Okay, so it's a wolver set that gives shock bonus.
Literally the only thing we can infer from it is that it has shock resistance. We can also assume it has the same amount of normal defence as the other wolver coats, and the same amount of special defence, whichever type that is. Piercing? Elemental? Shadow? Does it give Medium ASI? One ASI and one MSI? What's the deal here, man? We need input, man!

I have met with a few users in game who have shared good ideas with us in this forum and they were not all 5*, sometimes not even 4*.
However:
"i was 5* before but i was robbed so i made new account"
That means not only were they a less than competent 5* player, but they were also scammed out of their supposed 5* status. Considering the systems in the game, the only way this could have happened is by giving their account information and/or falling for the "just trust me" scam which should only work on children too young to be playing this game to begin with. In other words, that claim would mean they are less competent than a ~3* in regards to the "tier to competency" stereotyping. Silly.
