Now lets take a look at high ctr brandish i have seen em go 300k in ah alot, so i'll estimate it to be 350k cr on high end. currently there's 2 in ah one for 350k and another for 375k. on long and very long.
unbind price 4k ce 320k cr. Let's assume a buyer buys it for full price if any it will be 650k cr.
At assumption that someone will buy your shit for full price @ 650k cr, not even close to 10k ce which is about 790k cr.
Also the fact combuster is not as popular as other major type of brandish like nightblade, voltedge and ice.
so i can safely assume due to my personal marketing experience, from scale of 1-10,
if you put it up for 650k b/o there's 6.5/10 chance that someone will buy it.
if you want to put it at 790k cr=10k ce. chance of buyout: 2/10. chance of minimum bid ~500k cr: 8/10

1. on the 2 skolvers with triple maxes
let's start off disregarding the tails tails and crest of winter cuz noone cares about the accessory, its the triple max that matters.
back way way long ago, some noob sold it to friend of mines only for 20k ce. considering the fact i know the price you got it for and one was sold
for around 80k ce. considering also how max uv is worthless and does nothing in real game.
i'll estimate this shit to be sold at 60kce at high end with scale of 1-10 chance of selling. i give it medium to low chance 4/10 of selling it.
at around 40k ce-50k ce there's probably good chance of 7-8/10.
2. double max stun and pierce + divine wings
divine wings is sure a good seller point, but i do think a stun max is not enticing at all, so is pierce max.
very high chance of 8/10 selling this shit at ~30k ce
anything higher than 35k ce i'd say good luck finding a buyer.
and the rest of shit u got are almost useless uv with a single max and useless accessories. Just sell them a little above the average price, when i say a little maybe 1-3k ce more than normal selling price. medium chance of 5.5/10.

Elemental Max UV's on Wolver Coats are worth less than Shock/Fire/Pierce/Normal/Sleep Maxes, more than Stun/Curse/Freeze Maxes, and about the same as Shadow Max; so it's value is just below-average.
I've personally bought/sold a few Elemental Max wolver coats/magic cloaks the past few months; so they're not too hard to find. Do be cautious though; there are players that tend to overprice it just because it's a "max" UV. I've also seen it under-priced before too; usually when a seller doesn't want to go through the hassle of finding a serious buyer or doesn't have the time to sell.
If you have good timing and/or luck, buying it around minimum, sometimes even less than minimum, is actually quite possible. Though it really depends on if you find a nice seller; or if you find a lucky deal on the AH. Whichever really o.o

Item has a good range of value. However, Shadow Max on a Wolver Coat Line is considered below-average in terms of value compared to most other Max UVs. Also, on a skolver coat, it doesn't boost the base stats which does influence its value.
Defensive UV's that increase the base stats of an item tend to have a bit more value than defensive UV's that don't.
For example; Normal/Elemental Maxes on Vog, Normal/Shadow Maxes on Snarbolax, Normal/Pierce Maxes on Skolver are combinations where the UV's match and support the Base stats.
Why are these a tad more value? Because more players often prefer Maxing out existing stats than adding new stats. There's some more In-Game factors to consider (which affects the values) though I'm not a PvE/PvP expert :s
It's very difficult to sell items like this on street; mostly because street is composed primarily of experienced players.
It has better chances at selling in Auction House; since wealthy new players or, bluntly speaking, wealthy players that lack knowledge, tend to over-value Shadow/Elemental Maxes on items where those UV's are considered below-average. Please be wary that Auction House is also risky; a lack of competition can cause Undersells while a lot of competition can cause Oversells. Rarely does an item go around market in AH.

Item has a solid demand; ironically, it was way easier to sell BKC's around the 20kce~ range during the 2nd event than after. Most buyers, for the time being, hunt BKC around minimum price; sometimes a tad more or less depending on the person. In all honesty, the volcanic dapper combo makes a minor difference in price; while the curse low UV makes an even smaller difference. Players will simply be after it for the BKC itself.
Also, the BKC event has decent odds of being re-released again. This would make the item far easier to sell; though would either increase or decrease it's value depending on if the rituals book is harder or easier to obtain. Still, it's a good item with an active market.
Is It Worth:

To a serious buyer; yes. Since the event isn't presently active, a majority of current potential buyers wouldn't be willing to offer that high. Regardless, it is a realistic/fair goal.

In the end any merchant will just give you any 'ball park' guess no one can say for sure what an item exactly is worth, a 'ball park' guess is the closest thing that comes to exact, and it works well enough, as seen by the popularity of this thread.

