... no, I'm really pissed off. Of course it's nice that there is new stuff for us, but what about REAL bug fixes? After 2 months the Battle Sprites are partially still so bugged, for example the Seraphynx shield is breakable by other knights, the shield is visually sometimes still there if the knight is far away (counts for Heart Attack as well), Reset Star bug if the Sprite has all level ups, PVP is all about the best game mechanic exploiting, especially this weapon switch bug with swords and Alchemer guns (don't even dare to say I lie that it's not a bug just because you like it, it's at least a nasty exploit because you gain unintended attackspeed!). Instead of some nice fixes we have the glory to watch a new intro, which we watch maybe 2 oder 3 times and then never again. Come on! If we need to play the same content again and again and are even not allowed to create our own content, then please at least care about serious bugs. Here are a few examples:

http://forums.spiralknights.com/en/node/88634 - Angelic Aura is breakable by knights
http://forums.spiralknights.com/en/node/89231 - The Reset Star bug
http://forums.spiralknights.com/en/node/82645 - Mini-Jellies - Now with 50% more scientifically proofen facts
http://forums.spiralknights.com/en/node/85670 - Violent Heart Attack dealing no damage?
http://forums.spiralknights.com/en/node/90405 - Death Mark and Death Mark Warning icon is incorrectly resized and causes a few visual glitches

Thank you!

I've got an idea! OOO should

I've got an idea! OOO should pause EVERYTHING to work ENDLESSLY on these bugs.

If these were simple matters, I believe they would have been fixed by now. OOO is moving on with their plans of development for this game and are going to continue working on bugs ALSO. They work on everything, and they do not prioritize things the way you want them to. Would you be happier if all these bugs were fixed before anything else EVER came but it still took months to fix? You have no right to demand things until you are their boss and you provide their paychecks. You're just a drop in the bucket.

Regarding switch shooting/swinging.

You're misinformed. It's not a bug. I like it. It's a nasty exploit. It doesn't give you increased attack speed, not at all. Let's take it from the top:
A gun and sword functions fundamentally the same. Both have x amount of hits/shots before they need a bit of time before they can be used again.
On a gun, all attacks look the same.
On a sword, they don't.
Shield cancelling is no doubt an intentional feature. If you say it's a bug, I say it's been around since before I started playing and that obviously proves that it's a feature, intended or not. A shield cancel cuts your animation short slightly and makes you use attack #1 if you use your weapon again. You don't notice this on guns since all attacks are the same on them, however. To make sure you can't abuse it for infinite ammo, you will reload upon firing the rest of your bullets. The same applies to swords because they use the same system and thus, you can't shield cancel a sword to hit more than x amount of times where x once again is the amount of hits the sword has as usual. Upon using that last cancel attack, you are sent into the reload animation. However, swords do not have the animation, only the wait time. When this wait time ends, you can use the weapon once more.
So, where does switching come in here? Well, you shouldn't have your gun clip or sword combo cut because you execute shield cancels and switches fast, should you? The only logical solution I can think of is to have the hit counter simply reset. If the combo were to be cut, it means you could probably abuse this to use sword combos faster. Imagine someone poking you with a Final Flourish and then slamming the second hit of their Gran Faust at you in Lockdown. Now THAT would be overpowered.

People naturally abuse the mechanics but solving all this would be pretty hard. You could keep the timer for individual weapons but that wouldn't be enough for say alchemers as you don't shield, switch, shoot, shield, switch back, and shoot faster than you shoot, wait a bit, and shoot again.

We can't have a single update without someone having a sook

Your "oh so terrible bugs" only affect at most, 2% of players. The arcade being primarily freeze+poison affects at least 25% of people.
The issue has been around for just as long as Battle Sprite ultimates.
Buggy battle sprite ultimates barely affect play, the main impact of the Battle Sprites is the base of their skills. And even then, we've lived without Battle Sprites altogether.
Making the game more appealing by adding cinematic increases the likeliness that new players will stay for longer. New players fund the game.
PVP will always be unbalanced no matter what as long as players are able to bring their own gear. If you want balance, play PVE, or BN.

I didn't prove these, I just made these conclusions based on my 2000 hours of playing ;D
I'd like to see some more scientific prove on these matters, although I think I've pretty much gotten it.

How did I know this thread was going to be sarcastic? Because this game is filled with greedy kids. I'm sure they just completely forgot about bugs. Get your **** *** ** **** ***

Oh look here...in the update!

"Fixed reset stars for pets at max heat and max perks."

...read all the way through. They're working on them.
One of the bugs you complained about has been fixed. Some of these "bugs" aren't even serious.
You will never stop the switch exploit. Never. It's there, it's gonna happen. Maybe the gunner update will add ammo mechanics.
Death Mark icons being visually awkward is not a major concern.
They fixed the reset star glitch. That means that they're probably working on other pet related bugs, as they have already been doing.
