6) What other guilds have you been a member of? Why did you leave them or think of leaving? I can’t remember all of them but last two were Blessed Elite (I left because I was annoyed by promotion system there) and The Fallen (I left because most of good people abandoned it).
7) How often do you play? I try to play every day, but you know… everybody is sometimes busy.
8) Are you more of a PvE or PvP player? What do you usually do with your time on SK? I mostly play PvE. I enjoy playing or helping with danger missions. I enjoy PvP too, but only with good company.
9) We are a largely international guild with people from all across the globe. What is your main language? I'm from Poland, but I speak English (I think) good enough to understand me.
10) How did you hear of Impervious and why do you want to join? Do you know someone from our guild? I heard mostly good things about Impervious and I’ve got a few friends there.

6) What other guilds have you been a member of? Why did you leave them or think of leaving? I was a part of Wolver guild and left due to guild inactivity. My second guild was Nirvanna where I was an officer and left because of an in guild dispute. My current guild is Lionheart.
7) How often do you play? Mostly at night after 9pm but dependant on whether I’m busy or not and also weekends maybe include more.
8) Are you more of a PvE or PvP player? What do you usually do with your time on SK? I tend to play PvE since I live in Australia and SK does not have a server close to there so PvP is a lagfest.

IMPERVIDANCE!

It's that time again, Imps! Time to gather your guild mates and test your mettle in a battle of strength, prowess, and... dance moves? It's IMPERVIDANCE!

Impervidance is a team-based dance contest! In order to participate, you will gather together a team of 3-6 members and coordinate a dance performance in-game. Here is an example--thanks to Vokster for the use of his video.

Rules:
1.) To keep things fair for our many guildies from many different timezones, your dance will be RECORDED.
2.) Your dance team will consist of no less than 3, and no more than 6 members.
3.) Your video should be no longer than 3 minutes.
4.) Please choose music that is appropriate for a general audience. If you select music that you do not have the rights for, you do so at your own risk.
5.) You can only participate on one dance team.
6.) Last, and most important, be creative!

A few tips:
--If you have questions/problems regarding recording software, please ask your guildies (we have many members who create videos for youtube, etc.)
--The range of 3-6 members means you can stage your video in haven, the GH, the training hall, a CW level, even in LD--be creative!
--Use of props, costumes and "dance moves" (i.e., not only gear, but also incorporation of attacks, consumable items, bash/dash, and other game mechanics) is highly encouraged.
--There are many ways to coordinate your team, including, but not limited to, our DJ room and our Mumble server.
--This not a contest of clever editing, your entries should WOW the judges with your team's amazing SK dancing skills.
--Other questions, please ask Narfle.

Prizes:
1st Place: 7.5k ce to the winning team
2nd Place: 5k ce to the winning team
3rd Place: 2.5k ce to the winning team

Special Awards:

9.i want to join impervious because its a famous guild and i have heard that it recruits people who are good At PvP... and i consider myself to be reasonably good in PvP. Yes i know a lot of people like, produkt, Chapacha, Coddisturbed, Diskord etc.
10. In a guild i look for kindness, generosity, rules, frienship, cooperation, regularly someone being online, respective and disciplined language (only a bit not a lot of that). I can contribute by ranking up Impervious in the leaderboards for lockdown (help in GvG)

6)i have been in Ominous,aeons,Rising Ascendant's I left aeons because i felt i didn't connect with people there. I left Ominous because i wanted to go and make my own guild. I don't like the the guild the i have made (Rising Ascendant's) Because i think am not that good of a guild master am good at reciting and helping etc but i find being a guild master is harder then it looks you need to put in a lot of effort and time and i don't think i can keep being a guild master everyone in the guild thinks am a great guild master but i don't think am a good enough guild master.
7)I play for 2-3hours a day and after that i just chill out might come online to check on thinks or come to do LD or come online to help people with things or just to have a chat with friends.
8)I am more of a PvE but i still love PvP even though am more of a PvE person

5. At the first harvest festival but i had a big break inbetween because of personal reasons.

Reason i left Ultima because i did not have the feeling that i fit in but they were really great guys, reason i left the nights watch was because i had a problem with one of the officers(did not like how he treated me but he is a good person) and Umbra Nebula...got kiked there for inactivity which was a while ago.

8. i am mostly PvE but i have started enjoying PvP again(but im not rlly good at it). I use half 70-80% to do Runs(Basil, Vana(mostly basil)) and the other 20-30% doing LD and Socializing with people or friends.

10. Well i mainly see alot of them walking round in haven and i thought you guys were having a pretty good time. I want to be part of that if possible =). Ehm....no i dont well at least no one that i can recall.

13. Well im 17 years old and my hobbies are playing SK going climbing play Warhammer 40k reading books and mangas. Watching anime(Sword Art Online, High School of the dead, Samurai Champloo). My dream atm is to get all wolver armours(the 5* ones) at the moment i have skolver and vog both complete and my next goal is to get all 5* brandish's(got acheron and Glacius atm). I always try to set new goals for myself in order that the game will never get boring for me

3) Star of Gear: At least one full set of 5star weaps and armor, working on bringing up some alternate sets, and working to replace some of my originals with better modifiers. My gear was great for doing Lord vanduke runs without too much problems, and I never got into shadow key runs with current gear. I wandered off from playing like 1-2 months after the patch came out introducing the shadow runs.

