[Fanfiction] Test Results

Hello everyone, this is my first Fanfiction for Spiral Knights, based off a character I created for a different story. I apologize in advance if any part of this story offends you or does not live up to your standards (if you happen to have any).
Please tell me what you think of the story, and things I can do to improve my writing.
I've opened applications, please keep in mind I'll only be accepting for specific roles, which are:
-Test Subjects (must not be Knights, however, they can be extremely biologically modified Knights)
-Hunters (must be Knights or Mecha Knights)
-Researchers (must be Knights)
-Normal Exploring Knights
Also, use this form when applying:
Name:
Gender:
Species:
Bio/History:
Personality:
Abilities/Weapons:
Note: I may ask for your character's name to be changed when you're applying. Also, I may deny an application for excessive uncreativity, so make sure it's especially interesting.
Anyway, I hope you enjoy.
Chapter One - Relocation
No matter how hard I tried, I couldn’t remember.
Maybe it was the scents of fear and panic and the scary memories that jumbled up everything and made my brain go fuzzy and not want to bring up the memories of the moment the Knights caught us? I don’t know, it’s not like I’m a neuroscientist or anything.
At least I’m somewhat glad there is one. But it baffled me. Why a bell?
The bell one of the people was holding was the sole thing I could clearly remember about that day. It was as if my mind knew it would be there and decided to record just that thing.
I don’t know how it was rung or when it was rung, but all I know is that the sound that came from it was merciless. Surrounding, encompassing. It pierced through my skull, my bones, everything. I couldn’t hear anything besides it. And it was incredibly horrible to endure. I thought I could just run away from this awful noise, but when I asked my muscles to move, they didn’t reply. The memory ends there.
I also had one other memory, fleeting and equally confusing.
A sharp, piercing point. Not the cruel point of a sword or a bullet from one of their loud guns, but quick and precise.
All I could see when I opened my eyes was white.
“Am I dead?”, I asked myself, half expecting to see Skolver appear and answer my question. When nobody appeared in front of me, I walked in one direction, seeing if I would bump into a wall or something. I was right that time, I rammed straight into one. Recoiling from the impact, I was a little confused. What kind of afterlife has walls? Touching the wall a little, it felt cold, and made out of some stony material. So maybe I’m not in the afterlife. Where in the world could I be? No ideas occurred to me at the time, so I paced around this white space for a little while. A little later, I noticed something around my neck. I laid down on the cold surface, waiting for something to happen or for me to wake up if this was a dream. I drifted off to sleep...
Suddenly, I was jolted awake a noise, like a clinking, I couldn’t really determine what it was, but nonetheless, I spun around to where it was coming from, and braced myself for an attack. Almost all of my questions were answered in the next second when one side of the space opened itself and three hooded Knights came in, bringing weird devices with them. What kind of place is this?
As if reading my mind, one of them answered, “Haven Laboratory, Block One, Room 1-S. Initiate experiment.” Laboratory... Block one...? Experiment? What in the name of Skolver are you talking about? He didn’t answer me, but instead brought out a bell from one of the devices. That bell! I braced myself for the noise that I remembered it making from my short memory, but when the strange hammer he was holding made contact with the bell, I was completely at its mercy. The same things happened as before. I couldn’t move, and all I could hear was the horrible noise ringing in my ears. But even through the noise of the bell, I could somehow hear the Knight's voice loud and clear.
“Time to start the Replica Project.”

If you've read the first chapter, pleasepleasePLEASE tell me your feedback on it.
I need to know what you guys think so I can improve my writing. I also want to know your thoughts so that I know that someone's been reading it, haha.
(Sorry if this seems attention-seeking)

I read it, starts to say something, and gets killed by sniper.
But seriously, nice chapter! Oh and not that I'm like bragging or anything, but can some people read this fan-fiction? My loyal readers are all busy :P

I love psychotic work like this. It really adds a lot of depth to what we think of Spiral Knights. I myself am a fan of such dark fiction. If you haven't seen it already, here's Skolver. (The twist is what makes it truely psycho)

