I really love this game and have spent countless of time (and money) on this game. Came back from Afghan and now It seems like my year waiting has come in vain. I have been reading that if I played this on steam, forget the game since its no longer supported on steam.

I do not want to make a new account and would like to know from an Admin; A month and this issue isn't fixed, how much longer must we wait???

Thank you for the fun times, but Ill wait for a response until New Years before I decide to quit the game. I hope you respond.

I'm trying to unpack Iron Wolf Helm on steam and its saying "You already have this item on your account" Why?

I have Steam traded a Iron Wolft set and I unpacked it, but now it wont work.

I bought a new laptop about a month ago, and it runs everything beautifully. Except Spiral Knights. Everything loads just fine and all that, but there are an incredible number of graphical issues, among other things.

I haven't played spiral knights in a long time so I wanted to check out this new winter event. I redownloaded it from steam and everything went fine until the game's client got to the part where it validates the patch, namely at 49 percent. The updater then gets stuck and starts using obscene amounts of CPU resources, slowing down my pc considerably. I tried updating java and my GPU drivers to no avail.

Every time I Open my Spiral Knights on my desktop, it will say Windows Firewall or Norton Internet Security was instructed to block javaw.exe even after I enabled it and I don't have Norton Internet Security.

It takes 13 days for it to update. After I uninstall and reinstall, it will either say on the updater that Address family protocol failed: connect (forgot how it goes, sorry) or in the game it will be stuck on 97% downloading the rest.

So far, I have been playing on my laptop which lags and I die easily.

We recently got a ps4 game pad, and wanted to give it a try with spiral knights, mapping all the button works fine, except for one.

"action" acts like it's being held down no matter what you map it to. So if I want to shoot or swing a sword it instead just charges the weapon and nothing else. I'm a little puzzled by this since all the other buttons work find and acknowledge that they aren't being held down.

I don't know if this is something that can be trouble shot, or if it's a bug, can anyone help me out?

I'm running on windows 7 with the game pad plugged into the usb.

I had bought the Auction Room upgrade for the Guild Hall to replace the Alchemy Room, and then bought the second for the room right beside it shortly after. However, neither of them had been updated to the Hall yet.

I'm having difficulties logging in through Steam. It's say that there's authentication problems with Steam even though I launch SK on Steam. This happen to my on many occasions.

I have a steam account and lately spiral knights has been crashing. so i downloaded it form the website and deleted the steam version. i can log onto the website but when i try to log in on spiral knights it says my password is wrong. so i try to reset my password but for the forgot your password thing it says no colons. but steam account usernames are [steam:############]. HELP!
(see? colon. how is this possible!)
