7) How often do you play? Whenever i can, about 2 hours or so during the week, or sometimes a lot during the weekends.

8) Are you more of a PvE or PvP player? What do you usually do with your time on SK? I'm more of a mix of both. It depends on what I feel like doing. Usually though, I work on ranking up in missions.

10) How did you hear of Impervious and why do you want to join? Do you know someone from our guild?I do not know anyone from the guild, but I thoroughly read your wiki page and am very interested in joining!

11) What do you look for in a guild and how do you think you can help and contribute? I am looking for friendliness and someone to hang out with when people I know irl who play SK are offline, or when they are online so we can all play together!

13) Tell us more about yourself (optional) I am 15 and I live with my adopotive father, but we have 2mb/s sattelite internet, so I may lag. He also hates all gaming, so I may go for binges without playing. But sometimes he's a coolguy and lets me play. It all depends. On the weeekends I go to my friend Mineymann's house though, and we play all day. (btw he is also signing up for the guild!) I look forward to hearing from you! "Too fast cool!"

A year ago, I think. I've been on a bit of a hiatus, and now I'm starting again with my friend, Rikkyroe.

6) What other guilds have you been a member of? Why did you leave them or think of leaving?
I was previously in the guild, Valour. I left them because of the overall inactivity during the hours I usually play.

7) How often do you play?
Usually two times a week or more. Usually more.

8) Are you more of a PvE or PvP player? What do you usually do with your time on SK?
I've been mainly playing PvE, but once I have good enough gear, I will consider doing some rounds in the colloseum.

9) We are a largely international guild with people from all across the globe. What is your main language?
English is my primary language.

10) How did you hear of Impervious and why do you want to join? Do you know someone from our guild?
I found Impervious on the forum, and I told my friend Rikkyroe about it afterwards. We come in a package, so if he isn't accepted, I probably won't join either.

11) What do you look for in a guild and how do you think you can help and contribute?
I'm looking mainly for active members, people to play with and talk to. I'm a big fan of spiral knights, and I'd like to share that experience with other like-minded people! At the moment, the most I could contribute is my presence, but once I start making that moolah, those crowns, I'll definitely be able to contribute in... other ways as well.

-Top of Spike, the guild I named after a glitch. It was very small and I wasn't good at managing it, and I eventually left to make a new guild with a friend

-Titan Slayers, the guild I formed with a friend. It was better then the last guild I formed, until my friend quit SK, in which it went downhill.

After these two guilds, I have decided I would be better off not being a guild master/manager/whatever

7) How often do you play? I used to get on a lot to do forums because I was too lazy to go check my email to find the code, and thus I have never done it. I get on less now-a-days due to newish forum alt

8) Are you more of a PvE or PvP player? What do you usually do with your time on SK?: Normally I just sit around the ready room, but if I do play, I play PvE

Honestly don't remember. Used to be in Impervious twice - The first time I left following an argument with another member, while the second I believe I was kicked and didn't log on for a few months to find out why. Oh well, that's in the past now.

I'd like to think around 25 hours a day

8) Are you more of a PvE or PvP player? What do you usually do with your time on SK?
Blast network & Merch, the funnist things to do without a doubt.

It was my favourite guild, and I honestly would never have left if I didn't take a break from the game. I recognise many of some of the older members from the veteran/officer list.

I'm willing to donate as much as I can to help the guide out, including a fuck ton of winterfest furniture I still have stacked up =)

I can't pinpoint the day but it was in the days of mist energy and NO elevator passes.

I don't think I was a member of any? I did take a year-long break at some point so I might have been a member of one, but it must have been really unremarkable.

Weekends mostly, sometimes evening of weekdays... about 20-24 in my timezone.

8) Are you more of a PvE or PvP player? What do you usually do with your time on SK?
Clockworks runs! Mostly I am busy with clearing missions, doing daily dangerous missions and maybe some t3 runs for crystals and stuff.

Russian, but I am relatively fluent in written English. Spoken.. well not so much unfortunately.

Well, I saw quite a few members of this guild in Haven, but i can't claim to know anybody. As for how I found it? Guild recruitment forums naturally.

