Er....So...What are we doing? ._.
Attack on Cradle (Roleplay)
I was trying to get the characters to interact a bit first, but what the heck. All assault Corps members, prepare for your first mission.
Mekikoi walked up to the other Mechanical Engineer (OOC: Ownage, just made a new term for smart people in the Assault Corps!). They were the only two that weren't at the campfire.
"Hey there, name's Mekikoi. How about you?"
Er... Wait. Campfire? Are they in the woods? They have woods behind the walls? What the heck is a MECHANICAL engineer doing in a forest? Is it a metal forest? Is Kaiju a fairy princess?
We will never know the answers to any of the questions above.
Eve had just returned to active duty after being briefly discharged three days ago due to injuries. She looked better now than she did then, but she didn't feel any better; major combat operations like this always threw her heart into the pit of her stomach. Poking the fire was a nice distraction, but grew boring after a while. That, and the smoke was making her cough. She got up and took a look at the people who would be her comrades for the next few hours before certain doom.
...
What, you want me to describe what she saw? *throws up hands* Kaiju already told you! I'm not repeating all that.
Anyways.
Eve decided to chat with the young man sitting next to her. She glanced at him and said softly, "Andrew, right?" She noted the girl sitting next to them both. Probably Erica. Probably a flirt. Probably prettier. Definitely a newbie.
In this RP, Haven is much bigger than it appears in the game. Why is there a campfire in Haven? Well, why were there campfires in the rescue camp, huh? Remember that the Order is slowly running out of resources. They can't afford to just throw their last remaining reserves of CE around lighting up the place.
Besides, who doesn't love a good old fashioned camp fire?
Edit: pssh, Erica's no flirt. And she's very skilled. Besides, who of the new soldiers ISN'T a newbie? They've never witnessed the true horrors of war.
Kaiju, can Arch use his fourth wall breaking abilities to teleport to places he shouldn't be, Ie: An assault corps mission, and do something for minor support every so often, like confusing a gremlin or two about what the vog just happened :3?
I stood up, gazing into the blazing fire. It was beautiful. It crackled and embers flew up into the sky disintegrating into who knows where. Well, actually I do. I thought, The light energy of the ember turns into invisible heat energy, that monsters absorb, that's why they drop heat. I shook my childhood lessons out of my head. Not now... Suddenly a voice came from behind me, "Andrew, right?" I looked back and saw a girl, that I believe went by the name of Evera. I smiled warmly and replied, "Yeah. That's me, but you can call me Drew if you want. Most preferable." I stood up and turned to face her, I put out my hand and asked, "And you're..."
Eve isn't a newbie. She was discharged due to injuries incurred during battle. That doesn't exactly make her a grizzled veteran, but she's no newbie.
Everybody else is a newbie. Besides. I said NEW soldiers, didn't I? Eve's been in battle at least a few times already, so she isn't new. /e shrug
The cold night felt even colder for me. I stood in front of two graves in front of me, in Haven's big- too big cemetery. So many have died, that only Elite Corps knights were buried. Civilian and etc were cremated or lost to the gremlins.
I stepped forward and knelt, placing a rose on each grave. I would like to think they were proud to have died for the Order, in battle. For the cause. I know that the same could happen for me tomorrow, or any other day. Thus is the risk we all must take as Knights of the Order.
I stood, whispering a small prayer to any god that may hear me. Everything dies eventually. These days, usually sooner then later.
The gremlins would pay. Every last one. I could feel fire blazing in my eyes and in my heart, warming myself. ((Cue dramatic music. :3))
Let them know that the Order will destroy their kind, and their King. We will take vengeance. We will take justice.
We will take back Cradle.
DUN DUN DUN.
Kaiju, reply to post 61 D:
(OOC: On a sidenote, Andrew is my irl name.)
Eve took Andrew's hand and shook it firmly. "I'm Vanguard Evera. Call me Eve. Pleasure to make your acquaintance, Drew." She smiled a little. She had a thing for lean, long-haired guys, and Andrew really hit the spot, so she had to do everything in her power to keep from blushing. No flirting. I just accused Erica of that. Besides, he's going to die in a few hours anyways. Her head sank to her chest as her heart plummeted into her stomach again.
The campfire was warm. Probably the warmest I'll ever be for the rest of my life.
