No. This is not an overpowered RP. Operators have limits. You can just ta dah! And kill everyone, by just teleporting. Who cares if your heart is corrupted? So? It's not like a major vulnerability. If you do change it, please keep in mind this is not an overpowered RP.

Forma's energy creations have no cooldown, but they're static. Thus, they can't be moved by Forma, but only by another entity.
For example, Forma could create a buckler, but someone else is going to wield it. He can make a sword, but someone else is going to have to use it. If he makes a bubble shield, he needs to lift it if he wants to move out of its radius. Guns and projectiles are out of the question. Additionally, he can only create up to the total mass of a truck. Otherwise, he'll overload, and will need to rest for quite some time.
Also, he isn't a fighter, so he isn't capable of fast reactions. Rather, he'll flinch and take a few seconds to process the battle before he'll actually do anything. In that sense, he's very civilian-like.
To compensate for that, he can float as high as he wants, as flight for him takes no energy. Beware anti-air units and Greavers; they'll snatch him out of the sky within the first five seconds if he has no protection.
But hey! He can cover himself in a hologram to look like whatever he wants to look like, making him a great spy. [Too bad he can't fight for crap XD]

Black hair, brown eyes. Looks like he's in the mid-late teens. Purple data lines on his face. Dressed in the same swarm chaos hood. Now wears a swarm infected wolver coat.
Bio:
After the events of After Cradle and Gwen being absorbed into the swarm, Axis kept up his reign of destruction on Cradle. Shortly after Gwen was absorbed into the Swarm he almost immediately noticed The Masters infatuation with her, and how she took advantage of it. But Axis decided to let it go, for one reason only. He wanted to take full control of the swarm. But after Gwen had "dispatched" of The Master, she immediately took control, leaving Axis second in command again. Even though he hasn't gone up the chain of command, he's become more powerful absorbing more and more people into the swarm.
Specialty: Almost complete control over the swarm. He cane mold it into almost any shape he wants. Not to mention he can use the swarms almost omnipotence to predict enemy attacks, and block most of them. He also of course posses the basic swarm abilities, namely regenerating and teleporting.

This is all very confusing. Sorry about the fight scenes, Vin. Maybe I just don't know how to deal with them. Also, why can everyone already see Winter? She's invisible, not to mention a bit scary-looking with greenish skin and dragon wings, so you don't just randomly offer her stuff, either. If someone can see her, why not attack her? Then, people start talking about big, highfalutin stuff when nobody asked.

Now.... about the everybody seeing Winter. 1) Nobody can see Winter, except me and Xindao, since he made a spell of some sort. Also, Xindao can feel Winter through the force (Star wars joke) or something, so he gives Mute advice.
Now, secondly. Scary-looking part. Mute still loves Winter,even though she might be a 'lil scary and ugly. (No offense). Dragon wings.... Doesn't a lot of people have them? Aren't they acessories? If they aren't, refer to the first answer. No one can see her, only Mute and Xindao, who's invisible and preformed a spell. Now... Attacking... No one can see her, so no attacking. Then... People talking. I don't really understand, so.... please explain?
(I'm not a native English speaker, so please no one be offended by anything I type up that seems offensive or if something you guys type up I seriously don't understand, can you please explain, like above?)

Well, Quexi's character started talking (well, more like thinking aloud to the audience) about stuff I don't quite understand, but it sounds important.
Winter's dragon wings are an organic part of her. They are not accessories. Not many people have such wings.
No offense taken about her being ugly. That was kinda the intended effect. :P

Posted something. I sort of modified the drakes a little to have some kind of venom/sedative in their fangs, so naturally taking a double dose of that is bound to take you out.
This is an overpowered RP. In overpowered RPs are overpowered characters. But I guess I'll edit that post a bit.