I'm glad some people commented on this, chapter will be out later today, most likely soon.
Thanks for everyone's feedback! ^_^

@Unstable Yeah, I'm more into dark stuff. So the fanfic will be pretty dark at some points.
@KoV Thanks, keep an eye out for that sniper so you don't get killed again, hehe.
Anyway, I got the next chapter written up. As I said before, it's pretty dark at some points. If you can't handle it, you are certainly welcome to tell me that I'm going a little over the top, and I'll try to adjust my writing.
Here it is. Enjoy (or try to enjoy).
Chapter Two - Readjust
Replica Project? What the he-. I couldn’t finish my thought because that bell had been rung again, numbing my senses. I had a feeling by now that there would be some side effects from all this messing with my body, but that was the last thing on my mind when I saw the... thing. I don’t know what it was, it was tiny, much, much smaller than a sword, and didn’t look like a gun. It didn’t even look like a weapon, but the moment I saw it, it invoked more fear than any device could. I still don’t know why. It was like a tube, but with some dark, shadowy stuff in it, and a really vicious looking point at the end of it, not like a sword at all. The Knight at the front of the group had grasped it in his hand, thumb on top, as if he, rather, it, was going to stab me to death with it. That was not the case, but the physical pain I experienced afterward was much worse. I was still immobilized by the bell, so when the Knight walked towards me, I couldn’t resist. He went around to my side, and drove the needle straight into my back, some tears springing to my eyes. I didn’t know what he was doing with it, but soon, the Knight wrenched the... thing, out of my flesh, leaving a little patch of blood-stained fur where it was.
“What did you just do?”, I barked angrily. He didn’t appear to have understood me, but instead simply left the room along with all the equipment and devices he brought in. The other Knights followed suit, and the wall space slammed shut, and I was left in the room to ponder what had just happened.
Something seized up inside of me. Everything suddenly felt tight and constricted. It became hard to breathe, and in the next moments, there was just pain. It felt like little spikes were pressing themselves into every inch of my skin, or that I was on fire, or that my fur was being torn out. I can’t describe it accurately enough, but I’ll just tell you that those moments were intensely painful. But the worst was yet to come. I was coughing up blood. Writhing around on the floor. And the worse part is that my insides felt like they were being ripped apart. And stuck back together. And ripped apart. And stuck back together. Over and over again.
“Stop it... please... stop... it...”
[Laboratory Monitor Room]
Hahn gazed at the myriad of monitors in the Laboratory’s dark Surveillance room. There was a variety of tests going on, but none was more so interesting than The Replica Project, in Block 1, Room 1-S.
“So, they just administered the solution...”, he muttered to himself, as he saw the Wolver on the screen thrash about in pain.
A door opened, with a Biotech Researcher coming through.
“Chief Researcher Hahn, I was informed you would be here. We have just administered the solution to Subject 1-S”, the Knight said.
“I can see that. You understand that your team is responsible for collecting the results, correct?”
“Yes, sir. I will make sure that this test is documented properly.” And with that, the Biotech Knight left the room.
He returned to looking at the monitor.
“Hey, Hahn, whatcha up to?”, an annoying, feminine voice asked as the door opened yet again. Hahn sighed. It was Kora.
“Hello Kora, and please, next time, knock before entering”, he replied. “I’m just overseeing all the tests in the Laboratory.”
“I heard you have a new project going on, something about a Replica?”, she asked.
“You are correct, please direct your attention to Monitor 1-S”, Hahn replied, gesturing to the wall of TV screens. Kora glanced at it, and put her hands over her mouth in horror. The subject was still thrashing around in pain.
“Wh-what are you doing to that poor Wolver?!”
“It’s called the Replica project”, Hahn explained. “In short, we’re trying non-embryonic DNA overwriting to attempt to change the form and abilities of a creature. It’s the first time it’s been done. If this works, it’ll be a scientific breakthrough.”
“What do you mean, if it works?”, Kora asked, wiping some tears from her eyes.
“There’s an approximately 32 percent chance that the subject won’t die from this, and the treatment is successful.” Hahn leaned back in his chair.
“Alright, given that this twisted experiment of your does work, what’s going to be the result?”
“That is classified, but I can tell you that we won’t have to worry about protecting Haven any longer.”
Kora stormed out of the room, teary-eyed, while Hahn shook his head.
"She'll never understand. Sacrifices must be made in order to progress. It's just how life works."
The subject had become unconscious. Her once golden colored fur had started darkening.
Hahn looked back at the monitor and was surprised. "So it really did work..."
I just remembered something else. One word. Mynah.

