Alright, gents. So I recently reformatted my PC, moved, and a got a new ISP. From what I can tell, most my stuff is up to date and everything seems to work fine... except for a piece named Fight The Dragon and this other things called Spiral Knights. Gunner update just hit, I'm giddy as a schoolbus full of Beiber enthusiasts driving to Canada, but I have a real roadblock in place.

Every time I boot up spiral knights, it attempts to ask for manual Proxy info before running over itself with "Trying to Auto-Detect Proxy Settings..."

whenever i go to the game and i click on my Character it says entering ready room but im not entering help please!

but joining other players missions works just fine

any 1 have idea what is going on?

My friend is trying to start playing SK. She is hesitant to learn WASD movement. She is insisting she can only play with the mouse movement default.

The bug is when using her shield is up she can only face in one direction. Any way to fix this?

I used to use a account called Personwithhat in game , and this account (my junk one for playing with low level friends), is friended to my old account, so i definitly know its the in-game name of Personwithhat.

the thing that i DONT know , is the actual USERNAME of my old account, AND the email associated with it. Its been like a year , or 2 since i played spiral knights but i want to maybe get started again. could someone help me get my old account back?

I wasn't sure whether or not to post this in Bugs, or Technical Issues.

However; I purchased the "Battle pack" from the Energy Depot. However; it gave me the items for the "Deluxe Starter Pack".

What can I do, if anything, to resolve this issue?

Dug around a little through the tech support forums but couldn't find anything. The disk image appears to be downloading just fine but once I copy the application onto my laptop and attempt to launch it, I receive an error saying the files have been damaged. As far as I know, I've been able to run SK about 10 months ago so I don't know what's changed that would be preventing it from working now. Laptop is a late 2013 13" Non-retina Macbook Pro running 10.9.5.

Well, I do know that a deal has been struck with Gamecyber for a TW/HK server of SK.
But hey, I've been a player for over 2 years already, that was long before the Asian server was up.
(Not that is it still being cared anyways- the last update of the TW/HK server was 8 months ago)
I do not wish to switch servers right now and give up all the efforts I have spent here.
I do wish to continue playing on this server.

Spiral Knights Forums refuses to let me send a reply on my own forum topic or anywhere else why is this?

Hey guys. yeebot here (gonna change that name soon. ffs). I am asking you guys what is going on. so basically, my spiral knights wont load on steam AND it says to install the plug in called 'java runtime environment'. and my chrome is not supported as it is a 32-bit. the when I install it, it will just does nothing except clogging up my memory. would love to listen to your tips/fix.