ERPing is something I intentionally avoid. If you thought the last part of the post was innuendo...don't. It wasn't meant to be.
Meh. never really meant it. Just joking.
/brohugs for all the good little children
Erica watched in amusement as Andrew and Evera amiably chatted. She almost burst into laughter when Eve introudced herself to Andrew. Allowing herself to snicker just a bit, Erica smiled at her two fellow soldiers and casually took out a small chunk of bread and a Snipe breast. The others' eyes widened in surprise, and Sayaka voiced their mutual concern, "How did you manage to get those? Meat is such a luxury these days!"
Erica winked and flashed the others a knowing smile. "I found a Snipe that hadn't escaped to outside the walls. Probably couldn't fly. So, I decided I should seize the opportunity for one last taste of that oh-so-succulent flesh." She noticed a faint smirk on Andrew's face, a now unimpressed frown on Sayaka's, and a look of exasperation on Evera's. "I'm starting to think that if they didn't migrate, the Snipes would be extinct by now." This earned a few chuckles, even from Erica, who replied, "If they hadn't migrated, they'd have been extinct since about a year ago." At that, a hush of silence fell over the group, and Erica blushed in embarrassment, realizing shed taken it too far. The year before was the year that almost half of the entire Assault Corps was wiped out in a single mission. It didn't help their moods that they themselves were now members of the Corps.
Hovering over her shoulder, Erica's Drakon, Kira, hissed, "Ooh, that's cold."
----
@Arch: please, I'd rather you not teleport and all that. Or confuse random gremlins about the current events
@Tag: it just so happens that my two of my friends' names are Andrew. Btw, please don't reference ERP here. O.o
Very gewd Kaiju. Very gewd.
I KNEW knights could eat snipes! C'mon devs, I'm ready for the next patch! :D
A few hours after the trainees join their units, just as the sun starts to rise...
You are the newest recruit of the Garrison and are patrolling the walls, dutifully doing your job, when suddenly, you see an enormous, humanoid figure in the distance. It's far too big to be a Gremlin mech or a Titan, though, and besides, Titans usually come in packs. And no Gremlin, whether in a mech or not, would dare approach the walls alone. No, this thing is enormous. As it draws closer, you can make out some of its features. The behemoth has an enormous mouth that almost stretches to the back of its head. It lacks any form of skin, and appears to be made of nothing but muscle. Steam rises from its body, heating up the air surrounding it. Slowly, it approaches the walls, and you realize. It IS a Titan. But, Titans never grow that big. Theres never been any records of a 300 ft class! Then, suddenly, you notice the small figures behind the leviathan. There is a squad of Gremlins, fully geared up in their mechs, along with a small legion of X427 MRAs, (Mobile Roarmulus Annihilators) a monstrously enormous rail gun mounted on top of a Cerberus unit (three headed, walking Roarmulus), and a horde of 30-foot class Titans. A simple hiss of "Sh*t!" escapes from your mouth; there have never been this many Gremlins sighted near the walls. Gritting your teeth, you watch as a colleague pulls on a lever switch and the alarm is sounded.
How will you ever make it out of this situation?
(@kaiju, Alright :c. But expect me to pull out lutes from absolute nowhere a few times.)
I was sitting down, tuning a lute, when I heard the alarm go off. I run upstairs to the wall and see what's happening. Oh fudge. These things were huge. Hours and hours of practicing with flourishes wasted. I ran up to the nearest guy and asked "What are we supposed to do?!"
((I really don't know how you could eat snipes, Kaij. How dare you. You... you monster.))
"Well, hi!" I responded cheerfully. "Vanguard, huh? Same as I. Or was anyway, not that it matters of what was," I said somewhat akwardly. I shook my head, now was not a time for negativity. "Come sit down," I tapped an empty space on the log. Trying to lighten the mood I said, "Unlike most people here, I plan on making it past tomorrow." This is personal for me... I found myself clutching my necklace. I directed the conversation elsewhere...
I begun to get lost in the beauty of the fire. "Look at the fire. It's calming. What does it remind you of?"
((Last post tonight, don't worry folks I'll be here all week. Hardy, har, har. :3))
( I won't be very active, so sorry)
The "other engineer" was lost in thought. He was wondering about his jobs.
"Assault corps AND gate repair? What am I, some sort of super soldier?" Hex wondered, looking off into the horizon.