I like the story, gives vague ideas, making it look suspenseful IMO.
EXCEED BOOK 1: AlucardLegolas - This my friend, is my own story :D Let us support each other in the growth of both! [Rhyme]

I feel really bad now, because I just spurred on loads of people advertising on this thread.

This is nice really, keep up with the great job!

I appreciate all the feedback, I'll probably write the next chapter sometime this week, most likely on Tuesday.
Also, please refrain from advertising. Thanks.

So far, it's a very interesting story!
I like the kind of twisted stories with a rather dark undertone, keep it up :)
It's easy to read and you built some suspense. Makes me wonder what is going to happen :)

The chapter probably will be sometime later this week. During the weeks, I have a lot of homework to do and not that much freetime, so I can't really dedicatedly (is that even a word) work on a chapter.
Sorry about that, but the more time I have to work on a story, the better.

Here's the new chapter. Just putting a non-sequitur out there, but Bastion is the greatest game you can buy. It's 15 dollars on Steam and the Chrome Web Store, and 5 dollars as an iOS app, so if you have the money, get it RIGHT NOW.
Back on topic, here's the next part. Sorry for the wait, and I apologize if it's a little short.
Chapter Three - Reform
Eurgh... I open my eyes for the second time in that white room, and stood up with some difficulty. I was in the exact same place where I had woken up the first time, however, I could remember everything that happened before this time. So one of those knights stuck that sharp thing in me, and then I was... I didn’t want to think about it. But something didn’t feel right in my body. Like I was somewhat of a different person. I looked down at my paws, and I was astonished. I definitely had golden fur last time I checked, but the fur on my paws was jet black. I looked back at the rest of my body. It was dark as night, no trace of my former fur to be found. Something else felt strange though. Well, it felt sort of like I had three extra limbs. I knew I didn’t have any extra arms or legs because I still felt fine when I walked. I looked back at my body, and noticed three small spikes I hadn’t seen before. They were equally black as my body, but they had an ominous-looking red glow at the tip. Maybe those are the extra limbs I felt? I closed my eyes and tried moving the spikes on my back. I looked back again, and I saw three tentacles waving in the air, covered in barbs, with the spikes on top. I was a little creeped out, but I thought it was kind of cool that I had weapons now. I tried moving them around, and within 15 minutes I could probably impale someone with one of them. However, I noticed something else wrong. There was a collar on my neck, where there was nothing before. I tried biting it off, but it seemed to be tightly stuck on. Oh well, it didn’t seem like much of a bother anyway. I was bored again. There was nothing to do in this white room besides wait for the knights to come and do something else to me. These spikes could be my ticket out of here... all I need to do is kill every Knight that tries to stop me, haha! I’m not sure if it was because I was so bored, but I was thinking some pretty dark thoughts, like killing everything in Haven, or just escaping the laboratory or whatever one of those Knights called it by impaling my tormentors. I laid down on the floor again, formulating evil thoughts and waiting for the Knights. Sure enough, onr came, and I shot the spikes towards his chest. He quickly dodged it and pressed a button he had in his hand. I fell down to the ground as I felt electricity coursing through my body. He pressed the button again and the flow stopped, leaving me where I was, breathing heavily. So instead of using the bell, they’re electrocuting me. Great.
“Woah, calm down”, he said, waving his hands. “I just came here to give you some food.” Food? At the first mention of the word, I realized just how hungry I was. I was still recovering from the electric shock, so I didn’t see the Knight put something on the floor and leave the room. It was something that looked very meaty, and its scent was irresistible. I started gnawing at it, even using one of my spikes like a fork. Suddenly, I felt incredibly tired. My eyelids feel heavy as I collapse onto the ground, under the influence of some drug they must have put in it.
“Wh-what did... you give me... wwwhat are you doinggg to meee?”, I say with some difficulty, slurring the words. I close my eyes and before I fall asleep I can see the wall open up again with three knights toting various equipment coming through. What’s going to be different when I wake up this time?
Is Mynah... my name?

