Hi everyone!
I'll be accepting contracts for me to make scenes for you using Spiral Spy, just like Happyapathy. My work isn't as good as his, but I can help handle some of the traffic if you want. If you want some samples, here they are:

While I think it certainly
While I think it certainly takes some time or talent to manipulate the model viewer shots, I don't think it's ethical to try and "sell" commissions of them, even for CE. The person who makes the models has a sort of "moral right" over the artwork and it's unfair to them that someone gets to use their artwork without permission and profit.
However, since the models pretty much belong to three rings I would just write in to them and ask if they're fine with it.

I was wondering if I could possibly ask you to make a shot for me? Of two knights dueling?
One of the people is in Dragon Scale Helm, Wyvern Scale Mail, Wyvern Scale Shield- like the guy in the photo. He uses a... Blazebrand, I guess?
The other is in full Wyvern Gear. This person uses a Nightblade/Acheron.
Uh.. any other details? :O

Hmm...
Hey, I was wondering for a while now on how to rip SK models and put them onto a model editor/viewer. I've been wanting to make a SK animation and it'd be much easier to just rip the models instead of making ones from scratch.

sry no, the model files use a .dat format which cannot be exported to programs such as 3DS max, I suspect the reason for this formatting is to partly to prevent exactly what you want to do, like a sort of 'encryption' to prevent people from stealing their game models, this is perfectly understandable for the game developers to do this much like making sure no one steals your work and then claiming they made it.

Actually, that is more of a sideeffect. Spiralknights builds on a library called Clyde, which builds on LWJGL. LWJGL does not handle models (only primitive shapes with textures) and 3D Studio Max does not really know about how models are suppose to work in SpiralKnights (think: triggered animations). So you need some kind of "meet in the middle" approach, which is exactly what Clyde does:
Clyde provides some 3Ds "plugins" (actually: ms scripts). Which can be used to dump a 3Ds model as a custom XML format. XML is not really the format of choice when size/performance matters, so Clyde also provides a means to "compile" that XML into DAT.

And Eye colors... I'd say maybe that sky-blue from the first contract and maybe... same blue colors as in the original thing? I really like that combination =D

Sorry if it doesn't adhere 100%, but
I feel that this is pretty good too. In all honesty, pose #7 looks cool by itself, but it doesn't go very well with pose #2. And it looks weird if Acheron or Combuster does it. So I did something else instead. Enjoy!

request, and a question
first my request i suppose...
I would like a portrait of my character (or at least what i plan on him looking like in the future :P)
Character Color: Red
helm: Dragon Scale Helm: Heavy Mecha Wings, Heavy Spike Mohawk, Heavy Helm-Mounted Display, Heavy Scarf
Armor: Sinister Skelly Suit: no accessories
stance: This one :)
I guess it would look cool either in an area with fireish elements or thunderish elements to it.
As for the question, i cant seem to find, or figure out, how to put backgrounds and stuff in Spiral Spy (basicly i cant figure out how to do what you do :P)
if you can tell/show me, or point me to where i can learn, that would be greatly appreciated :)

A few things
1) What weapon?
2) Is it ok if I give you a red scarf? The heavy scarf looks a bit.. orange. Doesn't quite fit that well.
3) As for background, go to edit-->preferences-->new environmental model. Go to rsrc-world-skybox. there are lots of cool stuff to choose from. enjoy!

Can u make a knights standing still and behind him there is nitrome explosion.
