Anyway, read through the first story. Don't know if I'll read the other two. As someone aspiring to someday become an author myself, I'll add in my two cents for whatever it's considered to be worth.
Your spelling and grammar are good, which is a great start. Your writing style is okay, though I did get a little confused as to what exactly was happening in a few of the fights. The story has a decent length, and doesn't seem to be filled with too much natter.
You've got some interesting ideas as to how to represent certain in-game things from a narrative perspective. Not all of which I would use the same way if I wrote my own SK fanfic, but still interesting.
My only real issue would be with the story itself. Not really bad, but I didn't feel very much attachment to the characters. There's a number of things I could say about that but it's mostly personal opinion on my own part that may not matter to others.

I do not present myself as a professional writer, hence the extremely explicit warning.
I try to keep my stories and responses neat and tidy, to increase immersion and display a semblance of professionalism. Fight scenes in writing are difficult to pull off effectively, as a whole, without sounding cliche and clunky.
Most of my off-time is spent speculating on how items in game could function. I have an entire thread to that.
As for story, the only really fleshed out part was the Prologue. Everything that came afterwards was literally written at the spur of the moment, as soon as it came into my head. I tried to alleviate the flatness of the characters in my subsequent fanfics, but making them relatable is difficult for me, since I have little actual feelings to speak of.
I've heard from Arctifice himself that he might start a new Intentions. :)
Intentions 2.0 will arrive on the 21st.
I've forgotten the majority of the included characters, but so far I have about four confirmed characters. Re-add or suggest new ones as you see fit. The universe itself is undergoing major overhaul for logical flow and to accommodate recent updates.
Name: Grittle
Appearance: small parts of jelly, spikes all over his body, rock jelly helm with a cool game face acessory, Divine mantle, sinister skelly shield, Nitrome, Gigawatt Pulsar, 4* Ridagoon, and a fiery pepperbox at his dispoasal
Bio: Once a promenent officer in the order, captured and imprisoned to a freak expirement from gremlins, Grittle excaped, 2 thirds knight, 1 third jelly, he roams throught the clockworks, able to talk to jellies, he is high up in the pyramid of jelly royality, but still feels torn about whose side to choose, his original home, or his new home...
Personality: Mild manner, easily tempered, always focused onto one objective only, horrible multitasker and cannot make desicions easily at all.
I re-included my previous bio as well, hopefully some other people like Trobolta make another comeback. :o
The following elements from the SK Universe will be revised for improved interaction, logical flow, and mostly because there's a massive bias towards existing objects in game.
General:
Knights are now more flexible and evasive; instead of relying on their shield to absorb hits, they can just as easily sidestep attacks or dodge bullets.
Death in the Clockworks is permanent. Unless a Knight gets rebooted (only once instead of infinitely), their body stays in the Clockworks or is carried out by a teammate to a safe area for medical care within thirty minutes, they're dead.
Shields are no longer the omnipotent plates of absolute absorption anymore, instead, they are unidirectional and serve mostly to absorb projectiles. Melee attacks will quickly break a shield. However, shields may not be used to bash, and various shields can bash with elementally typed damage.
Combat:
The shield now occupies an offhand slot and is now optional. Knights may forgo a shield for mobility, or elect to carry a secondary weapon or wield a two-handed weapon in that slot. Before you scream blasphemy, keep reading.
There are now three equally viable attack styles: traditional weapon and shield, dual wielding (with one handed weapons) and two handing weapons.
Dual weapons focus primarily on constant, high DPS and evasion to take down enemies. The inherently superior speed of wielding two weapons allows them to evade two-handed weapon users with ease, but a skilled shieldbearer can easily bash them into submission.
Two handed weapon users rely on brute force and spike damage to consistently stagger enemies. The massive damage they deal is enough to break clean through shields, but their slow speed allows them to be carved up by skilled dual wielders.
Shieldbearers remain largely unchanged, with the addition of being able to quickly bash away enemies for damage and knockback. Shieldbearers easily fend off dual wielders, but their shields cannot stand up to the brute force of a two-handed weapon.
The above applies to swords and guns. Bombs are organized slightly differently:
Bombs are divided into two types: thrown and planted. Lighter-looking bombs (Blast Bomb, Vaporizer, Vortex) are easily armed and flung at enemies for decent AoE. Planted bombs (Big Angry, Shard type bombs) have long arming times, fuses, and are too heavy to throw, but they inflict spectacular AoE and damage.