The bell... The black spines.... :O
Great story once more! I've read stories of escaped lab subjects but never from the point of view of the test.

Great story!
BTW I mistake Unstable to Stable.
Maybe this is the drawback of being stable.

Since I'm an idiot....
What is redacted?

Nah redacted means some words that is sensitive is removed.
I can read minds, fortunately I'm an idiot.

Thanks for your feedback and to anyone reading. I'll probably start working on the next chapter tomorrow night, and have it done by next Saturday. Sorry for the slow pace, I just like having time to work on things, which is something that is more abundant on weekends than weekdays.

Yes, chapter coming Friday night. I will try to pick up the pace a little, sorry.
(Note: For anyone who read the original post, applications will come after the next chapter)

Alright, I finished the latest chapter, sorry for the slow pace. I'll work on cranking out more chapters faster. By the way, Spring Break is in a couple of weeks for me.
Chapter 4 - Release
[Laboratory Basement - Hahn’s Perspective]
I stood waiting in the darkened room, face illuminated by the eerie yet comforting glow of the towering experiment tubes filled with a slowly coruscating green substance that drifted about lazily. There were only two subjects at the moment, but someone else was to join them. I had ordered the Snarbolax-Wolver Hybrid I had conducted tests on to be put into what I called, Gel Suspension, for more tests. I created this system shortly after I became Head Researcher so I could perform incredibly intensive experiments with stability. Only five units had been installed, two of which was being used already, however, so I had to save the best experiments for that. I heard the dull clunk of locks sliding out of place and I looked behind me to see four Researcher Knights with a large test tube on a cart, with the Wolver Hybrid in it. They all saluted, and the first one on the left stepped forward and spoke.
“Zir, Zubject SR-100 has been succezzfully contained. My team alzo attached IV tubes to ze pointze you inztructed”, he stated firmly, speaking with an accent.
I panicked for a moment, trying to recall his name from memory, something I always had trouble doing, but I thankfully remembered in time.
“Very good, Johannsen. I would like you to do one last task, please install the tube. I will take care of the administration of the chemicals”, I instructed him. Seconds later, there was a loud clank as the tube connected itself with the base.
“Thank you. You are released from duty. I look forward to your future work in this laboratory.” I saluted him.
"Ja, sir. I look forward to vorking vith you in ze future", he replied, saluting.
"Ve go", he instructed his team, walking out the door, his team following suit. It slammed shut and locked, and I was alone again.
I grabbed some gloves out of my pocket.
Now the real tests begin", I mutter to myself, laughing softly. I walk over to the main control panel, and bring Block Two online, the machines that would keep the subject stable whirring to life. I take out a small tube and slip it in an opening, pressing a few buttons. I looked back up at the subject. I have to admit, I was a little in awe. She had fur that was like the night itself, and the spikes we had engineered in the genetic solution were all sprawled out behind her, almost making her look like some chaotic deity. I couldn’t wait to see the subject in her biggest form. It would take a while, but in just a few months, and Haven would have a new protector.
"She is god, I am the controller."
[SR-100’s Perspective]
A lot of things were different when I regained consciousness this time. I opened my eyes halfway, and my vision was clouded with green. I could faintly make out another creature to my right, and a dark room, like the one I was kept in for a while. The ground didn’t seem to be there, and I felt many little pokey things all over my body. Like the pointy object that the Knights stuck in me, but times ten. And it wouldn’t go away. I reached out my paw slowly, as if I was in a trance and touched a cold surface. Glass? I looked around again slowly. I was in a tube maybe? I'm not sure...So sleepy... I closed my eyes and fell asleep, still under the influence of some chemical.
As the hours and days passed by, the world seemed to grow a little bigger. For a while, being suspended in that state was all I knew. Something kept me from thinking about anything else, but I didn’t worry about that because I couldn’t worry. I felt myself grow a little bigger, but it wasn't like I transformed from a young Wolver to bigger than a Snarbolax. Who knows... my memories of that time are hazy, just like in that tube...
[Haven Square - Third Person]
The bustling square of Haven had a relaxed air as usual. Some Knights were at the Auction House counter, looking up at the monitors displaying various goods and asking the Strangers questions about their wares. Others were simply relaxing, or discussing the latest trends. There was a rumble.
“An earthquake?”, a random Knight asked sleepily.
“No, Cradle doesn’t get earthquakes. It's impossible”, another Knight with glasses replied, shaking his head. The rest just looked around, confused. Even the people at the Auction House stopped to wonder what the rumbling was. Suddenly, there was a flash of bright light that came from the Arcade. A hot wind rushed over the Knights as they covered their eyes from the flash of the explosion. Several more explosions happened around Haven, injuring hundreds. It was a missile attack from the Clockworks.
[SR-100]
I was suspended there, sleeping or simply not thinking about anything, when I was jolted awake by a huge rumbling. There were several more rumbles, getting louder and louder. Suddenly, there was a blinding flash, a crash, and a burning heat. I hit the floor hard, coughing violently. I opened my eyes and looked around. My vision was clear again and I could see glass shards and bits of wall everywhere. I could smell smoke and fire, but I could also breathe in air again. There was a huge hole where the ceiling was, sunlight streaming through and dust falling softly. I could hear panicked screams of Knights even from where I was, but even that did not matter to me.
I was free again.
Wait, wasn’t there another one?