It was only now that he had noticed Mekikoi. She was looking at him in a sort of confused look, trying to distinguish if he was paying attention, or asleep.
Not looking at her, he replied. "Names Hex. Nice to meet you." And with that, he stuck his arm out sideways, hand open.

((OOC: So... I saw this RP thread and I'm like "Hey, I roleplay and stuff!" And now I'm here, hoping it's not too late. A quick question, are the knights in this game the ones in-game/described on the wiki or human? EDIT: Oh, and thoughts on magic-oriented characters? It's clear that magic exists, but can Knights use it beyond Sprites?))
Drew asked me what fire reminded me of. It seemed like a simple question, but...it gripped me somehow. As I gazed at the fire, my thoughts drifted to the upcoming battle. "Unlike most people here, I plan on making it past tomorrow," he said. And suddenly, I realized the answer.
"Fire…reminds me of life. It burns with passion, warms everyone who sits near it, and scorches those who try play with it. A little one can be snuffed out with a mere pinch of the fingers or a stamp of the boot, but left alone, it can become an unstoppable blaze. The flame lives for but a moment, but the fireside memories can last a lifetime."
I cock my head and smile at him. "The length of your life doesn't matter. What matters is that you fulfill your life's purpose, that whoever lit your flame is not disappointed by what you burn, and that you give light and hope to anyone lucky enough to see you." I look down at my gunblade and scratch off a flake of dried blood. "But whatever you do...do not lose your conscience." I twirl my blade and replace it to the sheath.
We sit in solemn silence for a moment. I offer him a fried marshmallow.
1. It's not too late to join.
2. The knights here are human.
3. I think they can use magic, but please, don't overuse it. In my own lore, it's not "magic" but the artful manipulation of spacetime by someone genetically gifted with the ability to do so. The complex movements needed to perform it are the reason I call it "weaving."
I hear an alarm ring, then I run to the top of the wall, when a guy ran at me, screaming, "What are we going to do?" I gazed over his shoulder. Woah..... Titans, MRAs, and lots of Gremlins.
I noticed two flourishes on that man's belt, and I shook my head. You couldn't defend with swords. I pulled my Valiances from it's holsters, then fire at the Titan's eyes.
No effect. I grit my teeth, then unslung my Sniper Rifle. Unlike the crystal energy form, I prefered the older version, the Peacemaker version. I aimed at it's eyes, then fire. It winced, then continued.
"What the fuc*, man? How are we going to stop it?" I screamed at the man with two flourishes, then I smile, extending my hand to him, "What's your name?"
Pretty sure I'm creeping the guy out.
(OOC: Aaand what does ERP stand for?)
Mekikoi smiled, taking his hand in a firm handshake.
"Thinking about some of the things we have to do?" Mekikoi gave him a pat on the back, but he seemed to be lost in thought. "Just don't let those gears churn so much that you burn out!" Mekikoi decided to leave Hex to ponder away, joining the rest of the group. After all, if they were going to be a group, it would be important to form strong bonds. Not like they would have much time to do it at any other time, risking their lives away.
"Hey guys, how's it going?" He sat beside one of the girls, smiling.
Remember the locked door that only Seerus can enter? Well, he made a titan DNA but it was unique to the other titans. It is 300ft large, it's attacks are even more powerful and the army of tanks protect the titan. I also decoded some of the regular Titan's DNA and it seems they only have 1 weakness but they need to go really deep to hit it. The weakness is The Swarm, the swarm instantly kills the titans but since all shadow keys are gone, we can't get the swarm up. The gremlins that stay in base don't have any upgraded armor so 5* weapons are better in their base. I might be able to bring the swarm up but it will cause trouble for the tanks and gremlins.
Awesome, thanks for the answers. I guess I'll shy away from magic/weaving for now. I don't think the team has a medic, right? Might've missed someone.
Name: Friday
Age: 22
Appearance: He's tall compared to most knights (~6'3") and skinnier too (~140lbs). He has brown hair with a bit of red and his eyes are brown. He's fair skinned with a barely noticeable tan from training.
Personality: Curious and creative, if a bit awkward. He likes people but tends to mess up most social interactions. He's brave, even if he isn't a particularly good fighter.
Specialization: Healing and Inflicting Statuses (Mostly poison probably.) He's also ok with guns.
