Art Work Description: a dish with a drink for those mornings you just want to curl in bed and eat brunch

DISH - lumber toast with chromalisk salad and soft-boiled snipe egg on top
WHAT YOU NEED:
1 slice of bread (thicker slices are better)
2 leaves of Romaine lettuce
3 heirloom tomatoes or cherry tomatoes
1/4 small red apple
1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar
1 table spoon of extra virgin olive oil
pinch of grounded pepper
1 large egg

1. get a small pan/pot and fill it up with enough water (can submerge egg in)
2. put it on the stove and let it simmer on high until boil
3. As the water is heating up, rinse your veggies/fruits and put bread into toaster
4. Chop your Romaine lettuce into horizontal slices and also in half so it turns into strips
5. Slice your tomatoes into quarts (4 parts) so they look like this ---> D or little smiley watermelon slices :D
6a. Cut your whole apple into quarts (4 parts) and use only 1 of them [eat the other 3 or save for later]
6b. Slice the piece of apple into thinner slices and also cut in half (in math terms, cut into 1/8ths or half of your 1/4)
-SHOULD LOOK LIKE THIS-
7. If the water is boiling, GENTLY place your egg into the pan/pot with a big spoon or else it will crack and look ugly :c and let it boil for 6.5-7min [1 egg for me, 1 for my mom]
8. Put all your veggies and fruits into a bowl and drizzle red wine vinegar & extra virgin olive oil with a pinch of ground pepper then mix.
9. Grab your toast and place it on a plate then put your salad on top of it
10. Once the egg is done, pour out the hot water in the sink (make sure no glass is in there or else it might crack) and run cold water into your pan/pot with the egg in it. After filling the pan/pot with cold water, gently crack the egg against the pan/pot IN THE WATER. Note: It might be difficult to peel the egg so don't feel too upset if it doesn't look perfect.
11. Wipe the egg with a paper towel after peeling it then place it on top of your toast & salad
12. Gently poke your egg with a fork then slice. The yolk should be runny and your whites should be cooked.VIDEO
13. voila~ your meal is ready!

DRINK - Sparkling jelly cubes and lichens
WHAT YOU NEED:
3 black berries
1 large strawberry
1/4 of an orange
cup of sparkling lemonade or Italian soda (mine's from Trader Joes)

1. Cut up your fruits
a) blackberries: into thirds
b) strawberries: thinly sliced
c) 1/4th orange: thinly sliced into halves (eat or save rest of the orange)
2. Grab a glass or mug and place 2-4 ice cubes to keep your drink cold
3. Place half of each fruit into your glass
4. Pour your sparkling drink half way up the glass then place the remainder of the fruits on top
5. Pour until you fill up your glass and voila~

LAST STEP:
Admire your food then nom nom nom!~

Art Work Description: The battle pods for Florems crash landed on the planet Cradle in Wolver dens, causing them to adapt into leafy creatures. When the knights found them, the Florems were timid and hiding among the bushes, but since recovering them, Florems have proven to be very loyal and playful companions. Ingredients

This recipe was created using a gourdling head that was almost six lbs, so adjust accordingly. Double the filling recipe for a Punkin head of the same weight.

1 Gourdling head, or Punkin King head if available (I used a butternut squash, but would recommend a pumpkin if available, as it's less carving. Any other hollow winter squash would work too, although the texture of a spaghetti squash might be a bit strange in this case)
1/4 cup Apocrean rice (You can find black rice at some specialty shops, and occasionally at Costco. If you can't find it, wild rice, brown rice, or a mix of the two would work, according to your preference. Keep in mind you may need to adjust your cooking technique if you make the substitution)
1/4 cup dry couscous
2 cups Snipe broth, divided
1/2 - 1 cup your choice of cheese, grated (I used medium cheddar because that's what was in my fridge, but I think a smoked gouda may be better next time)
4 - 6 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 lb cured Chromalisk (if you're not a fan of bacon, use diced ham and omit step 4)
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup onions, shallots, or chives, chopped
1/2 teaspoon powdered bay leaf
1/2 teaspoon tarragon
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit
2. Prepare Apocrean rice by boiling 1 cup of Snipe broth. Add the rice and cover, cooking for about half an hour, or until tender. Set aside
3. Bring the remaining cup of Snipe broth to a boil, add couscous, and let sit for 5 minutes. Set aside.
4. Fry cured Chromalisk until crisp, then crumble
5. Open Gourdling head by cutting a long slice from one side (see picture) and hollowing out the empty space in the center. Retain seeds for toasting later, if you wish (butternut and acorn squash seeds are, in Tevvie's opinion, far superior to pumpkin seeds for roasting). You'll want to cut out some of the squash in the center of the long end to hold your filling (careful, this can be tricky!); keep the extra squash for another recipe, as you won't need it here. If using a Punkin head, hollow it out as if for a jack-o-lantern. Keep the piece of gourd you cut off; you'll use it as a lid during baking.
6. Combine the Apocrean rice, couscous, cheese, meat, onions, and herbs, then place inside Gourdling head
7. Place your Gourdling in a baking dish: a dutch oven, roasting pan or caldera works best. Use the smallest one your gourd fits into.
8. Pour the heavy cream over the filling inside the Gourdling and put the lid of the gourd on.
9. Bake for about two hours, or until a fork pierces the skin easily. Remove the lid of the gourd for the last half hour
10. Serve as slices for a Gourdling, or wedges for a Punkin. Can be paired with a salad and/or bread as a full meal or served more sparingly as a side dish.

To feed vegetarian knights, replace Snipe broth with vegetable broth and omit cured Chromalisk.
