help!!!
ive been trying to log on for about 6 months now
ive sent emails to the support on armor games and here
when i get on armorgames it starts loading then it finishes and i see it on the dock
but then it like self-quits itself.
i have tried it for a long time. it was almost a 5 star account.
please fix it.

I have a chronic, sporadic, yet annoyingly common issue where without warning my client's display will turn into a slideshow, display about 3 frames 2 seconds apart, then freeze while java.exe pegs whatever CPU it's running on at 100% CPU time. At this point, java.exe invariably needs killed. After reconnecting my character is usually stuck in place, rubberbanded in place, or stuck eternally re-enacting whatever commands I was issuing when the game froze. This invariably needs either a logout or extended GM assistance to clear up.

I recently got a Windows 7 Ultimate computer and every time I try to download SK from here, the download goes fine, but when I press Play Now, my monitor goes black for a few seconds and then goes back to normal, and Spiral Knights hasn't opened. I also tried to download from here, but after the patch is installed the same thing happens. I don't run SK on Steam. How can I fix this?

So i open up the game and it just is normal then like 5 or 10 seconds it just closes its self -_- and it has worked before, and i don't think i did anythign to do with java/steam/the game at all since it started happening. But its kinda weird... like i think i have all my computer needs to get it working, and i'm not a newbie/noob when it comes to computers so its kinda making meh mad. ._. please help meh! D:

So, here's the gist of the problem.

Hello, I have a problem. I bought the "Battle Package" some time ago, and still haven't received my Prismatech Bomb Head and Body. I received everything else just fine, except for the Bomb Suit items. (Helmet, Costume Armor)

My IGN Is Jandgmeyer, and any help towards getting this problem/glitch/bug fixed is greatly appreciated.

I just tried to login through steam and it popped up a new window. I didn't see the login with steam option. and when I typed my username it said "no such user" can I please get some help, I know I didn't delete a thing yesterday!

Since my gamepad doesn't work and my other gamepad glitches with The program that I use for my gamepad I can't do anything..

Sometimes, my character will freeze in place and stop responding to input when every other aspect of the game works fine. Below is the log from the most recent time this has happened.

We're having a problem now whereby launching Spiral Knights from the Steam client results in it crashing at the login screen. Sometimes it reaches the character selection screen before crashing.

The odd thing is that yesterday, Spiral Knights from Steam worked just fine on the same computer. Nothing was changed that I think would break it.

Edit: I updated the graphics driver on the computer in question, and that seems to have solved the issue. Good day, all.
