Well, Imps, the time has come: as I mentioned previously to officers and GMs, I am retiring. Sadly, I just don't have the time to devote to the guild that Impervious deserves. I won't be quitting SK, but I have already left to join my wife in her guild, and Levi and Pro will be discussing who to promote to the open GM position. Hello Impervious My name is Zeldaxia and I would like to join your clan. I have searched far and wide for the perfect guild and so far have not found the "special" one! I have been privileged to be a part also of Reign of Chaos the former famous guild. Hi again. I've made an application twice already, and I'm still determined to join Impervious. I am making this application about me as complete as possible, including providing a record of my performances. So now, let's get started.
I am a generous player with a good arsenal of weapons and armor, who is willing to help those of lower ranks and have proven to be a valuable member of both Loose Gear and OGK.
I also have experience in Lockdown, though I may not be the best, I'm quite competitive, and steadly getting better. My current flaw in PvP is that I can't compete or survive well in matches against teams with mostly OP players, except when I have good players with me as well. I hope to become one of the top players in the future, yet this will require training from some of the best in Lockdown.

3) Star of Gear: I don't have all the gear, I have a good variety gear and weapons ranging from 1-star to 5-star. I have at least 1 of each damage/defense type with most having a chance of status effects, and with most of my gear having a unique variant on them. I have the gear for any occasion.
4) Do I Play SK through Steam?: Of course I do.
5) Started playing Spiral Knights: I started in August 2011.
6) Previous/Current guild: I was originally in OGK, I contributed greatly to the guild and became Officer, but after 5 months I left the guild to try other guild options, my 2nd guild was Bmrc, but many of them at that time were not very friendly players and after 5 days I left back to OGK again. I remained there for 7 months and even got the honor of Guild Master, but during that time, I've noticed OGK has became more and more inactive. Most of the time, I was the only player active each time I logged into SK. I decided to remain active with OGK through that inactivity, while also looking around for a more active guild. The guild then disbanded, and I joined Loose Gear. I was aiding the guild out in a variety of ways, ranging from guild runs to helping lower-rank players get better, to donating my own resources and crowns to the Guild Treasury and Storage. I was able to go from Recruit to Veteran with Loose Gear in only 4 weeks due to the vast contributions I provided to the guild, but after 4 months in Loose Gear, I went solo for a while and told them I had a application pending to join Impervious, but I would return if Impervious doesn't accept my application within a week. I returned to Loose Gear after a week of solo activity and they promoted me back to Veteran instantly, knowing that I kept my word. As of this posting, I am still part of Loose Gear, but I am still interested in joining Impervious.
7) How Often do I play SK?: I usually play Spiral Knights between 4-6 hours a day, and never missed a day. If I cannot sleep, I can login to Spiral Knights much earlier than usual just to play even more.
8) Am I more of a PvE or PvP player?: I usually play PvE, but I jump into some PvP events too. In PvP, I do Lockdown in Tier 2 or 3. Here is some statistics of my performances in both PvE and PvP (PvP stats based on an average score in all recorded matches as well as my best recorded result).

10) How did I hear of Impervious, and if I know anyone of this guild?: My brother, of which you know as Chaolin-The-Chao, told me about Impervious a while back. He had told me that this guild is very popular and highly active. I've even met other guildmates from Impervious in Arcade and Mission runs, and they are very friendly and good to work with. I hope to join my brother and his friends and guildmates here at Impervious.
11) What can I contribute to Impervious?: I am a versatile team player in many PvE situations who can also manage well in solo runs. As I said earlier, I'm working hard at getting better at Lockdown, with training I could become useful in GvG play. I am also very generous and contribute to the guild hall whenever I can, donating materials, crowns, or anything else I have too much of but others may need.
12) What does Impervious mean to me? It's a guild I heard so much about, but in short, it's a friendly guild which promotes teamwork through each other's support in PvE, PvP, and even GvG play. These same qualities are something I can agree to.
13) Why do I want to join Impervious? I want to be part of a reliable, trustworthy guild that I know has players who truly abide by guild rules. I am also interested in getting to know more about the players inside the guild, as well as learn from some of the best players from Lockdown (of which I know that Impervious has plenty of experience in Lockdown, placing in Top 10 in GvG play nearly every time), so I may become a better contender myself and become a greater team player in both PvP and GvG play.
14) Other stuff about me: I am a mature, 28 year old who is still an active gamer. I am a very friendly and generous person both in and out of gaming. I am a Automotive Enthusiast who has lots of knowledge about cars, even knowing those that were never produced or sold in my country. I'm usually at home playing video games, mixing any available time between my PC in Spiral Knights and on the PS3.

A few years ago ago, I joined SK when it was still young. I got up to 2* and stopped because of the limited play due to not gaining enough crowns per day to buy energy to play. After reading that the energy cost would be removed on the elevators, I hopped back in and have been enjoying the experience ever since.

At least once a day for around 2-3 hours. Of course, this can change if there's people asking for help and I've got no other obligations to tend to.