Having an ability to go to FSC, OCH and other fun places in a party! That, and not being so damn lonely when playing T_T.

5) When did you start playing SK? About six months after release. Left for a while, and came back.
6) What other guilds have you been a member of? Why did you leave them or think of leaving? Lords of Dest was my first guild. A tiny guild with a few friends. They've since quit and left. After that, I kind of guild hopped a lot for a month or two. Nothing felt right. Then I talked to BabyEightyOne who was in charge of BRMC at the time. I remarked that his guild name was a band, and was curious if he knew of them. Obviously he did, and we talked music and nonsense ever since. Now he's off and left, made me a GM, and in our conversations shows no interest of coming back. There are other GMs in the guild who can take care of things, and I think it's time to go. Selfish as it is, I don't want to be in a guild without active friends. What I am hoping, is that I can make a few here.
7) How often do you play? Daily unless life gets in the way.
8) Are you more of a PvE or PvP player? What do you usually do with your time on SK? PvE. I'd love to get better at PvP for weapons, but never learned the.. I guess tricks for it. I'm not a competitive person. While I'm on, I visit the AH, see if any one is having trouble with missions, help where I can. For the past four months, I've been online alone a lot. But newbies in Haven are pretty good about asking for help. If not that, then Vana runs with PUGs. (Pick up groups)

10) How did you hear of Impervious and why do you want to join? Do you know someone from our guild? Saw Impervious in the forums. Lurk those a bit. From what I've read, sounds like a good fit. I unfortunately don't know any one in this guild.
11) What do you look for in a guild and how do you think you can help and contribute? Mainly, I look for a friendly atmosphere and a couple people I can get along with. I hope for a sense of humour, silliness, and a whole lot of smiles. I can help just about any one with runs, and if monetary needs must be met, I can do about one thousand crowns a day. I tend to like buying gifts for people.
12) In your opinion, what does Impervious mean to you (for example as a guild, the word, etc)? As a word, I'm sure you've gotten plenty of dictionary references. As a guild name, I think it means you will persevere. The kind of guild that will hold strong against all tides.
13) Tell us more about yourself (optional) Well, I think you got quite a bit up there. However, sure- I'll bite. College student, painter, and editor. Introverted, critical, verbose. Awkward, shy, blunt. Play piano, violin and bass guitar.

6) What other guilds have you been a member of? Why did you leave them or think of leaving? I joined 3 guilds, I left them because they were all so inactive, I didn't see a single person online when I come online, so there was no grouping up and nobody was there to help.

7) How often do you play? Very often, it's a really good game.

8) Are you more of a PvE or PvP player? What do you usually do with your time on SK? I mostly do rank missions and arcade, I've never done pvp but I'll try it out soon.

October of 2011.

Why did you leave them or think of leaving?
Knightmare and currently Lionheart. Originally, I joined Knightmare to feel what is was like to play in an all Vanguard guild, but then we disbanded, so I started to help out newer players in Lionheart and now I feel my work there is done.

7) How often do you play?
Everyday man. I think I'm a little too active.

8) Are you more of a PvE or PvP player? What do you usually do with your time on SK?
To be honest, I am more of a PvE guy, mostly because I like toying around with different loadouts. I play PvP just as much, its just I lean more the other way. What I like to do with my time now is to clear end of game content. I'm currently trying to make my tenth Seerus mask and get around to successfully solo the Vanaduke Shadow Lair without dying. But obviously, I have nothing to do so when I'm not doing THAT, I like to take newer players on regular Vans runs, build up experience, buy low star items for them to craft. I really love to do this, and actually, I just can't help it.

I speak English mostly. I can also speak fluent French, if translation is needed.

10) How did you hear of Impervious and why do you want to join? Do you know someone from our guild?
I heard of Impervious through the chatter of two of your members whose names I do not recall. I want to join Impervious because I feel that I am the perfect fit. An enjoyable guy to be around who can support other players in any way needed. I assure you I will be one of those guys who contribute to the stability of the guild and won't feed off its success. Being in this guild would mean the world to me because finally I would feel in a place that is just for me, and I surely hope you guys feel the same way.

