like how Avenged feels everyday in our guild....Think about it:
Avenged has a lot of forbidden love with Yuka n many others, but the love can never be real since he is jail-bait, so we all yell at him for loving them.
Eos showed Sk community and three rings how much we love them, but we forgot that love is not allowed on the sk forums since only rage threads are allowed.
Sadly loving Sk is considered FORBIDDEN LOVE!!

Good god
Why is this thread still getting replies? I am one of those people that love verbosing (shut up, I know it's not a real word) and going off on people in overly explainy posts about why everything is wrong with everything. It was left simple because I didn't think it needed much explanation or detail. I think people got the message, the general response seemed to suggest as such and the nonsense stopped. Why was a discussion here needed? This thread seems full of more finger pointing and last wordism than content, even moreso than a usual forum thread is.

@Serell It was a known bug for long time players. But if there wasn't an F2 bug report in game and a respective thread with things that can be duplicated it'd be hard to fix right? That's all I'm saying, not finger pointing and saying "no no no no no". Just that more information and in the appropriate thread would have helped heaps more.
