I think a new addition to either the construct and/or beast family
Construct family
A scuttle bot kind of monster that hovers with a gas tank on it's back with a status symbol when it attacks a pipe would come out of it mouth and spray like a gas thats like the gas sprayer bombs.
Beast family
would look like a skunk and would spay a gas out like a gas spayer bomb. A rare version would have a gremlin demo riding it.
Leave your suggestions and/or art for the sprayers things :3
Beasts have long needed a...what's the term again...elite, I think. Since losing tracking, alphas obviously no longer fit the bill. So a suggestion for a new elite or even a brute would be welcome, but beasts already have a ranged monster. And the spray mechanic already exists in gremlins.
Constructs have enough monsters for now, including one with a ranged attack.
+1 for mounted gremlins though. I would elaborate, but don't want to derail the thread. That and someone has undoubtedly proposed them before...
Alphas are Brutes, not Elites.
Spy and Ata are right, there are too many constructs already and these things are basically chromalisks anyway. If we're looking for an elite for the beast family... How about Dragons?

Now that I imagine what they might look like, and that all they would seem to be capable of doing is the zombie-breath attacks, I think a swarm of these things would be really cool and effective. It would put some more emphasis on defending against statuses, and that might teach that Chaos gear a lesson.

By definition, a scuttle bot scuttles. Your monster does not scuttle, it hovers. You mean a scuttle bot SHAPED monster?
