If you just want to partake in Troikamas, all you need to do is show up.
However, qualifying for prize drawings or races may involve one or more additional procedures.

@Mahatma-Gandhi: I've acquired a mumble channel (and possibly the use of a vent server) this will be the means of communication. Therefore skype will no longer be needed.
@Aidanblades: Yes, if you do not have a partner upon signing up, you will be assigned on at random.

Throughout the day of Troikamas, staff members will be combing the games via the spectation feature looking for users who are using exclusively Troika line weapons. (Any variant) Anyone seen using only Troika weapons will be entered to win 100k cr at the end of Troikamas! Additionally, should a game be found that every participant is using only Troika line weapons, everybody there will instantly win 100 ce! So tell your friends, SPREAD THE FEVER!