Faction: Assault Corps
Bio: Friday grew up among the medics and the doctors of the Spiral Order, sometimes helping out with injured Knights when he grew up. With a desire to help people, he decided to sign up to train for the Assault Corps. Though not a strong up-close fighter, his healing skills were very much needed to keep Knights alive in the field.
Sprite: A Seraphynx by the name of Monday.
Anything else:
Weaknesses: Not particularly strong, socially awkward, and light (which I guess is kind of situational?)
Strengths: Talented healer, good with status-inflicting bombs/vials, and maybe quick?
I feel like I should work on the bio a bit more, but this should be enough for now. And I'm a bit confused about starting gear for Assault Corps? I was hoping to start with something Flak Jackety (at least visually) and maybe he carries around vials.
So... Yeah.
Oh, and I believe ERP is erotic roleplay.
OOC: Yyyaaaay medic! If the man comes to town on a Thursday, how did he leave three days later on Friday? His horse's name was Friday! And also, it seems that the Assualt Corps guys all wear the 3DMG, over top of pre-existing armor.
Hex chuckled a bit and waved as Mekikoi left. Mekikoi didn't see it, but it was nice to, anyway. Hex sighed. He honestly didn't want to be here, but he had to do it. He had to prove that he was better than some "lazy, good-fer-nothin' tinkerer". Hex took something from under his armor and stared at it. It was a small proto-sword pendant, except with only half of it there." I'll do it for you. I promise." Hex whispered, talking to the air. And with that, he turned around to join the others.
The knight he was talking too minutes before was already socialising with the others. Hex smiled under his helmet. Mekikoi was probably going to be the social one of the knights, judging by the fact that he had already started talking to many of the others at a time. Hex sat next to a medic looking knight, who was sitting awkwardly, trying not to be noticed.
Eve scooted over to let Mekikoi sit down. "Hey. Want a marshmallow? I'll fry you one."
"Anyone contacted the Police yet?!" Zaki yelled as his eyes darted left and right for a sniper rifle. Upon finding one, he walks (as running would increase his heart rate too much) towards the wall, and aims his scope at the Colossus.
A wave of fear and panic swept done his body.
It was incredibly huge, something that Zaki wouldn't imagine would exist, but it stood before him, walking at an slow, steady pace. Anxiously, he bit his lip, and aimed for its eye. Gently, his finger pulled at the trigger...
...but he would not squeeze it. It twitched and reverberated as he tried and tried, but his finger would just not do its damn job.
He knew that a single dinky shot like that wouldn't even damage a seven-metre Titan, let alone kill it.
Frustrated, he lowered down his rifle.
"SOMEONE GET ON A CANNON AND SHOOT IT'S EYES OUT. SLOW IT DOWN AT LEAST! EVACUATE EVERYONE NOW!" Zaki shouted at the top of his lungs, and he raised his rifle again.
After firing a few rounds at the mech's cockpits or their fuel canisters, he dropped the gun and leapt off the wall. Without even looking, he swung by several buildings towards the party for the Assault Corps. He checked his gas, and deciding against being too liberal, he refrained from using it.
Even if he rushed, there would be casualties. He'd rather have gas when he needed it.
Eve said that it reminded her of life, and many other sorts of metaphors. It made me smile, but the thing that really got to me was:
The length of your life doesn't matter. What matters is that you fulfill your life's purpose, that whoever lit your flame is not disappointed by what you burn, and that you give light and hope to anyone lucky enough to see you." It wasn't a sad tear that rolled down my cheek but a joyful one, though others might think otherwise. I hoped nobody noticed. After a while contemplating what was about to happen, Eve offered me a marshmallow, "Thank you," I said as I tossed it in the air and caught it in my mouth.
((@Hex I don't think ERP is a thing, if you notice the E and the R. Are right next to each other.))
Erica gritted her teeth in anger as Evera said softly, "Fire…reminds me of life. It burns with passion, warms everyone who sits near it, and scorches those who try play with it. A little one can be snuffed out with a mere pinch of the fingers or a stamp of the boot, but left alone, it can become an unstoppable blaze. The flame lives for but a moment, but the fireside memories can last a lifetime.The length of your life doesn't matter. What matters is that you fulfill your life's purpose, that whoever lit your flame is not disappointed by what you burn, and that you give light and hope to anyone lucky enough to see you."
