Fullscreen not taking up the full screen at any resolution

It occurs not on my pc but on someone's I do play with, so I don't have all the specs, but what I remember is: (will update later)

-Asus Laptop
-Win10
-7th generation Core i7
-12 Ram
-2VRam/ Nvidia GeForce 900 series m/mx
-1920 x 1080 recommended resolution

Latest Java is installed and copied over into the game files replacing the old java_vm folder, as it is in my own pc.

I was logging in this morning and it logged in fine but when i started playing it said make a new character so i did thinking it would show the one i made before but i cant access the knight anymore

Steam Controller doesn't work

For some reason, my Steam Controller doesn't work with the game. I was using an xbox 360 controller a while ago and it worked perfectly, but when I try to apply the Gamepad controls, it just changes some keyboard controls for some reason. Can someone help me?

Proto Crest Validation Problem

I don't know where to post this, but since this is issues I'm posting it here. I'm having a problem getting the proto crest accessory on my account, more specifally the validation email. I made sure my email was correct multiple times but I'm still not getting one, even in my junk folder. Has anyone else had this problem before? I play through Steam and I'm not sure if that's why but for any devs or support people reading this my [removed to protect private information] Also, I've sent an email to support so just in case I don't get an email from them, I'm posting this here.

Grasping Plateau randomly crashes

The grasping plateau level will randomly crash during gameplay, forcing you to restart the game, restart the mission, and go through the upper levels again.

From the times it happened to me, it seems to happen more frequently if there are bombies on the screen.

Can't progress in mission(bug)

As the title states, I am unable to progress through the "A visit to the lab" mission.
I talk to the NPC in question and go through its dialogue, but nothing happens.

Yes I tried restarting the game.

I'm posting this here because I'm unable to submit a report request through the site. The game is not letting anyone log in, the mail system appears to be down, and the auction house appears to be empty?

I tried also submitting a bug report, but it failed :(

Game crashes as soon as I open it. (Problem Solved!)

I am not sure if this is a steam-only issue, but after I downloaded SK on my laptop and waited for the game to updated itself and opened it...Well, it crashed. Like, sometimes it lasts a while longer in the log-in screen, but then crashes anyway. I don't get any sort of bug report, it simply vanishes after a few seconds. What is this issue?

PS: I did run SK on this same laptop months ago, perhaps an year so I am really confused about this.

Unable to make in game purchases?

For some reason I'm unable to purchase items in game, yes I went to my settings, enabled it and enabled it in my game settings too. However its still giving me the message 'Steam overlay must be enabled to purchase energy, Please ensure that 'Enable steam community In-game' is checked in the steam "In-game" settings, then restart the game. Could someone help me fix this issue?
