Dont know if its ok, since many suggested already something like this, to add missions to guilds, but tried anyway.
I call the Guild Taskboard. Check it if you want.
Also want to give thanks to Klipik, he suggested this thread and its great, all great ideas and good innovations.
Guild Apartments:
Price: 2 Million Crowns (Probably overpriced. Could be priced by player though)
Turns a wing on a chosen floor into an apartment for every player in the guild. There would be a mission console where you could pick the players apartment you want to go to. Each apartment would be the size of a regular GH room, with a bed and drawer in there by default. There would be this touch screen thing there where you can customize, add to your own treasury, and have birdsong emporium to buy furniture and stuff. You can also lock your room to let everyone else out but you.
+ A trillion. As a guild master myself, a ton of this stuff would be awesome and helpful. Definitely needed upgrades.

You have NO IDEA how much frustration uninformed Veterans can cause because they thought Design Mode was a non-persistent sandbox playground.
We have had to go around asking everyone with a room
"Is this all your stuff?"
"Are you missing anything?"
"Hey officers, come spend an hour helping us reset the GH Design Mode so we don't f-up the GH next time we Publish."
"Oh btw guys, I know you had your private room all set up how you liked it, but maybe you should consider reorganizing it. Otherwise you have to set it back the way it was all by yourself."
That dose not make for happy guildpeople.
