Srsly, I don't have two 5* damage trinkies, no heart pendants, no UVs and am rolling Vog Striker like a Hipster Ninja, with zero striker experience. I must have played less than a dozen matches, and can still get high/top damage as well as high/top caps and high/top defends. Imagine if I was good and used 'dat OP Suda~

I honestly don't give two flying craps about damage in LD. I'm typically the Guardian you see with just an ASI Low DA going from point to point with 2-3 Striker Satellites buzzing around me under my shield. By the end I usually have anywhere from 5-10 caps depending on the length of the game. That's my trophy.

5+ caps but only 1-5k dmg it means you were probably dead more than you were alive,

A few exceptions to this:

-Weaponless boost-cappers
-Bombers
-Trolls
-Point Recons
-Pure Support Guardians

Ofc, the reverse can be true as well; seen those types of people come out w/ 10k+ often enough~

3/5 of them can be strikers as well, is all I meant. My main bomber loadouts are all strikers, although I have taken to bringing a Hammer with me as well to poke anyone who gets shocked near my face.

For Guards I did mean pure support guards; like guard bombers or defensive shielders. Not tryin' to argue or anythin', just sayin' that there are some situations where you can get high caps/low damage and survive most/all of the match, while still being productive.

But your point remains true; with strikers this tends to be the case less often~