Sorry for the lateness, got distracted.
You all are welcome to apply now, I'll try to fit you into the story as best as I can, but keep in mind I need specific parts.
Roles needed:
- Test Subjects (must not be Knights), at least two.
- Hunters (must be Knights or Mechas), at least two.
- Researchers (must be Knights), at least three.
- Normal Knights/Explorers, as many as needed.
Please use this application form when submitting, thanks:
Name:
Gender:
Species:
Bio/History:
Personality:
Abilities/Weapons:

Name: Vin
Gender: Male
Race: Knight
Bio: A former Inquisitor for the federal and judicial branches of the Order, Vin has decided to put his combat skills into use by chasing down escaped test subjects. Although he initially was against the idea of these experiments, he became more and more curious with the research as he was found interrogating more and more test subjects. It grew to the point where the test subjects were disrupting his work, and he requested transfer to the Intelligence Branch of the Order. There, he could finally chase down these creations, all for the sake of his fellow Inquisitors' convenience. He holds his own independent research team (2 other Knights) in the Gloaming Wildwoods, mostly to research how the Snarbolax came to be.
Personality: An intelligent, die-hard, amiable kind of guy. He pursues with an annoying determination, and creates strategies on-the-fly while chasing a target. Outside of combat, he is a bit flirty with people, but he is also very sociable. He loves using eloquent words, and doesn't mind confusing his peers and friends with some jargon from the Intelligence Branch. He is also known for socializing with the people he interrogates.
Loadout: Snarbolax Coat, Grey Feather Cowl, Barbarous Thorn Blade, No shield.
Appearance (out of armor): He wears a grey t-shirt and sweatpants, and wears Frosty Glasses. He has steel-blue eyes, a fair skin tone, and short black hair. And yes, he loves going barefoot.
Abilities: He has quite a large amount of stamina, so pursuits on foot isn't much of a problem. He also specializes in stealth, usually popping up out of the most unexpected places (sewers, trashcans, the fountain in Haven, etc.). He can also lob thorns without even having to charge his attacks. Instead of trying to block attacks, he parries and deflects with his blade. Has a tendency to escape near-death situations, even under extreme circumstances. He also likes keeping his targets alive and minimally injured, that is if he is ordered to keep them alive.

