RageCraft success! Do I keep it or sell it?

TL;DR
Do I sell or use my Brandish with high ASI?

I decided to give Ragecrafting a go the other day.. Crafted about 15-16 Brandishes with no luck. Today, I thought what the heck. I'll spend my ME on a few crafts. So, I crafted 2 with no luck.. Screw it, I thought. I'll do a third.

Sure enough I crafted my new Brandish with a High ASI.

Now.. The question is - Do I craft a Combuster with it and use it.. Or do I sell it off for CE?

Non-guild PVP

Hello there everybody, how's it going, etc.
Me and my friend started playing Spiral Knights (This week!) and are in a debate as to who would win in a fight.
Is there a player-vs-player pvp that doesn't require a guild and is only for two people?
I really hope there is!
Thanks.

The Theory of Ragecrafting

As you might know, ragecrafting refers to crafting large quantities of items in hopes of obtaining UVs(Unique Variants). It may seem pointless, but… it’s actually quite profitable. But without anyone telling newbies about it, I don’t imagine you guys will just “find out” somehow. Anyway,

The theory works like this:
1. Choose a good ragecrafting item (e.g. brandishes, wolver coats, wolver caps). Good ragecrafting items are items which will be useful with a wide variety of UVs.
2. Bulk buy materials for that item for cheap prices. Search around on the forums, or in the trade channel.

Does the heat level of an item really help that much?

How do Snarble Barbs get UVs?

Hello again Spiral Knight community =) I recently bought a load of Snarble Barbs in hopes of selling them off on the auction house after noticing they were bringing a pretty penny. To my dismay I learned that they are bound and must be unbound for a price of 200CE (Currently about 14kCR)

I checked AH to find most Snarble's being sold for 15-25k however I also noticed a Snarble with a UV.. How is it possible to get a UV on a noncrafted item?

Snarby Shadow Lair Tips

Yeah. I'm getting to that point where I REALLY want to go down that lair to craft some snarby items and I have lots of keys... I used the first in a party of two to go down and quickly found out that these lairs are designed for parties of four. There's no getting around this.

My Weapons that I had used on that first run:

BTB Level 10
DA Level 10
Spike Shower Level 10
Shiver Level 10

A Demoknight who can't fight Vanaduke

I've done a few Vanaduke runs with parties and I realized something, I'm more of a support in FSC than anything else. Yeah, if i'm careful I should be able to solo FSC but I won't be able to fight Vana if i'm alone because I have no weapons that can reach him (mostly concerned with the final phase). here's my equipment that i use:

Weapons:
Leviathan Blade (Bonus vs Fiend: Low)
Shivermist Buster (Damage Bonus vs Gremlin: Low)
Radiant Sun Shards (Damage Bonus vs Undead: Low)

Sheild
Dark Thorn or Grey Owlite (switch between them)