11) What do you look for in a guild and how do you think you can help and contribute?
I donate crowns often, so I look for an active fin guild that allows me to say its worth it. I loved the fact that was helping younger players before, so now it'll be a great benefit to your guild. I actually like to invite other players to things like Shadow Lairs, like I go on lots of em. In parties I would be the utility guy, fulfilling your needs in a party.

12) In your opinion, what does Impervious mean to you (for example as a guild, the word, etc)?
Impervious means ever-growing to me. As that's what I think drew me here the most. Your ever growing empire of awesomeness. :P It really would be great to join you guys.

I like to be around my family and I am really a sensitive guy, so I can get a little emotional on the littlest of things. Like beating Heart of I mice for example. I really hope you guys accept me. 6) What other guilds have you been a member of? Why did you leave them or think of leaving? Order of Valor & Circle of Magic. I left Order or Valor because it is not active. Planning to leave Circle of Magic because there is no organization and a number of the members beg for stuff.

I'm more of a PvE player, and I spend most of my time helping my fiance level up her gear.

I just saw the recruitment post on the forums and I wanted to join a fairly large and active guild in order have more to do in the game, as well as getting help from other more knowledgeable players. I do not know anyone from the guild.

11) What do you look for in a guild and how do you think you can help and contribute?
In a guild I look for friendliness mostly, followed by how active they are. I hate guilds that are elitists, and judging by the size of the guild many people also enjoy the guild and are pretty active. A friendly active guild will always bring fun to the table. I plan to help out the guild by helping others in runs and participating in guild events and such.

Unbreakable camaraderie. Even through the years, a guild that is still active to this day must have an impervious fellowship.

I'm a 20 year old college student from San Diego, California. I've played quite a bit of MMOs, but for some reason SK still draws me back in. As I mentioned earlier in the application, I also have a fiance who plays the game, I will try to get her to fill out an application as well so that we can both join.

I was part of a "Running with Scissors" guild that disappeared sometime in the last three years.

I'm looking to start playing a few hours each weekend and every now and again on weekdays as a nice break from other things I'm working on. I really enjoy killing the Jelly King, so I'd probably want to do that at least twice a week. I also want to explore the T3 parts of the clockworks since it's been a long time and I need various drops! (Is FSC still a big thing? We used to run that a lot.)

So back when I played there were really only arcade missions. I think they had just introduced Lockdown or something. I'd be interested in seeing if it's fun, but I mainly like making pretty things for my knight to wear.

I'd expect guild members to help each other out. That may be as simple as picking up recipes and occasionally sharing drops (is that still a thing) but also helping people through runs. In my old guild I loved being able to log on and do a run super fast or help a newer players through twins or something.

Unable to harm. Ducks to water.

Christmas Is Coming!

As December gets closer, the Christmassy air starts to flow, even though it's not here until a month. And so on, I am here to announce the 2014 edition of the IMPERVIOUS SECRET SANTA EVENT, this year ho-ho-hosted by me (Lukakrnjevo) and Goldeneman. Following the tradition of previous years, 2011 hosted by Swarleysparkles and 2012 by Yfke and 2013 by Rakun.

If you are not familiar with Secret Santa-ry I will make a simple, brief introduction: After volunteering to join the event, your name will be up for sorting, and you'll be assigned to send a gift for a member that we will sort for you, as well as someone will receive your name. After that you will go on a quest to buy one or more presents for the person you were given the name of, as long as the total cost is of a minimum 25.000 crowns, yet, there is no maximum spending limits, for those who feel trés selfless :D .

Now let's see how this event will work. To join the event, you must send Goldeneman through SK mail the following message:

"I am ready to be a Secret Santa. Hohoho."*

If you wish to participate, please try to mail Goldeneman as soon as possible, as signups will close December 15th, 11:59 pm (GMT 0). Once we have the names, we'll be sorting and furthermore handing them around the 17th of the same month. We are aware that some people might get the names of others they don't know their tastes quite well. For such, we'll be forbidding the gifts of crowns and energy, since the purpose of this event is integration and, after all, having fun! Closing up, you must send the gifts to Lukakrnjevo before the 25th, and they will be delivered on December 28th.

