Hi forum users!

So, I re-installed java and re-installed Spiral Knights to refresh all the files so that I can run the game properly.

When I try to run the game I get an error message saying the following:

"Multiple instances of this application's installer are running. This one will stop and let another complete - 0% complete"

I can re-install Spiral Knights every time I want to run the game, so this is not a major issue, but any solutions would be appreciated.

Seems my game doesn't like Corsair peripherals (mouse and keyboard), and it's causing my game to crash. Stacktrace below for developers.

I have read the post https://forums.spiralknights.com/en/node/62691 which said that I needed a folder called jre6, which I didn't have. The download doesn't work for me. In addition, I followed the extra.txt instructions, which lead to SK not being able to launch and removed them. Help?

I've been playing SK since 2011; seasoned veteran who remembers the good ol' days of mineral deposits and maximum resistance armor pieces. I've downloaded the game on two desktop computers and two laptops over the years and it's always run smoothly. Last week, I booted up SK on my desktop (Windows) and everything was fine. This week, I can't even get the game window to come up.

The purchase menu is black. I would like to buy things, but I don't know what they are lol. Please fix this.

No Matter Wait E/G Mail I Use It Doesn't Work Even When I Did Sub. It Worked On My Other PC But It's Broken Now I Don't Know Why Can Anyone Help Me With This?

Whenever I launch Spiral Knights, everything is fine for a little while, but then the game freezes for a second and I get a second cursor trailing behind my first cursor. This only happens with spiral knights and when I'm in focus for spiral knights. It's making the game very hard for me to play.

I've already tried to:
- relaunch the game
- check for corrupt files
- delete the cursor file
- restart my computer
- uninstall and reinstall SK
- update my java
- disable steam overlay

The problem still persists. Has anyone else encountered this? Or is there any known fix?

When ever i open the game it will go to the login menu then just close or open up in the options then close sometimes it even makes it to the in-game menu where you can enter the rescue camp but if i select anything on screen it closes. I was able to play the tutorial part without any problems but not it just wont let me play

Ive firstly logged in with Steam, but now i need to get my password and login from my account.To change password i need an old password but i dont have one.Please help

Why is the Steam release of the game trying to run the Windows client on Linux using Steam Play (Proton) instead of the native Linux version of the game? It doesn't work. It always crashes after a few seconds without displaying a window.

Seems that would be an easy thing to fix -- but that would require the game's new owners to do anything at all.
