Update on Recruitment
Some of of you may know that I do not play the game as much as I did back in the day due to various reasons. This is why I have bee slow on inviting people, but my friends there is a new path!

(We have many players who love it and others who don't and we respect that. However it would be nice to have more knights who would be flexible enough to jump in if needed to get a game going)
6. Why do you want to join Impervious? Looking for a great and active guild. And from the #1 post in this thread, I can conclude Impervious is the type of guild I'm looking for, and I've heard nothing but good things about Impervious from the SK community. :)

4) Do you play SK through Steam or have it? (We have a steam group where we post announcements): I play SK through Steam.
5) When did you start playing SK?: I started playing SK when it first released in 2011.
6) What other guilds have you been a member of? Why did you leave them or think of leaving?: I have been a member of a guild of my own creation named the wolver brigade. I left because almost all of the members but 1 are inactive and have not logged on since 2012.
7) How often do you play?: I play about everyday as much as I can, sometimes I am to busy to play though.
8) Are you more of a PvE or PvP player? What do you usually do with your time on SK?: In SK I usually am doing missions when im not stuck on Hall of Heros, I also delve into the clockworks a lot to upgrade my gear and help friends get their gear up.
9) We are a largely international guild with people from all across the globe. What is your main language?: My main language is English but I also speak a small portion of Spanish, although not very well.
10) How did you hear of Impervious and why do you want to join? Do you know someone from our guild? I first heard of impervious while doing a T2 run I had just died in an elite arena and on of the Impervious members joined and helped me out. The reason I want to join is Impervious seems like a great guild and Im here to have fun playing games. I have also seen that the Impervious members are very helpful and friendly and I want to help contribute to that. The one guild member that helped me in the arena was named Zevier and we have been friends since and have gone into the clockworks several times together.
11) What do you look for in a guild and how do you think you can help and contribute? The things I look for in a guild are first, friendliness and second, a good strong community. In my opinion I think I am a very friendly person and I can help contribute that to the community.
12) In your opinion, what does Impervious mean to you (for example as a guild, the word, etc)?: From what I've seen Impervious means a good fun strong team of players.

Back from the Ashes
Hello my fellow Knights!
I would like to announce that Impervious is back and recruiting. After about 6 mounts of in activity, we now have a dedicated team to invite the best players ready to bring back a guild that is well known in the Spiral Knights community
Our recruitment team:

Goldeneman: EU Officer and Thread Manager
Playerman: USA Officer and Clockwork Representative
Luigirulzz: Australian Officer and Clockwork Representative
So no matter your time zone, feel free to contact us and we will get in touch right away. As players start to join we will be doing clockwork runs and having fun so get ready Vanaduke! We also look forward to participating in GvG so if you have an interest in lockdown or blast network then Impervious is the place for you.

I'm back from a long hiatus, I was kicked from my previous guild for being inactive for about a month. Won't be happening again.

6) What other guilds have you been a member of? Why did you leave them or think of leaving? The Exceeds, Promise. I left Promise because of it mainly being a LD guild when I wasn't playing LD. I was Officer in The Exceeds for about a year before I got kicked for inactivity.
7) How often do you play? At least 1-2 hours every day
8) Are you more of a PvE or PvP player? What do you usually do with your time on SK? Kind of both. More PvE I guess. I usually grind missions or help other people with them. Sometimes I play LD

10) How did you hear of Impervious and why do you want to join? Do you know someone from our guild? I don't know anyone but I've seen many people in this guild around Haven. One of the only active guilds left, just looking to have some fun with guildies =]

The Exceeds (Veteran), I left because there was too much drama happening with one of the GM's and a buddy of mine. Animal Clan (Veteran), a bit of inactiveness going on and I didn't really like that. Heart of Fire (Officer), a great guild before it died.

8) Are you more of a PvE or PvP player? What do you usually do with your time on SK?
I'm more of a PVE player. I enjoy Vanaduke runs,but you could also find me at Haven or at GH's.

I've seen this guild around quite often. I was impressed by a few members in Impervious, who I was with, when I was doing a Vana run and that shows me that Impervious does a lot of guild runs that I'd like to take part in.

I look for activeness in a guild, I believe that's the most important factor in a guild. I can contribute to the guild by helping others with missions or runs, etc.

To me, Impervious means unbreakable, durable, and strong.

In the past year?
The Exceeds, left to join closer friends in another guild (Long while ago).
Legoland, left to find a guild that was more active in my timezone.
7) How often do you play? Usually 3+ hours each weekday.

Thanks to my lovely ping, it's PvE for me. I like to socialize and stalk the AH as well in between runs.

Saw the guild around a few places, remembered the name from a while back. All the members were fairly impressive and polite, so when I got a notice about the guild recruiting it didn't seem like such a bad idea.
11) What do you look for in a guild and how do you think you can help and contribute?
Activity, fun, culture. I do a lot of runs (FSC, prestige, terminal), and I could be of help in the clockworks and the market.
12) In your opinion, what does Impervious mean to you (for example as a guild, the word, etc)?
I've always thought of the guild as one of the earliest and strongest ones, and I think the word "Impervious" was a great choice of guild name, for it's literal meaning (unfazed, unflinching).

4) Do you play SK through Steam or have it? (We have a steam group where we post announcements): Steam
5) When did you start playing SK? 2011 sometime during the first Rose set sale. Stopped player because of Mist requirements.
6) What other guilds have you been a member of? Why did you leave them or think of leaving? IDR, played in 2011 then randomly checked SK to noticed the Mist system was scrapped so I've been playing a lot this past month.
7) How often do you play? Daily, afternoon, evenings late nights until employment.
8) Are you more of a PvE or PvP player? What do you usually do with your time on SK? PvE I enjoy running missions and Arcade though I'm terrible at Vanaduke. (I've yet to try LD and I don't remember Blast Network)

10) How did you hear of Impervious and why do you want to join? Do you know someone from our guild? Learned about Impervious from this thread. As an admin of a multi gaming group its nice to see a laid back community founded on game play and user interaction instead of results or rank.
11) What do you look for in a guild and how do you think you can help and contribute? People with like minded goals working together to enjoy the game and enable others to enjoy the game. Friends list is nice but I'd like a more consistent reliable roster of people to play with. I'd love to help other players with their missions content etc as I love left clicking to victory. (I stream on occasion if that's ever a necessary thing for contribution.)
12) In your opinion, what does Impervious mean to you (for example as a guild, the word, etc)? A firewall to block malicious things from getting through.
