I don't know what changes but once my saved account name and password has been disappeared. I usually use steam logon. OK i tried to login with login "steam:alotofnumbers" and my regular password, but game immediately closes. If i try to login with wrong pair it NOT close. what i doing wrong? T_T

I don't know why but i cant send the support requests. when i open the support portal and select "Contact-In-Game Support" request (bottom left square) the page wont load at all and nothing comes up but a blank white screen. and this is what it says at the top of the screen
So yeah.. the title basically says it all. When I log on to my only character and click Bazaar and loads to 100%. Then it just logs off. Anyone have any idea why it does this? Any ideas are welcome. Thx :)

Can i open my account without using steam? Because i converted my account into steam account, can i convert it back into "NOT" steam account?

First, some background.
In my area the mains power is very unstable. It sometimes drops to even around 160V (it's supposed to be 230V). My PC, the Wimax router and everything else around goes nuts, breaking whatever i'm doing (mostly SK and other games).
To counter that i recently bought an UPS - the brownouts rarely affect my gaming experience anymore.
But, you know... "Fix one thing, just for another one to break" - the story of my life...
As the title says, is it possible to switch a character between steam accounts? Or perhaps, the items?
Proof that both parties agree to it will be handed out if needed.
is there any way to lessen all this lag i have? its gotten so bad that i cant even play in parties. i have to play solo and even then lag still kicks my butt sometimes. is there a way to change the video settings ingame or maybe something i can do to my computer to help fix this problem?
While playing certain levels, my game window would suddenly close without warning. Usually just before I crash, the icons for vials and vitapods become white squares. I can re-launch the game, and I'll be taken back to where I was in the level before I crashed, with all of my crowns, heat and items intact, but my character may have been killed in the meantime.