Shyly, she looked down at her sword and scratched off a flake of dried blood. "But whatever you do...do not lose your conscience." E
Her voice trembling, Erica said, "Sometimes, I think that fire can represent hope. A burning hope that one day, maybe, we can win this war. But it can also be a symbol of rage. Humanity's anger at the Gremlins for everything that they have done. And of the burning desire for vengeance. My -I mean mankind's- lust for Gremlin blood."
When Erica finished, she simply sat in silence, staring at the campfire, and contemplating how she would exterminate the Gremlin scum. She didn't notice the blaring alarm as it was set off, and was only aroused by a stinging slap from Sayaka. "ERICA! SNAP PUT OF IT!"
Still in a trance, she replied, "Huh... What?" Another slap. "THE WALLS ARE UNDER ATTACK!" At that, Erica immediately snapped out of her stupor. "Sh*t... Okay, let's go." As swiftly as possible, Erica donned her uniform, filled her 3D Maneuver Gear with gas, and strapped the device on. With that, she shot out the hooks of her gear, attaching them to the walls, then propelled herself up. She continued the process until she eventually reached the top of the walls. What she saw was atrocious. An army of Gremlins., mechs, MRAs, and... No. Titans. At least a hundred of them, all thirty foot classes, were trudging along behind the army. And leading them was a gargantuan titan that was able to look over the walls themselves! It was at least 30 feet taller than the walls... Impossible. No titan was ever known to grow that large! Erica almost bit her lip in anxiety. She scanned the area and saw members of both the Military Police and the Garrison manning cannons, shooting assault rifles, aiming for tactical spots with sniper rifles. Most of the cannon fire was concentrated on the Titan, however. Yet it didn't look like enough.
Erica turned around just as Sayaka, Evera, and Andrew scaled the wall. The three of them gazed up in horror at the enormous Titan, just as Erica had just done. Gritting her teeth, she ordered, "Okay, you three. Let's take this thing down. You know the saying. Bigger they are, harder they fall. Andrew, Sayaka, I need you to attack its legs. Cut as deep into that Achilles' tendon as possible, so it can't move forward anymore. Eve, you and I go for the nape of the neck. I've seen your combat record, and I was impressed. Hopefully we can take that thing down before it becomes a bigger threat. It can't possibly defend against four of us-"
CRAAASH!!!
The four soldiers covered their ears as the horribly loud smashing noise reverberated throughout the area. Erica looked down to see... The gate! The gate was destroyed! And Titans were moving in! Along with gremlins and other biological weapons, the Titans would be nigh invincible! Erica cursed to herself, considering her options. If they abandoned the plan and defended the gates, the colossal Titan could wreak more havoc and open the walls further. Erica knew from experience that if you wanted to stop something from bursting in, you disable or take out the source, then plug up the gap. Pushing against the enemy forces would only crowd them at the gates, eventually resulting in all of them pouring in at once. It was clear what had to be done.
Erica bit her lip, then yelled, "GO, GO, GO! We have to take that titan out before it can open the gates any further!" With that, Evera, Andrew, and Sayaka deployed their 3D Maneuver Gear, and closed in on the gargantuan Titan.
Make your Decision
You're a member of the Garrison and have just witnessed the four new Assault Corps soldiers attack the Titan that broke open the walls. Will you A: help them take the beast out, or B: assist by plugging the hole in the wall and defending the citizens inside?

Actually, ERP stands for Ero-Roleplay. I think you know what that means. Smut...
