If we're talking T1
Sparkplug, Voida, Zlushy, Dezmodez, Gileax, and Snorunt are pretty regular and perform the best.
Some others from the Broken Circle, Osmodeus, PurpleVixen, and Kysup are also pretty good at making the most out of the simplicity in T1.

Rebel-Flexer I'm not sure about him. He's your ol' typical blade dancer guy.
Sir-SS, or Sir-AA as some people mention, is a very experienced guy. Quite powered solitary, meekly when outnumbered.

Anyway, It depends on what you mean by a "good" Lockdown Player. Personally I think everyone considers people who are "pros" at Lockdown the people who get really good Damage when it's Capping that gets you the game and it's been shown on this thread quite a lot (e.g. 28k Damage + 2 Caps). There are also those who can never take a loss and they know who they are. However, there are those who joke around and have fun and that's why I've put them on my list. So here it is:

Knights I've seen Progress from the Beginning:
Dice-Man: I saw this guy about a year and a half ago when he was first starting out on PvP and get only around 4-6k Damage. Then 8 Weeks later this knight get's 23k damage and 6 caps 2 defends without Trinket Slots. Now he hits 13k + Damage each game. I just thought that he should get a bit of a mention and it proves that anyone can do it if they try.
