I think you're doing it wrong. Why don't you simply just buy a standalone title if you have any expectation of improvement, since a standalone title will be a complete product.
October 16 Update - Discussion
if the game is good you don't need hope for improvements to enjoy it. can we agree on that?

That's pretty much it. I'm extremely passive, so I naturally have an optimistic outlook on everything. I play MMO's because although they may not be as refined as a standalone game, there's never a time when there's no-one to play with, never a plague of "empty" servers like sometimes TF2 gets like late at night. (I live in Australia so even popular games can be void of players past midnight)
For me, MMO's are basically a glorified chatroom.
Was mentioned Drakon's inability to shoot fireballs (and probably firestorm too) while owner is frozen?
all right, they did what I thought they did on freeze status. in a few words, it's like jelly minis now. somebody should try firing a sentenza charge while frozen to confirm this. DA should do too.
Yes, it doesn't work, brandish line too
ok, it's like having jelly minis all around, except enemies can still kill you.
I think barriers, etc. need to be nerfed in droprates. That's probably why I'm having trouble finding fires crystals; I always get too many unnecessary barriers.
I do like them, especially with my drakon (fire barrier+Freeze barrier), but they drop too much. Also, similar to the mechabots, the strikers should be buffed in higher levels.

Isn't the point of playing an MMO the expectation that the game will be improved?
That might be your way of playing it, but it isn't mine. Live for the moment, that's the point of enjoyment.