You're accepted, Vinmeister (that's my new nickname for you :3).

I need a couple Test Subject applications to start the next chapter.
If you're thinking about it, just do it! :D

Name: SR-117 (Then adopted the name Topoyozada, but friends call him Topo or Top for short.)
Gender: Male
Race: Wolver/Snarby.
Bio: Captured from the Clockworks into Haven's top secret laboratory, he, like SR-100, has been experimented and tortured. Instead of Tentacles and night-vision, he is a perfect spy, one that could melt into the shadows. He has a few thorns, which can be used as throwing knives. Because he was meant to be a perfect spy, Hahn put Chromalisk blood into his DNA, letting him be invisible, until he attacks or is attacked.
Loadout: Wolvers don't have loadouts, don't they?
Personality: SR-117 does not bond with people well. He likes to go solo, but will appreciate help when it is needed. Likes taunting enemies, and in battle he is cool and almost NEVER panics. (Perhaps SR-100 tries to be friends with him, gets rejected, but finally they become friends?)

I decided to make this more of a side path to events happening in SR-100's pack after she was captured.
Chapter 6, given that there's more character signups by then, will include all of the people that have applied so far.
Oh also, Topoyozada/Knight-of-Vanaduke, your character is accepted.
Chapter 5 - Regression
“Chief? Starling? Where did you run off to?”
The chief had gone somewhere again. Ever since Mynah, his daughter, was taken, and a few others, he was always depressed. He would go off and sequester himself for hours at a time, doing who-knows-what. I mean, I could sympathize with him. Mynah was a really cute cub, and she had a really great personality too, and if I was her father, I would also be kind of devastated. But she was captured over a year ago. Wolvers learn to move on, we aren’t the type to linger in the past.
I sniff the air, and I can smell his scent very close by, fear and sadness mixed in, alarming me a little. I bound ahead, leaping through the bushes.
“Starling! Please, come join the rest of the pack. We caught some chro-.” I start speaking, but I find him standing over an all too familiar herb.
Nightshade.
He looks back at me, desperation in his eyes.
“I don’t know how I can take this anymore, Vireo.”
“Starling, you have to stay strong! You’re leading a pack! I know that Mynah was your only daughter, and I’m sad too, but you can’t just throw away your life like this!”, I yell back at him.
I hear another Wolver from my pack come through the bushes.
“What’s going on with Starling?”, Shrike, our head scout asks. He spots the dark herb and his eyes widen.
“Chief! What do you think you’re doing?!”
He looks shamefully at him, me, and the bundle of Nightshade clasped in his paw.
“How can I continue on living, let alone being Alpha if I’m always a sobbing wreck?!”, he cried angrily. I try to say something consoling, but nothing comes to mind.
“J-just come back to our base and we’ll talk from there”, I say. “You can also drop the, uh, Nightshade that you have there.”
I see tears welling up in Shrike’s eyes. Poor guy. He’s always really sensitive. I look back at Starling, and he’s clutching the Nightshade even tighter.
“No. I’ll be going now.”
Before I can stop him, he shoves the leaves down his throat, and collapses. A sad and relieved expression comes to his face, and his mouth foams up. He squirms around a little before becoming still. There was a moment of horrified silence from me and Shrike.
We run off to the camp to tell everyone the news, Shrike crying uncontrollably along the way.
Telling them the story of Starling’s last moments, we make a final decision.
Everyone splits apart into groups, Shrike and I making our own.
On our way off, we visit Starling’s body. The foam around his mouth had receded, and all that was left was his sad, peaceful expression on his face and his body, still covered in his golden fur. Shrike whimpers a little at the sight. Even I'm overwhelmed with sadness.
“Time to move on. It’s the only thing we can do”, I say grimly, leading us south.

Just a bump.
If you want to apply, feel free to do so. I have plenty of spots open.