After reading Redemption, was I the only one who thought, "Why not Xzei and Datura?" After that spurt of Datura being a "mainish" character and their continuing relationship, she just sorta disappeared from the story!
Of course I later realized the fairly big difference in age... oh well. :P

General:
Charge attacks now feature "mini" charge attacks fired off when wielded in the offhand.
Swords:
Two swing swords, hammer: Now require two hands to wield. Damage, speed, and chance to stagger is increased appropriately.
Striker series: Charge attack is now a dash forward and a high spike damage attack. Can be executed while cloaked. Also stab enemies for massive damage.
Spur series: Now works like a chainsaw. Attacks that connect will stagger the enemy and inflict multiple hits as the motor drives the blade through the enemy.
CIV: Slows Undead enemies on hit (with chain effect)
Gran Faust: Shortened charge time, charge creates Curse-inflicting Rune damage field.
Not much changed here, as swords are well and good for the most part.
Guns:
General: All guns use various forms of reloadable ammunition instead of infinite ammo. This ammo can be restocked at Arsenal chests. Comes in various types: standard energy cells (those cylindrical plug things on Autogun, Blaster, and 3 star and above Pulsar lines), element tubes (Individual colored canisters on Alchemers), larger energy cells (Magazine on the Autogun), drums of needles (Circular magazine on 4* Needle Shot lines), individual bullets (Used for Antigua lines), large bullets (Used with Callahan lines)
Alchemers: Now two handed weapons. Normal shots explode on contact, bounce, and explode again. Charge shots empty the magazine and inflict massive AoE along with bouncy shots. 3 shots per reload.
Autogun lines: Now two handed weapons. Automatic fire instead of burst fire, thirty shots per reload, increased damage on normal attacks. Charge attack fires off whatever shots are left in the current magazine in a single, long burst.
Pulsars: Magazine size reduced to two, larger area of effect. Accepts standard energy cells.
Catalyzer lines: Charge attack produces no noise and executes in half the time. Infinite amount of charge attacks possible, but one normal shot per reload. Accepts standard energy cells.
Antigua lines: Single action, but the weapon is tough enough to withstand revolver fanning for increased attack speed. Increased damage. Addition of 5* pure pierce line. Uses individual bullets loaded in one by one or all at once if empty.
Blaster lines: Five shots per reload.
Iron Slug: Fires cannonballs. Charge attack fires a huge cannonball.
Summary: Mostly increased clip sizes to compensate for actual carried ammo and to promote guns from a sidearm to a viable weapon type. All guns, unless listed otherwise, are operated with one hand and may be dual-wielded with massive penalty to reload speed.
Bombs (The fun part)
General: Most bombs have a blast radius far smaller than in game (except for BAB). Bombs deal self damage unless wearing a demo set and also deal friendly fire damage.
Spine Cone series: Thrown, sticks to enemies. Don't you hate getting burs in your clothing?
Nitronome: Thrown.
Irontech: Utilizes LONGBOW tech and instantly teleports to wherever it was thrown.
Vortex bombs: Flung. No getting up and beating sucked in enemies with swords now, the Vortex will suck you in.
Stagger Storm: Drastically reduces visibility.
Shivermist Buster: Enemies are completely encased in ice and cannot attack.
Voltaic Tempest: No longer spreads cloud of status. Instead, once thrown, it plants itself down and heavily electrocutes any enemy wandering into the radius with appropriate lightning.
Ash of Agni: In addition to the cloud, the explosion also spews tiny bomblets that erupt into geysers of flame.
Shard bombs: Two handed and planted. Once planted, it acts as a mine, triggering when an enemy approaches near. When triggered, it explodes once, sending a number of shards into the air which explode again. Fun!
Big Angry Bomb: Two handed and planted. Very large explosion. That's actually an understatement.
Dark Retribution: One handed, planted. More or less the same.
Irontech Destroyer: Promoted to five star. Thrown like a frisbee.
Summary: I decided to give each bomb a little something special instead of being the generic "Status bomb", "Damage bomb", "Utility bomb" that the current bombs now occupy. Bombs, again, may be thrown indefinitely; I explained this (I think) in the old version of Intentions.
My first one a while back was really, REALLY bad. I think I'll have another go at this now that I'm an experienced Fan-Fic writer.
Name: Charlemeange (Char for short)
Gender: Male
Gear: Deadshot Shapeau, Nameless Poncho, Barbarous Thorn Shield, Biohazard, Polaris.
Personality: Char is a troubled person, sometimes being taken over by fear. Although of this downside, his body sometimes becomes too fast for his brain, allowing him to take off with extreme speed at random moments.
Bio: Char was born into a family of swordsman, but their family was very poor. His father, Charlevoid, earned his family money by paying lockdown. He wanted Char to help, so he sunk half of his savings into a wolver set and a flourish for Char. But Char didn't like the idea of becoming a swordsman. Char remembered about all the injuries his father had from getting too close to a Hammer or a Flourish. He wanted to stay out of harms way, while still being to damage monsters and fellow knights in lockdown. So, after reluctantly earning money with his wolver set, Char sunk all his life savings into a gunslinger set. While his father was mad at him, he saw how useful he could be. So Charlevoid gave Charlemeange one of his oldest guns, a Pulsar. Char later learned how to weild his Polaris with power and efficiently, and, before long, he was one of the top-ranked Strike-Gunners in Haven.
Special Skills: Being a gunner, Char is an extremely good shot and can snipe targets from a long way away. Char is also good at Parkour.
General: Armor is rebalanced so everything has a specific use or ability attached to it on top of the original bonuses.
Azure-Defends against all three specialized damage types.
Plate: Deflect projectiles away from you and back toward enemies. Higher star armor increases deflect chance and deflect damage.
Chroma: Cloaking while moving slowly. Higher star armor increases your allowed movespeed while remaining cloaked. Attacking breaks cloak.
Wolver: Decreased handgun firing speed and increased bomb arming time. Thick gloves may give your strikes great strength, but you won't be doing dexterous work with it.
Jelly lines: Chance to absorb piercing attacks. After a sufficient amount of attacks have been absorbed, the user may fire them back out, sorta like the Typhoon from DE: HR. Higher levels increase absorption chance.
Skelly lines: Absorb shadow attacks. Gain health on kill.
Magic lines: Chance to absorb elemental attacks. Absorbed attacks empower your next attack.
Demo lines: No self-damage from explosions.
Gunslinger lines: Quiet footfalls. Switch to one-handed guns a lot faster.
Drake lines: Increased evasion. Higher lines increase evasive ability.
Angelic series: Dash forward. Higher levels increase dash cooldown and range. Fallen replaces the dash with a devilish sidestep.
Quicksilver line: Movement speed increase is highly noticeable.