What do you usually do with your time on SK? Mostly to do prestige and a few rounds of tier 3. I'm up for anything PvE, so long as I'm not dying in one hit and being a liability.

I heard of Impervious from my friend Maaimaai, who has been kind enough to invite some guild members on our travels. To be able to play SK to its fullest, I'd love to make and help friends out with anything they'd like to do. Others first, after all.

I look for a helpful community that like to help and be helped, as well as having insightful discussions that everyone can learn from and grow bonds with.
12) In your opinion, what does Impervious mean to you (for example as a guild, the word, etc)?
Impervious is something akin to 'perfect defense', which can have several meanings. One, the people in the guild take no damage from any damage source whatsoever (likely not true, but imagine!). Two, only those worthy enough deserve to be shielded and taken under the wing of those holding up the shield. Although it may not entirely be that way in the guild, it's what I believe the word means.

I'm a college student. I'm going to be going to a new campus for my next few classes, so I will be gone on Sunday for a few hours in the evening to get used to the route, and then I will have my classes on Tuesday and Wednesday from then on, around the same time. This, unfortunately, cuts into my in-game time, so if communication over Steam is required, I can accommodate. Just a heads-up.
I think he already covered his information pretty well, but I'd like to remark that he's a very friendly player willing to help whenever needed, and has a good level of skill I recognized rather fast as I started to play with him.

6) Jempire, I left due to feeling as if I wasn't skilled enough to be with them. After 3 months of intense training to get at a high standard of skill (roughly 15k-20k damage a game), I found out you can't reapply to the jemps when you leave.

LD wise, I'm a pretty alright striker most average damage I get is 17.5k, always around that area, unless I'm having a bad day.
I tend to normaly play striker when in RLD, but you may remember me back when I was in the jemps to play bomber in GvG.
That will be generaly how I'll roll in this guild too. Unless we have a bomber on the team, or have been asked to change, or
there is some sort of circumstance where I am not needed, e.g. a 1 v 1 or an underpowered team, as we don't want to beat them too hard ^^.
Just something I'd like to ask, is this guild accepting the apps? Because a few months ago I wanted to join this guild but I never got to doing it and there's at least (that's how much I checked) 2 pages of apps that haven't gotten any reply. I'm sorry if you accept these forms in the game (if you do ignore this post) but I haven't seen Swarely right anything here for some time so I'm really just kinda worried for this guild, just because I admired it so much a few months ago. I started playing Spiral Knights around January 2012 (sorry not 2011 :p), when a friend of mine had introduced me to it.

I've been in Dark Hearts a lot. I joined them during the begin of the Guild Hall Expansion Update and I was officer there for quite a while. I had left because I wanted to have a "somewhat" fresh start.
7) How often do you play?
My activity is really dependent and based on how Spiral Knights can still be interesting. I had a few short retirements with Lockdown and Clockworks adventures, but I still came online and had chats with others. As of now, on a natural day, I come on at least every two days or so. If there is something special going on, like the Dark Harvest Festival right now or a new content update, I come on more frequently. More than once a day.
8) Are you more of a PvE or PvP player? What do you usually do with your time on SK?
It's a tough decicion. I like them both, but as of now I am more of a PvP player. I enjoy the different routes in combat that can be taken in a Lockdown match. I am more bound to PvE when the game offers (new) events and content updates, like the Dark Harvest Festival now. Furthermore I enjoy inspecting the Auction House and have a chat.

5) I'm sorry, I don't know the exact date. But around when Spiral Knights was released on steam, I remember this because tf2 gives you a free Cobalt helm hat
6) I've been apart of the guild Dominance as an officer. I left on personal reasons, dealing with depression and school work. When I returned after a year of inactivity my beloved guild got into some drama that has been boiling up for a while. This resulted in our guild splitting in half leaving Dominance crippled. Since I always loved the sense of a chill family and helpful community, I left the guild because those qualities were lost in search for something similar to the great memories of back in Dominance. I've tried a few guilds since then, but to no prevail. I eventually got busier with school and lost motivation in searching for small guilds in the forums.
7) When I was less busy with work and school I would play for 5 hours a day, some may say I was addicted, but they don't know SK like I do. Now I have gotten back into SK and have time on my hands, I will be just as active as I used to be or as much as you want me to be! On weekends I can play any hour of the day (I get 7 hours of sleep if you're wondering), if I'm needed on weekends you can contact me on steam or skype, because I'm probably working or different tasks on my computer.
8) I love PvE and PvP both the same! Note: I don't play PvP in competitive mindset, I'm more of a person who is laid back and won't scream at team mates if they're making mistakes. I also don't care much for good variants because that's just who I am. This being said, I will always be that person to fill a guild PvP slot if you need me and my performance is based on group moral.
8a) For runs I love doing vanaduke runs with IRL/guild friends and arena levels for the crowns! Surprisingly I find myself spending more time in haven doing layed back stuff like chatting and hanging out with guild members. I'm almost always in the action house while chatting with people. I love doing this because it gets me away from life were sometimes it may be unpleasant.