Loadout: Shadowsun Stetson, Shadowsun Slicker, Callahan, Volcanic Pepperbox, Ancient Plate Shield
Costume / Appearance: (In armor) Frosty Tailed Helm (Frosty Glasses, Cool Ribbon), Skolver Coat (Divine Wolver Tail, Divine Canteen)
(Outside armor) She wears a jacket similar to an Ash Tail Coat, except it is not made for combat. She wears black pants under the coat. She also wears glasses outside of combat, and ties her hair up into a single ponytail. She has mahogany eyes and hair, and a complexion a few shades lighter than Vin's. She wears grey boots.
Personality: She's a quiet girl, who doesn't say much to anyone besides her subordinates. Whenever Vin is around her, she becomes easily exasperated and embarassed. If Vin screws up and says something anything near a flirt, she slaps him clean 'cross the face. While some say she has a crush on Vin, she claims that Vin is only related to her as a business partner and subordinate. Other than that, she's polite, diligent, and cooperative. She can't bring herself up to kill a single thing, however. Look at her time in the military, and the records count no kills.
Bio: Vin's partner and researcher. She grew up with him as his adopted sister, and they've been taking care of each other ever since. Vin brought home the food and clothing, while she cleaned the house, swept the floors, and washed him. While Vin focused on the judicial branch of the Order, Lyra worked in all sorts of jobs dealing with firearms. She built guns, repaired guns, fired guns, modified guns, and heck, she even taught others how to do the same. When Vin left to become an Inquisitor, she enrolled in the military aspect of the Order, and fulfilled several roles as a gunner in her squad. She could snipe, hold down with supressing fire, lead on as pointman, and so forth. However, she left shortly after to help assist Vin with his research. Now, she collects data on the Snarbolax, as well as study on the genetics of the beast. Without her, Vin would have an almost impossibly hard time trying to figure out the Snarbolax's evolutionary path.
Abilities: She is a trained gunner, so she can jog quite the distance before losing her breath. She can also shoot very well, but her hesitation prevents her from actually killing anything. She also can do some first-aid procedures, although she is a far cry from being a medic.

can i post another app for the researcher?

You could post another app for a researcher, however, your additional character won't be included until a few chapters later.
If anyone else wants to apply for a Test Subject character, please do so right now, I'm starting work on the chapter this week.

i dont want My awesome gremlin Fipper handed over to evil knights as a test subject, so i'll post a different app.

EDIT: changed the name (sorry if it sucks)

To answer your question, mostly yes. His bio is incredibly short and lacking a lot of detail I need to see in order for him to have a good role in the story. If needed, you can post a completely different application for a different character, as slimes have a very... simplistic lifestyle.
If you're just gonna be revising your original application, try to make him more life-like and interesting as opposed to this random jelly cube that comes out of nowhere, which I wouldn't want to have in a story.
Sorry if this seems rude, but I'm looking for more overall effort.
Oh, and try to be a little more creative with the name. "Bobster" is a really generic and uncreative name (sorry again, I'm a harsh judge sometimes).

Added a note to the main post. While this may seem like a jerk move reminiscent of a 20th century dictator, I now reserve the right to deny your application or change any part of it. My apologies.

No offense taken. As a matter of fact, i was expecting this because slimes have a...very simplistic lifestyle. How about let's pertend that the application never happened. Im not using my gremlin app though. *Suddenly, idea pops into head**forgets*

Gimme chapters or I'm going to kill you just as I killed Seatus' family.....(He doesn't know it yet :3)

I'll start working on it today.
Also, @Spiral-Knight-Kid, do you mind if I change your researcher character's name in the story?

I'm halfway done with the next chapter, but I need another character application by Wednesday night, for a regular Knight.
If you've applied twice, please let someone else apply, thanks!

i changed the name and sorry if it isnt creative
EDIT- didnt see where u said if U could change it, go ahead (mine wasent creative)

I found the name kind of amusing, it wasn't too uncreative in my eyes, just a little unexpected.

use what ever name u want i don't actually mind the name
Bump.
Another chapter will probably coming tomorrow, and within the next few chapters I'll be accepting new characters, most likely by the third or fourth chapter.
