I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, saving it in another directory, and reinstalling it for least an hour now but I still keep getting this message. Any idea how to solve it?

When I play from the site, it just stucks at 'resolving downloads/validating' at the main screen. When I play it through the downloaded version, I can login but after that it stucks at 'resolving downloads/validating' and gives me the message.

The game keeps downloading the bugfixes or whenever there is something new and keeps saying "multiple instances of this application's installer is already running. this one will stop and let the another complete" and it never finishes even after 3 days it still says that today

I have a 5-button cheapo mouse that I'm trying to use with SK. I just want to bind one of the extra button to shield, but I can't figure out how to do this. Anyone tried this and figured out how?

While attempting a shadow run we instantly noticed a lag spike in the graphics that was experienced by all players during the run. We were set to kill anything and everything. My friend Nokturna had set up the means for the run and had made the choice to take me alone with two other players whom we're relieble both in game and connection wise.

Been playing SK for a couple months now without major issues, occasional crash, no biggie. Then the "Entering Haven" screen started to behave oddly, I would select my knight and he would begin walking, the "Entering Haven..." text would display, but nothing would happen. I could hit back, log in again, and try again, sometimes getting to haven, sometimes hanging up again. This has been getting more frequent, until today I have been completely unable to get online (repeated attempts at going back and logging in, even re-installing SK).

I tried everything yet it still does not open on my computer. Help?

Whenever I try to enter the arcade, it loads normally all the way up to 42%, then it slows down significantly. The game doesn't necessarily freeze as after about 5 minutes I gain another percent, but eventually spiral knights just kicks me off the server. Whats also weird is that it ONLY the arcade. Everything else loads normal (starts of somewhat slow from 1-30% then after about 20 secs or so it blows through the rest of the loading).

When i always open the launcher the game always downloading...
is this normal? or i have some problems. please me help, so i can test this game.

I'm new in here.

Sometimes, my computer inputs are not registered by the game for durations upward of 5 seconds. This includes both pressing buttons and letting go of them - I can tap a direction key for a split second and end up walking through an entire line of spikes before I regain control. It's not an FPS drop kind of lag (I do get those often as well, but that's a different problem for another time), as the actual animations are smooth enough to be playable. I can see fellow party members move about and attack, but I'll be running into every single wall and trap in the area.
