Normally, I play SK on a Mac. However, my computer is very old and the game runs slowly. As a semi-solution to this, I try to play on my mom or my brother's PC laptops. These newer laptops run the game smoother so I play on them when I can.

as soon as i click play, on the site, the page fails on me...im using windows, and internet explorer, no idea why it shouldn't work though...

I can unlock Achievements in the game, but I can't in Steam. What am I doing wrong?

I cant get on Spiral Knights because a stupid blackscreen always appears and I cant click on anything.And Im missing all the prizes from Birdsong!Figure this out as soon as possible!

Kay. Im new here. and I downloaded Spiral Knights yesterday. after a few tries I could finally play but now again the same issue:

When I open it. the Window goes black and I see a Greenish Blueish Mouse, then the sound starts to play, it stops again and the Log In page shows up, the sound starts to lag, I can't click to Log in. then it stops to react and I have to close it. cause when it starts to react again I can't click on anything because it will stop reacting. I don't know whats wrong with it. :T

Alright, we just went from Emberlight to the first Depth of tier 3...Everything is fine until Firestorm Citadel. When we joined, our shields shattered and would not repair. We tried going solo and inviting each other again but shield were still bugged...RAIG!

I have just downloaded Spiral Knights on steam, however I am having trouble getting it working.

When I start it up it tries to patch my downloaded version and comes up with the error:
"The application has failed to launch due to the following error:
Server returned HTTP response code: 502 for URL: http:
//download.threerings.net/spiral/20110720172834/digest.txt"

I have check the integrity of the game files through steam and also downloaded another digest.txt
and getdown.txt file to replace the originals from another thread on this forum and tried reinstalling

I reached my spending limit for energy approximately 13 days ago. Since then I have tried contacting billing support, but haven't had a reply yet. My question is, do you have to wait a full 30 days for your spending limit to revert back to $100? I hope not, because I'd like to purchase more energy before school starts up again! I am a Steam Spiral Knights player and my knight is "Theredcomet". And if it helps any more, the first time I purchased energy was on June 30th.

Just downloaded Spiral Knights

Long story short. Everytime I try to open the game, all I get is a screen with nothing in it.

I wrnt through the troubleshooting thread and did everything it said but the problem still occurs

Right, now I've been playing Spiral Knights for about a month now, I first started in June. My problem is, that after every update (like the Ironclaw one), when I load the game up, the necessary files for the update download and such. Now, the newest update (with the Gremlins coming to Haven) I have the problem again. It seems fine, but then I get this message:

"We were unable to download the necessary files after five attempts. You can try running the application again, but if it fails you may need to uninstall and re-install. 0% complete"