The Gremlin order is creating even more titans and it is taking them less time to create them now. But, this was the weird thing, the ground near the gremlin order started to shake and debris was falling into the Grand Arsenal. Warmaster Seerus was angry and realised that Vanaduke in FSC (Which was underneath the grand arsenal) was attacking something, the thing was unknown and he told me to deal with Vana. I when down to the Vana's throne room and it looked like he was getting attacked by a mysterious creature that was unidentified. As I was looking at the mystery creature, it then decided to flee and it only done that because the swarm broke into vana's room. That mysterious creature saw me and warned me to run while I can because the swarm is now unkillable, it would require 50* items to even damage it. I asked the creature what it was and it said "My name is the core's spirit, I only leave the core if something bad happens, now that the swarm has escaped, it will slowly corrupt the entire planet, it took them over 900 years to do it but they finally done it which is really bad. I can help you defeat Vana but the swarm will cancel my skills". I agreed to the spirit and we decided to deal vana before he turned into his shadow lair version. With the spirit in me, my damage was insane and knocked vana out in a few hits. The core's spirit said "That is one down but we need to leave before it is too late", I was worried about the stronger swarm and rushed back to the Grand Arsenal. I told Warmaster Seerus about the swarm and that it was too strong now. He laughed at me and said "You are really low on energy after fighting Vana and getting back, relax, the swarm won't be coming for a while and you did defeat vana". I walked back to my room and then the spirit came out and was said "My power only works when the person I am in isn't in the swarm." I noticed that and decided to run back to Spiral HQ when I restored some energy and then Seerus told me to go through the gap the 300ft titan made. I when through and sneaked to the main HQ and told them about everything.
Your "core's spirit" makes me uncomfortable. First off, I feel that it adds nothing to the story, and only serves to boost your ego. Secondly...this might sound a little stupid, but...I've always considered the Core to be my character. In my lore, since the Core is imprisoned and unable to directly influence the world around it, it gets around the problem by creating a mind-control link to someone on the surface, called the "avatar." Now, it's a long story, but Evera used to be an avatar for the Core before it was forced to sever the link. The Core has since selected another avatar.
So, if you must insist on bringing the Core into this, may I be allowed to control it?
For Kaijuhunter's sake, I don't mind combining lores. Maybe the Core kept the Valkyroids for defense. ^_^
((Ahm. Kaij, what am I supposed to do. The decision was for the Garrison, no?))
Your character is helping Eve, Sayaka and Erica take down the Colossal Titan. That last part was to give those in the Garrison something to do.
(OOC: Kaiju, are you purposely leaving Me and Nova out from your little group? I'm not offended, just curious lol Oh, and what about october-days?)
"Hex, go and activate the Gate Defenses! I'll meet up with you after I go and see what's happening!" Mekikoi commanded, refilling his 3DMG urgently. Without any confirmation, he launched up, after the other members of the Assault Corps. Upon arriving at the top of the wall, his breath cut short, this made no sense! The gargantuan was simply astonishing, and much too close to The Wall for comfort. The other four members were already on their way to it, clearly with the intent of taking it down, but, there was something that just didn't sit right. How did they develop a titan one hundred times larger than the thirty foot class? Mekikoi picked up an Assault Rifle off the ground, the one that fires energy, and aimed it at the Titan. He shot a couple of rounds, and then grabbed an Assault Rifle that fired old fashioned bullets and did the same.
"This is... no way." Mekikoi mouthed, how had they had the time to... He shook his head and went to go find Hex.
Zaki had done part of his job. The Assault Corps combined with the Garrison and the Military Police would be a great force indeed, but he only questioned if the Colossal would still be battle ready after taking down the gate, as he predicted.
No matter.
He fired his grapples above the gates, and shot off a tiny burst of gas to boost him out of the Titans' way. After feeling the thud of the stone on his feet, he unsheathed his blades, two Winmillions, and looked down. He hadn't fought Titans before, but in his training, he was informed that the nape of the neck was the where the Titans would hurt most. Indeed, even his now deceased cousins had said the same thing in their time in the Assault Corps.
Winmillions were not as sharp as other swords, but the bursts of energy they propelled should be enough to open up the skin for the final blow...
He gripped his blades until his knuckles were white, initiating the charge, and he released his grapples.
In and out he breathed, although his fall was so surreal. Calmly, casually, his grapples dug into the flesh of a Titan, and he swung.
~~~
The blow was too shallow.
Zaki had only brought down the Titan because it struck itself with such power, but his swords were too weak. Again, he was resting on the side of the wall, panting hard.
He'd have to try and evacuate people instead.
Hex nodded and ran in the other direction Mekoikoi was heading. The place he needed to get to was half way across the area, he couldn't do that on foot.
Unless....
"Please, please work, you hunk of junk..." Hex said, aiming it at the 3DMG. "Just please, get the two right buildings." And with that, the 3DMG shot out its two cables.
They both hit the same building. Hex was going to be squished.