Since the Acheron was buffed, it has been one of the more favored brandish lines in the market.
Seller's Perspective
It's possible to sell an [ASI VH] Acheron around a 18kce - 22kce range to a Serious buyer. Though logically speaking, serious buyers are very difficult to find. In which, it probably won't be worth the time/effort you'd need to invest. Of course, you could also be very lucky and simply find a good/great buyer out of coincidence. Aside from that, the additional Beast VH and Gremlin Med UVs make a minor difference in value; since potential buyers would only be after it for the ASI VH UV.
DO be cautious and take into consideration factors that may affect the potential sale.
DO respond to buyers in a timely fashion; lack of communication can bring possible buyers to inevitably lose interest in your item.
DO NOT rush a sale you might regret; think it through without wasting time. Simply stated,
DO NOT unnecessarily prolong discussions/negotiations; it easily turns into a waste of time for anyone involved.
Please be aware that [ASI VH] Brandishes sell frequently in the 10kCE - 15kCE range.
Usually you'd expect a larger gap between the 2* and 5* versions; however, these 2* versions have the option to be crafted into Any of its corresponding weapon lines.
I'll try and explain this in simple terms:
Base Version Weapons with UV's generally have a large market. This makes selling easier.
Fully crafted (5*) Weapons with UV's tend to have smaller, more Specific, market. This makes selling harder. (Holiday Specific 4*/5*'s are kind of an exception; depending on who you ask.)

Divine Valkyrie Wings, alongside Prismatic/Shadow Valkyrie wings, inflated greatly during the recent Rose promotion.
At the time of it's active inflation, Prisma/Divine Valks were seen oversold in the 1mcrs+ range.
Shadow Valks seriously jumped value in the 1.5mcrs - 2.75mcrs range. (Shadow valks were Depot released around the 7.5KCE range I believe; gained stability in the 10KCE - 15KCE range soon after its depot sale ended; then increased seller standards alongside the rose event spiked its value.) Though that sudden spike of value probably stabilized in the lesser end by now.
Any major inflation that occurred has likely stunted and been slightly reduced now that the promotion is over.
CE Promo = CE Enters Market Faster = Increase of buyers = Inflation of "Popular" items due to buyer 'competition'
CE Promo Ends = CE Enters Market Slower = Decrease of buyers = Slight Deflation of every item due to 'lack' of buyer 'competition'. (May or may not reach stability depending on the item.)

That offer would be around the lower end of Divine Valkyrie Wing's Market Range. I'd presume it would be worth it around 'minimum'.

Hi mate.
I just had to log back in just to commend the work you're doing here. I can't believe people are taking up the mantle from my original price checking thread. Although I can't tell how accurate your evaluations are because I haven't logged in for longer than 5mins in the past 6 months or so to check up on anything, I must say the effort that has gone into this is amazing. You really have taken my idea and improved on it a million times more. Not only that, it seems you're doing this solo. Where are all the other guys? Apo, Rating, Unique? I noticed you got some stick for charging people for a service that I and Apo ran for free, but again looking at the effort you put into the valuations I would say if people ask for your service and you provide as detailed responses as these all by yourself, who's to say what you are doing is not fair. Both parties benefit. So good on you if you're charging.
One thing though. My list obviously ran the problem of being outdated very fast, it involved continuously updating it based on current market value. Would it be possible to improve on that and maybe make a list with all the prices you quote on the first page OP. That way anyone can quickly glance over a certain item without having to wade through pages and pages of comments. It's just a thought, if you don't like it don't do it.

For the 2 Moonstone tabards offer; no. While seller's are currently targeting 150kcrs - 200kcrs+ per tabard; most actual sales happen in the 100kcrs - 150kcrs range. This will change as the value of it is expected to inflate overtime; it hasn't seriously inflated yet.
The second offer, moonstone tabard + 3KCE, is a decent amount above unbind. Its much more reasonable; though somewhat around the lower end of the Umbra Driver's worth.

Not so much a list like mine, it's a big headache. Maybe just things you give valuations on in this thread. So say if someone asked to pc shadow drags you give your valuation on which ever page it's on, then also add it to the first page, so anyone looking for a pc will know you already done that one and so they don't need to ask.
Or don't even put the price just say the item you already gave a pc on. Obviously prices change and you don't want to be in a position where you're being asked multiple times to pc the same item. People can use their common sense. You gave them your opinion, if the market price changes say in a month it's up to them to judge the price. Granted not everyone knows prices on everything but if we are able to find out I'm sure others can learn to also.

Now before there's any confusion; the opinions will definitely vary.
Most UV'd gear sellers/buyers don't see value in 5* weapons that only have monster damage UV's. (Even if the UV's were Very High)
Why?
Because Monster Damage UV's lack rarity and practicality.
Players usually target ASI/CTR UV's; which means any other variants tend to be thrown into the market at large numbers. Monster Damage UV's are also limited; only providing damage bonus for a Specific monster family.
Gear like Skolver and trinkets like Slash/Boom/Trueshot modules have Universal Damage boosts that apply to every monster family. Of which, is far better in comparison.
Of course, there is still a market for items like this; that market is really scarce though.
Why?
Most popular UV's on good items have difficulty selling due to a limited number of potential buyers; If popular UV's have a small buyers market, it's pretty obvious that less popular UV's would have an even harder time selling.
Anyways, while this specific item is good regardless; trying to sell it would still take a lot of luck and/or effort that doesn't seem to be worth it.

Flourish lines are valued for speed; so ASI UV's are the only really valued UV's for flourishes. CTR kinda lacks practicality for most situations/uses. It's more of a collector's item than a Lockdown weapon. CTR UV's on flourish lines also have a really slow market. Time/effort is kinda useless in this situation; it mostly depends on if you're lucky enough to find a buyer or not.