11) Dang it. I should have read all the question before typing my answers. As I said I'm looking for a fun and laid back guild that is also active and a helpful and friendly community, willing to help me get better as a player of SK. I always loved guild events back in my old guild and from the looks of the wiki, you guys do plenty. So I'm excited Impervious does events.
I believe helping others in the guild is a big contribution to the guild. From filling a slot in runs, attending meetings, help fund the guild or if anyone needs help with crafting and just saying "hi" in chat when someone logs on. I can be anywhere where you guys may need my help as well!
12) Now Impervious as a word is interesting, I believe it means not enter-able or un-penetrable. At first I though this was some sorta sex euphemism and I can be interpreted that way. But my cheesy interpretation to Impervious is fearless of the ability to be afraid. I would like to join because you are a very active guild and don't just waste your time standing at AH or afk all of the time. I dont have anyone on my friendlist from Impervious, but I know some people from playing LD.
11) What do you look for in a guild and how do you think you can help and contribute? I look for an active guild, with nice people. I can contribute by helping people out who are having trouble, or doing recipe runs and buy recipes for people who need them.

I left Guild because it felt empty, Red Cross disbanded to form VK then idk what happened to Vk cuz I quit the game for some time.
7) How often do you play? Nowadays maybe a lot more than before so more often? But it depends on sched.

I have been a member of many other guilds such as dark guardians,reign of fire,reign of chaos,unity and even impervious (was on a christmas photo)! I left most of them because of member inactivity and lack of teamwork and people who care about other members.I loved impervious while I was in but got kicked due to inactivity when I didnt play for a while because of school and stuff.Though it was my fault for not telling I would be off.
7) How often do you play? Right now I play Friday,Saturday,Sunday but on those days I play quite a lot :3

I play much PvE since I want to get money right now but I play much PvP especially lockdown when I wanna check how my strength is compared to other players and to get ideas about weapons and sets I should build,I also love GvG on LD.

I wanna join the guild because I was in for quite much time and I really liked it.It was fun!I really want to join this guild and other members in it.I have a friend in the guild,his name is glowenko!I also wanna join because members are actually active and its quite a big guild so you can play and be-friends with many people!

I look for active-members guild.Thats my only must.I like guild events and activities too!But i dont find them neccesary when looking for a guild.I can contribute by offering crowns and other stuff so the guild stays alive.I will help members who need help since im free to help someone most of the time.

5) When did you start playing SK? Over 2 years ago. I still remember the tutorial... Oh... Those times...
6) What other guilds have you been a member of? Why did you leave them or think of leaving? I have been member of Unity, League of Hell, Order of Valor and a few other guilds. Hmmmm... Why did I leave... I guess I didn't fit. That happens in life I guess...
7) How often do you play? I try to play as much as I can but I just don't have time in the middle of the week. I always get online on Fridays and Weekends.
8) Are you more of a PvE or PvP player? What do you usually do with your time on SK? I am a PvE kind of guy. Don't know but PvP is just not my thing. Right now I'm saving for a name pass so I'm doing lots of Vana but I guess I do clockworks and other stuff usually.

10) How did you hear of Impervious and why do you want to join? Do you know someone from our guild? Personally, from the moment I first saw this guild I always wanted to become part of it. At one point I sent an application in-game but Swarely was not active and the recruiting system got messy. I didn't join in the end and after that had a long break off SK. Now I have finally came back and I am ready to stay here for a long time and work in this guild for a long time :)
I met Produkt, Swarely, Toshk and Urta. If these people have left or are not active, such as Swarely I am really sorry but, I did know them after all ;)
11) What do you look for in a guild and how do you think you can help and contribute? All I really need in a guild is just simply, personality, nice society and help in runs. To be honest this guild will help me more than I could ever help it myself but I could simply help out in runs and be ready to help anyone that's lonely.
12) In your opinion, what does Impervious mean to you (for example as a guild, the word, etc)? I think it has something to do with something hyper or venomous... I don't know to be honest... If this is wrong please don't judge me :D
13) Tell us more about yourself (optional) I am a busy Polish boy who one interesting sunny day found a game called "Spiral Knights". I was fascinated with the game so much that I played for so long! Until my mist energy ran out XD! Now I truly have no time and am buried in work. But you'll always have time to play Weekends won't ya? As you can see I was kind of making sure this guild isn't disappearing in mid-air. I do really care for this guild... And I really hope I get in.

5) I started playing SK 1 year and a half ago. I confess never having count but that's approximatly exact. I also have 500 hours in game.
6) I've been member of A Perfect World (LD) and Hamsters .I quit probably cause of the inactivity of players. Bored, I quit and strum your door in order to be accepted !

11) I think a guild is a kind of big family rocked by humour, fun and friendship, but i also think that it's a private circle where u needa help disaventaged and beginers (i don't know if there is lot of beginners in Imper xD ), So i'll contribute giving time and money to GH, recruiting or helping to recruit and enlarge the Impervious reputation accross the different Havens.
12) Excluding the fact that Impervious is the waterproof synonyme, Impervious reminds me a huge family having stood the other guilds trough years. A mark of excellence limited to the elite of players, quality which, with all modesty, i think having.
