I'm at an impass here. I'm trying to choose between the three robe sets, Divine, Chaos, and Grey Feather.
Which set is the highest rated set, or at least the most useful in your eyes?

When I made my dark thorn shield the UV that I got with it was increase elemental defense: maximum. How rare is this and how much do you think I could get out of it once I can unbound it?

I don't want to call this a design flaw, but I just strolled through three levels in the 6th stratum (levels 24-28) using nothing but the Dark Briar Barrage (the 5* Snarbolax bomb). These were wolver levels, and the piercing damage of the bomb just destroys these clueless mutts. (It works great in Deconstruction zones on gremlins as well.) Soloing in the 6th stratum should just not be so easy it borders on boring. Also, the game seemed to play so much easier solo as well - less aggressive pursuit tactics by monsters and such.

According to my friends the damage difference is negligible, so I should go with the rigadoon, but I've heard the stun isn't that great either. Thoughts?

I'm looking to buy a piercing sword, but i don't know how they both act.

Pros and Cons

When i first started playing SK (which was like last week), i picked up the Cobalt and Wolver sets relatively fast.
however, i have taken quite a fancy to shadow-resistance armor/helms and shadow damage weapons. i know, i know, almost everyone uses the Gran Faust lately. so, besides the Faust line, what kind of weapons/helms/armours do you guys reccomend?

currently, i own

a skelly shield/defender
a skelly suit/ cobalt armor/wolver suit
an (unmade) skelly mask/cobalt helm/wolver cap

and like, six two star swords.

I've got full grey feather set and I'm going to start crafting some magic sets for a shadow defense UV. What would be the minimum level UV necessary to not get killed in one hit (FSC and anywhere else)?

Hello people, I have one Great Defender, and a Bristling Bucker, and I have a question... In the future, should I use the Barbarous Thorn Shield, an Aegis or a Heater Shield? Consider that I'll pick up a Vog Cub set, a Leviathan and a Divine Avenger.
Barbarous Thorn Shield gives Sword bonus, but Aegis have a better defense, while Heater Shield have Elemental Defense...
I'm really confused.

I've been doing research on my load-out and have built a very good set for most situations.

I'm currently running:

Vog Cub Coat

Vog Cub Cap

Barbarous Thorn Shield

Leviathan Blade

Divine Avenger

Shivermist Buster

Argent Peacemaker

I'm pretty happy with all of it, but I just see a lot of grey numbers out of my Argent Peacemaker which makes me think that I should be running a different gun against the mobs I tend to rely most heavily on the gun to kill.