The first sequel ended as a result of me losing direction with the story. Renzey's actually a real person, you know-that's just incorporation of my friends into the story.
The other ending isn't canon, but let's just say Happy only wants to slap Daren around.

He also refuses to kill beasts and uses synthetic materials for his ash tail coat. He prefers to let an older, more experienced knight lead a party, as his lack of confidence makes him constantly second-guess himself. Antoon tends to have alternating periods of fortune and misfortune.

Cloths for Public, Wears a dusty chaos hood and a Tabard of the Black Rose with Frost Chromalisk skin boots. The boots are a deep shade of gray-navy with many signs of there age.
Cloths for combat while using bombs, a set of worn out Mad bomber armor that has its fair shares of scares (like him self) from its many bombastic misadventures through the clock work. suet and ash is commonly seen covering it and is unshakable from the top thing of the hat... what is it called?
Other combat cloths, Shadow sun slickers and a fractured mask of Seerus in memory reminder of who is keeping him alive....(or possibly not and can just be ignored xD)
Physical features, his fur is of a deep brown, often covered with ash or after explosion. Nathan has many violet and purple symbols commonly seen in fiend blast and bullet alchemy dyed into his fur and have been reported to glow during rage, possibly making him stronger or just for look. His fingers have relatively badly maintained nails, forming short claws, known for cutting a few faces in fist brawls at a bar or in the street. His face has a long scare going down his face crossing his left eye, causing the fur not to grow over this spot leaving it bald and makes it stand out more. Nathan has a five small ring earrings on his right ear each made of the respective super metals, Sun silver(bright white), Shadow Steel(dark gray), Primal Ore (I think its a ivy green?),Volcanic Iron (redish gray), and Celestial Ore(light blue). These earrings are eranged on the tip of his right ear in a slight cone going down from each side 2 on the left, two on the right, 1 in the middle, also causes his right ear to droop slightly down.