Summary:

Gosh, ages ago(well, what I think of ages ago may be practically nothing). If I recall correctly, I started in late 2012. According to steam, 14th September 2012.

I've been a member of 2 previous guilds before. One was "In the jelly", which I left due to 'inactivity'(that's when I kinda left Spiral knights for a while). For the other one, I can't remember.

Usually attempting to put in 1 hour, but it may be less if i've got schoolwork or personal things going on

Definetly a PvE player :P...I've tried PvP. Spoiler alert, I died horribly. Bloody Hammers of doom. And usually what I do on SK is just mess around and do what the hell I want(er..that's the meaning of fun right?). Though if i'm going towards something i'll farm accordingly. So like farm vanaduke for preparation to get a recipe for something, etc. Mostly just mess around and chat, even if I do end up going on a mission run. Well, unless it's a harder mission.
Right, "Doing what the hell I want" mainly constitutes of me staying in Haven, near the Auction house just messing around. Probably 35% of the time.

You know, it just attracted me the moment I saw it, just having fun in general and helping others if they need it sounds great for what I d.

What do I look for in a guild? I look for a fun time. On a more serious note, I do look for a guild that's willing to look out for each other no matter what(but not to the point where they force you to help), that's more based on talking and you know, just having a good time.

This is kind of stupid of me to do this since I am not of any significant rank in the guild(vet ;)) but this could start a new tell-us-when-your-birthday-is-on-and-we'll-get-you-a-present, sort of thing.

6) What other guilds have you been a member of? Why did you leave them or think of leaving? Began in Knightmare. They were very elitist and didn't enjoy "noobs". There falseness/superiority made me leave the guild with other members to form Sexy Knights.

I have left sexy knights due to many friends leaving, stagnation, and differing timezones. The guild is not active enough for me and any members I have recruited the other officers have kicked out without consulting with me. You can only try so hard to keep a guild going and make up community events with lack of enthusiasm/interest before you have to call it quits.

Happy New Year!

It’s been a year and Impervious have gone from highs to lows and back up again.
2014 was a year of hope for Impervious. Many of our most respected players stopped playing the game due to in real life stuff and Impervious struggled to stay active. People even said that we were dead :( However, a few active guildmates and friends decided to band up and get Impervious back on track. And so we did :D

We have more players online, more clockwork runs and some calm GvG’s have been going on and we have been inviting many new members! For 2015, we will be aiming for higher heights. Here are some

-Continuing to invite new players

-Improving our Lockdown GvG performance (yeah watch out other guilds :P)

-Promoting our teamspeak more amongst our guildes

1) In-Game Name (IGN): Nightscloud (I used to be darkemo, but I recently changed my name :D)

2) Timezone: GMT (Uk, where all the main banter goes on)

4) Do you play SK through Steam or have it? (We have a steam group where we post announcements): Yeah, I play through steam

5) When did you start playing SK? Back in the good 'ol days when we saved up our daily rations of mist to use the elevators, and CE revives were super duper expensive, and Jempire were the biggest trolls around :<

6) What other guilds have you been a member of? Why did you leave them or think of leaving? I was in Dark Guardians, and Unity offered me officer so I said my goodbyes (*sniff sniff*) and helped out with unity :)

7) How often do you play? About an hour a day but on the weekends and holidays that triples at least

8) Are you more of a PvE or PvP player? What do you usually do with your time on SK? I started off as a PvE player, but over the passed year I've become more of a PvP player

9) We are a largely international guild with people from all across the globe. What is your main language? I only speak banter (English)

10) How did you hear of Impervious and why do you want to join? Do you know someone from our guild? Yeah, I used to be friends with a lot of the members including Sparkles before she retired, as well as Schick and Driewieler

11) What do you look for in a guild and how do you think you can help and contribute? I'm always open to help out in whatever needed: vana runs, daily prestige, Guild LD etc.

12) In your opinion, what does Impervious mean to you (for example as a guild, the word, etc)? I'm-pervy-us. Jk. Strong, powerful, unbreakable.

13) Tell us more about yourself (optional) 15 years old, I absolutely LOVE Nutella, and I also have teamspeak, skype etc if you guys use that :)
