My bought token itmes were not there.

i had just finished a run by myself through tier 1 and reached tier 2. i decided to check up on the token merchant in tier 2 and see if i can buy anything. i looked in my token option and saw that i had 45 frumious fang tokens. I decided to buy all three options that you can buy with the tokens which are Bristling buckler, Snarble barb, and Spine cone. After i bought it, i went to my recipy option to learn the recipy. but when i checked how many recipy i have, it says 0. i thought maybe i already learned them sense this was my first time buying from a token merchant.

Usable Tab gone from Arsenal?

I'm not sure whether this was intentional due to the patching or a glitch or whatsoever...
How can I fix this? - if I can.

ok, so i am having CE problems and i want to contact suport, i was in suport portal and there is links for "contact support" i had pressed that links somme times in various browsers, and the page happears allways in blank and nothing pop up

so question, how do i contact support about CE ( payed by me, not other players)

and also, support really helps? (sarcasm activated) or will say an excuse wich will give me learning to don't buy again CE in the game (since i bought 1 starter pack 1 battle pack 1 pack with 20k and 2 packs with 3.500)

Failed to connect to server (Mac) (Never mind, Uses Crossover instead) (Solved)

Today I can't log in to spiral knights using the applet application. And keep on saying failed to connect to server. I did try reinstall the game but still doesn't work. It's almost the exact the same problem with steam mac version. I didn't play spiral knights on steam mac version or create cause it won't allow me to connect through steam. Thats why I played on applet application browser cause it allow me to.

Is it cause of rebooting before?I heard my friends said spiral knights did reboot.

Version 10.6.8 Snow leopard
2.4 GHz intel core 2 duo

aplication fail

Hello the other day i tried loging in to my spiral knights account so i click on the icon on my desktop and it says th following
The application has failed to launch due to the following error: download.threerings.net
then theres the patch notes button
and then it says

Forum Related - Not a Technical Issue Per Se

I think my posts get deleted occasionally or they seem to disappear. Is this just me? Or did something happen?

If it's because of a moderator intervention will we be notified about it? I haven't really found a PM interface for the forums yet. I know sometimes you're told things in game but I haven't been getting on the game that much since I'm with my boyfriend.

Just wondering.

Lag Spikes, Game Freezes up

Basically what my subject says. I've been playing for about 3 weeks now and when I first started everything ran smooth no lag, no freezing nothing. The game worked perfectly. In the last week and a half now though I've been noticing the game runs around 40-50 FPS on normal, when running through dungeons with a group it'll get down to 25-35 FPS, when we reach areas with a lot of enemies or map activity it'll drop to 0-20 FPS. While I'm playing I've started use my task manager to watch the CPU Usage which from the moment I start the game it spikes from 5% to 100%.

Red Boxes everywhere lol...

When ever I try to start spiral knights I keep getting red boxes everywhere and java keeps crashing help :C
I checked everything i Reinstalled everything nothing is working i even checked my logs :C

This is what my log says...

Connection Trouble - Spotty or Worse

I will admit that I am not entirely sure if this is the proper part of the forum to post this in, but since the most recent patches today, my connection to the servers while down in the Clockworks and in Blast Network (which is the only two areas I've been to since said updates) has been spotty at best. Not only that, but other associates of mine also seem to be experiencing the same issues, both the folks playing via my router and fellow guild members.