Nathan was just another gremlin in the clock work, worked in a assembly line and simply tryed to get by unnoticed by any major power, but he always had his way with weapons, could use mainly gremlin crafted ones relativly well with a bit of training.
One day as he was walking back home from the factory a gremlin male (gremlan?) asked if he could talk with him, Nathan not one to be rude was fine with the conversation as his walk home was rather long as he didn't have the energy for a elevator or trolley (or train or what ever). The man started with introducing him self as, "Henry S. Coggler" and Nathan began to respond with his own but was caught off mid sentence as Henry said it with him, "Nath-an Rodriguez." This imeditly scared him, as he knew as a small person like him self that if a stranger was stalking him to the point of knowing his full name that this person could know more but tried not to show his fear. Henry not one trying to intimidate reassured him that he was not in any way going to threaten his safety. This caused him to calm down a bit. As he asked him how he found out his name Henry became rather blunt with what he wanted, Henry wanted to employ Nathan as a mercenary, a hired solider for what he refereed to as "Scarlet Organization". Trying to lie claimed he has no skill in the way of fighting but Henry was no full and simply said "I know you can fight, I can provide you with the training, and the pay to help keep your family going even with you not in the same depth or tier. All I'm asking for his a answer, 'yes' or 'no' to my offer?" Nathan thought it over for several minuts and decided that the money from the Assembly line was enough for his family to get by, but they had little left over and his little sister, Sarah diserved better and took Henry up on his offer. Henrey said to be ready to leave by tonight at 11, he will be picked up by some employs and friends of his to be taken off to the fort. confused Nathan asked what fort, but Henry avoided the question and brought a new one as they reached Nathan's house, "What do you think the S stands for child?" and with this the final piece fell into place, he just agreed to be apart of the Crimson Order as a paid solider unknowingly. The look of shock was quite clear and Henry assured him that very few of the stories are true about what they do, and how he won't have to do any thing like that unless it is completely necessary. Still in shock, he tried to go back on what he said, but Henry already left. 'Gremlins on the way to pick him up at 11?', 'well I just won't be home then, they can't take me if they can't find me.' and with that he planed to leave the house at 10 and to come back at 12. This failed completely, as once the watch on his wrist that he brought so he wouldn't look track of time hit 10:30 he dsicded he would just sleep on the nearby park bench and head home when he wakes up as the air was still warm. Nathan was asleep by 10:40 and his pick up crew were still fallowing him under cloack and simply lifted him off the bench and brought him to the base. When Nathan awoke he was in a leather chair by a fireplace aranged to face a red velvet chair ocupied by Henry Seerus Coggler him self. Shocked and confused Nathan tried to talk Henry into letting him go but failed to get emidet freedom. Instead Henry set up a deal, if Nathan atleast tried the training and participated in a few missions he could weather he wanted to stay or go back to the asemply, Nathan having no other option acsepted it and found him self by the second mission wear they were stoping a group of knights who started hurassing a group of peaceful Tenderfoot thwackers getting lumbar that he enjoyed the job and were actualy doing some good for the gremlin comunity, that is untill the fieth mission, this one made him question if he was on the right side. On this mission he had to escort a cargo carrier through the bored of the clock work and Haven, and to his suprise the cargo was highly dangerous explosives all armed and timed. He imidtly brought Henry on speaker and demand a awnser to why these were being taken into Haven and the only response he resived was "it was a surprise". Fear set in and he didn't know what to do, Henry hasn't lied to him before and he honestly knew if they were dangerous but he couldn't shake that feeling. On arrival to the service there were only 3 minutes left on the timers and he and the others had to begin placing them into position, directly around the guild hall... after this he ran, and wispared to a near by knight that he might want to leave. His fear slowly subsided as they went off, they were snow bombs, to celibate winterfest, he complacently over thought this and calmed down. Over the years he has gone up in rank for his work and is now a commanding officer and close friend of Henry on many levels.
SHORT SUMMARY c:
Nathan was good with guns and bombs and was offered a job from Seerus and accept it, he at first thought they were up to no good but soon was convinced that it was for the safety and co-operation of Haven and Gremlin cites. He is now a high commanding officer in the Crimson order and a good friend of Seerus.
Personality: Honest, Loyal to friends, quick to using violence when any is shown towards him, general cowboy style sheriff but with more bombs.
