"mmh? W-wha-"
Matikclocker has finally gotten himself out of the hibernation state, presumably still remembering the last time he was active. After checking through the event logs, he looks at the vault, then at King and Ignem. He says one thing on the comlink.
"Bypass?"
He's still fresh out of hibernation, but feels as if it's not the autopilot, but Matikclocker himself talking.
(Think outside the box)
(And yeah, I was kinda unable to think of random Matikclocker-grade responses, be it contributing to story or just outright taunting Zallinock himself. Once I manage to get into the loop, ima probably think of something interesting and probably witty.)
"You are not getting us on a cheap kill like that, traitor!" said KV-103, dropping on one knee from the impact.
"As much as I would like to charge into the vault," KV-103 replied to Ignem, "Zollinock has proved himself a devious foe, I don't want to walk into his trap. We right now have limited options of repair and machine god knows how many more monstrosities he has in store for us. A war of attrition is a war we cannot win."
"Adjutant," KV-103 said on a secure channel, "I am up-linking my visual data to you now, do you think we can bypass this metal cube? Or perhaps dislodge it?"
[Vote: Think outside the box?]
