What exactly is a spiral knight
it seems we color based but we are electrical beings? I've seen some x-ray images they aren't official
but I've seen the celestial set and it kinda confirms us being some kind of beings of light.
but with the celestial set we are transparent at first I thought we were all transparent but apon closer inspection we aren't.
Do we have a gender I've seen those summer splash sarong and trunks
and I've seen some of the armors have breast and chest plates so it's all very confusing to me
are we male, female, or unisex? It is all just so confusing when you put all this out there like this.

K, But one simplistic question do they have genders are they genderless or are they hermaphrodites?

If you want a logical explanation I would say Spiral Knights are a specie advanced enough to have things such as gender dimorphism (AKA, male and female), the most simple comparison would be Earth's most intelligent and cognitively aware specie such as human, Chimpanzee and apes all have two genders with their own unique biological role (female have babies ect.), this is why I give breasts to any female Spiral Knights that I draw.
As for an official answer though, I am sure OOO just refuse to answer a question like this for the same reason as why Games Workshop won't tell you whether or not Space Marines are sterile.
What is a spiral knight? A miserable little pile of gear and energy.
