For all the people who have issues with SK not runninf properly, please troubleshoot on your own before coming here. The Gamemasters have enough work on there hands, and we shouldn't give them any more. Here are some recommendations for you to troubleshoot on your own:

Reboot
A lot of the time your computer just needs a break, so just reboot. Don't worry, its time well spent because you wo t lose anything during the 5 Mins it takes to reboot.

Force update

I used to be able to play SK but recently my PC broke. Now its fixed and it has a new (or old) graphics driver (standard VGA graphics adapter) but SK wont work. What should i do?

If anyone happens to know, please tell me how to fix this problem.

I didnt just get disconnected, but logged off. So yes thats a waste of 1800 ce.

My computer keeps crashing about 1-10 minutes after I log onto SK, yes I have steam, this also happens on TF2, when I am on the Internet it does not crash, only on TF2 and SK, it's been going on for 1 month now and I'm sick and tired of it (it lost me a lovely bomb head, various business opportunities and more) please help me OOO!

Hi-llo everyone. As you can read in the title, I am having armor texture errors similar to the dead thread over the issue and also have my game crash. Unlike his problem, however, he just had to reinstall the game. In my case, I did it over 7 times to no avail. I also tried looking for other answers, but found that forum only. I was wondering if anyone knew how to fix it anyway else? If it helps, my computer got a blue screen type problem while loading up Haven. Thanks!

Well about 4-9 months ago my Steam account was hacked and my email was too. I lost both of them including a Minecraft account. It was hopeless trying to get my steam account back because it was all automated messages. So I made a new character recently, played it a bit. Then I decided to try to log back in. I successfully got the Spiral Knights Account back because the password was the same, but I didn't get my email or steam back. So I log in and my amazing character is gone.. My question is, is there any possible way to recover a deleted character?

okay here the problem... i have two computer. in the another computer, i cant go/open spiral knights forum website. its say "website down due to maintance come back in few minute." I try to open it in another computer and its work, and i can write this

Lately, every time i try to logg on the forums on my iPhone, it says wrong password. i know i'm typing the right password.

What should i do?

The mouse is not visible in fullscreen. well sometimes it is. The visibility of the mouse is 50/50. Anyone know what to do? And ill play windowed if need be.

After an hour or two of browsing the internet I finally decided to play SK. When I chose my character, Abyssal-Flamberge, it freezes on Going to Ready Room, with my character still in his pose and the whole background still flow to the music... I thought it was an ordinary bug but... when it passed 5 minutes, it wouldn't budge. I logged off, back on, chose Abyss again and it froze again.

Can you guys fix it?

And I don't know if this is the right category to put this but still...