5) When did you start playing SK? Again hard to guess, I may have started 3-4 years ago but I've had some breaks where I leave and come back since then.

6) What other guilds have you been a member of? Why did you leave them or think of leaving? I've only been in one other guild, but I dont even remember the name. I joined Impervious about after a month of playing when I was grinding snarbloax runs. I had been in Impervious ever since, only getting bumped out for inactivity when i left for several months. I remember playing with Sciasz and Swarleysparkles. Sciasz more so. but I dont know if either would remember me since its been a while, maybe over a year since i last played regularly.

7) How often do you play? Depends on my luck with how my runs go Ad if i can get more CE from selling my wares. I play atleast 4 or so days a week, ranging from an hour or two, to sometimes all day on weekends.

8) Are you more of a PvE or PvP player? What do you usually do with your time on SK? More of a PvE, but i certinaly enjoy PVP when im just fooling around town, or cant find groups for runs.

11) What do you look for in a guild and how do you think you can help and contribute? Maturity in its players. A willingness to help less geared or less experienced players, but not everyone winning about getting carries through certain things. Overall I look for players wanting to work together, to become better as a group, and look for a guild to have several top teir players willing to talk and help lesser players become better.
I look for Members who are active and likely to jump into a run with you, and for new run groups to pickup quite regularly.

12) In your opinion, what does Impervious mean to you (for example as a guild, the word, etc)? Strong, Solid, and Impenetrable. As a guild we work together to have one strong face to our enemies. We dont allow anything from outside to affect us, hates, flames, drrama or rummors. We are strong as a whole and will not be broken or broken aparnt.

13) Tell us more about yourself (optional) I'm a 21+ gamer, active across many games and communities. I'm mature, and I make a point to understand the most i can about my characters and what i can do to make them better and play to the top of my abilities.

Ive been here before and I hope you see fit to include me again. Right now I'm trying to catch up with my previous play level. trying to remember what upgrades i was working on. and trying to see whats new and how it affects me and my plans for gear.

I have been in many guilds like dark hearts, solo art, jempire and aeons ( for a short time ) and more, i thought of leaving because i wanted to experience a very nice environment with lots of keen and nice players in impervious - also i have seen that this guild is in rank 3 in leading guilds in LD so i wanted to become a better LD player and also spend a nice and a pleasant peaceful time with impervious. I LOVE IMPERVIOUS !! :D

Well, i do help people when they die in a mission or for loan sometimes depending on whom they are to me and how much they want.

personally to me, i see as if this guild is Unable to be affected by anybody, not penetrable. Very protective and fun.

I am atm 16 yr old and have loved SK for a long hence i am an active player :3. I love a nice community with nice and kind people who can help me any time and any where. I personally do love LD, just need some training and heating to be finished to smack faces in LD. :D =P .

moreover, love cookies and cakes which have vanilla and chocolate flavor and COFFEE.. not too strong and not too sweet. :3

5) I actually started playing SK a little over 2 yrs ago. I joined right after the beta players and played for a good 4 months and became a 4* knight. I came back to SK to see whats changed (which is alot!) and I've been playing for about 3 weeks now.

6) I have been a member of Famous. It was a very nice and friendly guild, but I left because I needed a more active guild.

2nd Impiversary Events!

It's that time again, everyone: time to celebrate another year of Impervious-ness! Our little (not really so little anymore) guild came into being on August 5th, 2011, and to celebrate the 2nd anniversary of its founding, it's time for some fun Impiversary events!

Impiversary Haiku Contest
For those unfamiliar with the art of haiku, and for all the new faces who weren't around for our previous haiku contests, it is a traditional Japanese poetic form consisting of three lines: the first line having 5 syllables, the second having 7 syllables, and the third line returning to 5 syllables. What's more, to celebrate the arrival of our sprite companions just in time for the anniversary, our theme will be: BATTLE SPRITES!

A panel of volunteer judges from outside of Impervious will select the top three submissions, which will be awarded prizes:

First Place: 100k cr
Second Place: 75k cr
Third Place: 50k cr

In addition, you can choose to submit your haiku for consideration in one of three special categories: Funniest, Worst, and Cutest. These special categories will be awarded additional prizes regardless of their selection for First, Second and Third Place:

Funniest: 25k cr
Worst: 25k cr
Cutest: 25k cr

To enter the contest, please mail Narfle your entries (yes, mail, please--no /tell or /g). Also, please indicate which of the three special categories you would like your haiku to be considered for--only one category per entry, please! Each Imp can submit up to two (2) entries, and once submitted, your haikus cannot be changed or edited, so be sure to get your 5/7/5 right the first time! Submissions open TODAY, July 31st at 5:00pm server time (PST), and will close on Wednesday, August 7th at 5:00pm server time! Better start writing!