Hex didn't panic, he only cursed the gear and leaned backwards, so his legs were at a 45 degree angle to the building. The force of the collision was immense, but it didn't kill Hex, at least. He crashed straight through the building and into a narrow "hallway" of sorts between the buildings.
Hex tried the 3DMG again.
This time, they hit two different buildings and slingshoted him to where he was going. It was coming up fast.
"500 meters to destination" Hex's wrist PDA announced. "300". "100"....
"You are now at your desired location."
Hex moaned as he got up from his face-first landing. His legs still damaged by the building he went through,and he sort of limped his way to the gate defence button. He put his right arm above his head, and slammed it down on the button. It was then that Hex's legs gave way, and all he could hear were sirens and people screaming. He couldn't get up, he knew that.
I start talking to the leaders of the HQ and it seems that their is only 1 way to purify the core, it is really difficult but it is possible. The core spirit mentions that the sanctuary is still save and never got corrupt by the swarm, the swarm went around it and when straight for the core, the only way to save the core is to grab light fragments from the sanctuary and bring them to the core. However, the swarm has really demolished the shadow lairs because only 1 person can enter at a time. The swarm has also copied the items I had and can create a shadow copy of me. (Meanwhile back at the Grand Arsenal) Warmaster Seerus goes down to collect Vana's mace so if he revives, he can't cause more damage. On depth 27, the lift stopped and then Seerus looked down and saw the swarm, slowly rising up and said "Creep was right" and rushed by the base. (Back at Spiral HQ) Just a shame all the shadow keys where gone, however, I can modify the 3DMG but it requires a lot of minerals and materials. To craft a stronger one, We need a 3DMG, Some more canisters, 100 Luminate, 100 Dark Matter, 100 Moonstone, 100 Valestone and 100 Crimsonite. With all those items, it makes the ultimate 3DMG and it automatically binds to the person that uses it. It's power can destroy the toughest of all enemies and it has very high durability of all items in the entire universe. So, I will take 1 3DMG and 3 canisters and start getting the minerals to create it, it is going to take a while (intermission from Seerus)
- All gremlins return to base, return to base, we have titans and roarmutanks out so we don't need to worry about it
(end of intermission) I need to get back before it is too late. The leaders say bye and the spirit comes back with me. I run back to the Grand Arsenal, and Seerus tells us that the swarm is going to get to the surface in a week. The gremlins are confused and some of them are really anxious. One gremlin asks "I thought you said the swarm is never going to reach us". Warmaster Seerus said "I know, I never excepted it to get out of the shadow lair, also I thought Creep was making it up and I now know why he was so worried when he told me. " That is the end of the meeting, don't worry though, we will defeat the knights before it rises up. Seerus tells Creep to come with him. "I thought you where lying Creep but you wasn't and I will let you in my vault. Seerus shows Creep the vault and see tons of Minerals, Keys and swords, guns and bombs. "Creep can you do the shadow lair's and defeat the bosses?" I can and will try to stop the swarm but there is no shadow keys. "Let me get them" (Seerus takes out 4 shadow keys from his pocket) "Use these and defeat the bosses and the swarm should stop now go back to your room and relax for the lairs tomorrow." Ok and thanks.(I walk back to my room and talk with the sprite) "That was lucky he had 4 shadow keys but remember that my power is useless in the swarm and it will be a grueling test to get the light fragments". I stole these minerals and I have what I need to create the ultimate 3DMG but I might need to save it. "Let's relax and start tomorrow" (We fall asleep for the lairs.)
"I'm Archemiday the bard, soon to be Archemiday the pancake! Why must this RP be so cruel right off the bat?". I replied as I manned a cannon and started firing.
I got into the huge suit known as the 3DMG. It was nice. I attempted to maneuver it, unfortunately it was really erratic. If anybody saw me it would have looked like a prancing suit of armour. I would have had better control if it wasn't for my glasses. It moved around a lot and it flung my glasses off, so I couldn't really see. This is gonna be difficult, but I may be able to come up with something so I can see, yet my glasses don't come off... A huge explosion went off on my left. Later... I reasoned, and I pranced off to join the battle.
((Arch. That was funny, I always love it when people break the Fourth Wall.))
For Zaki, think of Middle Eastern. Bronze skin, dark hair, hazel-gold eyes, small eye size, and yes, a thin coat of hair all over the body XD
