Unable to connect to our server to download the game data. (Mac)

OK so a few months ago when i upgraded my mac to mountain lion SK started having this message show up. We were unable to connect to our servers to download the game data. Now i can perfectly download the game data from the browser but then it doesn't launch so i use the client. I am not the admin of this comp but when i play on admin it works so I'm a little confused. the rest of the message says Your computer may access the internet through a proxy and we were unable to automatically detect your proxy settings. If you know your proxy settings, you can enter them below.

CONFUSED... AYUDAME PORFAVOR

Processor: Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU T4400 @ 2.20GHz (2CPUs), ~2.2GHz
Memory (RAM): 4096MB
Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit (6.1, Build 7601)
Video Card: Mobile Intel(R) 45 Express Chipset Family (I think this is it?)
Approx. Total Memory: 1759MB

It downloads, but it won't load, saying that

"We were unable to initialize the game's graphical display. Please take the following steps to ensure compatibility:

-Visit the techical support forum for the up-to-date information and suggestions.
-Make sure your system satisfies the game's minimum requirements.

Can't install the game.

Just what the title says. Whenever I go to try to install the game (i.e. when I click the play or play now button), a white square shows up near the top left corner of the screen, but nothing else happens as it won't respond after that. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

P.S. I run on a Windows 7 computer (I believe it's 7, I forget the exact number though so I apologize for that).

Urgent Spiral Knights Java issues, post-Guild Hall Update

Since the guild hall update, myself and a few other players have been experiencing both or the latter:

- Spiral Knights terminating itself instantly
I personally noticed this happening occasionally in months prior to the update, but it is particularly frequent now. It commonly occurs when alt-tabbing, particularly during loading periods, and may sometimes happen without any suggestive triggers.

- The game, particularly after a crash of the above, will cease to load properly upon logging in, never reaching the character select or loading the level

Unable to access character through Facebook login.

My client appears to stick at the "Performing Login, please wait" screen. I've waited for an unreasonably (5 minutes) long time to log in, and while my other clients work, this one in particular is still not working.
This problem is persisting still; I had this problem several months ago and it still has not been resolved.
Could a Game Master look into the status of Arctifice and determine if there is something that should be fixed?

Spiral Knights Not Running on 64 bit Windows 7 Ultimate

let me start by saying i meet all the requirements to a T. The problem is that when i start spiral knights, it just hangs. The screen does not even appear.
Somebody please help!!!
