Latest prices on Prisma Glow eyes are somewhat weird. A couple of them (meaning 2 Prisma G Eyes) went for 2m+, while the last pair went for 1.1m.
I'd say something in between would be fair, so 20k ce is possibly a fair price.

If I recall correctly; someone sold a Prismatic Com Unit for 20kE - 35kE or so during storm event on street.
Also, I remember seeing a Prismatic Com Unit sell 5mcrs+ within the past several weeks in the Auction House. (Several other merchants/friends saw this too)
It definitely oversold.
Edit:
Ignition Armor takes 100E Unbind; same for Ignition helm & spitfire. Though it takes a bit of personal effort to get to the unbind smith first.
In which, most players sell it 50E - 150E more than unbind at average. It often sells between 10kcrs - 20kcrs in AH (Per Piece).
For Prismatic Eyes, I've seen several sell street at the 15kE - 17kE range; Including a couple of my own, the past month.

Dark : Golden Laurel I would say 100-120k? Although I saw some that sold for 90k+ so im not too sure :x Love Aura 120k Max Autogun ASI High I think 5k E? Not too sure :x Autogun CTR Low 10k Crowns I think? Voltech Alchemer Construct High 20k-30k Crowns, Autogun Beast Low... Lol its like a normal Autogun really xD 2k Crowns max, 2Uved Flourish 6k Crowns and Magic Cloak Curse Low... 2k :/ Low UVed Items isnt worth that much even if its CTR or ASI

Dusker Coat Stun MAX - Has seen some low prices lately. Anywhere between 1k and 2k ce is a fair price.
Mercurial Helm Shock MAX - Would be worth more if it was a mail (chance to be shock-walker with a BKC) Still a nice piece of gear. 7-8k is what I'd say.
Book of D.R. - A 20k+ price would be fair, but many people have been underselling them. Consider it an option if you need money quickly. Otherwise, hold on to it.

I suggest you sell it as Antigua rather than AP. Saves you some CE and quite some time.
I'd say 3k, possibly 4k with some luck and patience. PvE-only UVs are generally a bit harder to sell rather than UVs like ASI and CTR.
