Hello I have been playing Spiral Knights on an older laptop and today got an HP pavilion dv7. Graphics card is amd hd radeon 6490M. 8GB Ram, quad core that runs at 2.3. When I try to start the game I get the above error message. The screen looks like it is changing from its default 1600x900 resolution to a much lower resolution and back again.

I have re-installed the drivers, java, and the game several times, checked for a firewall, didn't see anything. When I looked at the system registery I followed the path but there was nothing in it.

While playing Spiral Knights sometimes my screen will glitch out HORRIBLY. Sometimes I'll go for a few days with no problems, sometimes it will glitch every half hour or so. This has happened to me so far in Haven, several Dungeons, and once in PVP. I have tried sending in-game bug reports, but I got no reply.

So I have a Toshiba Qosmio x898 model with a Nvidia 460 graphics card, everything's updated, on Windows 7 professional. I haven;t had a problem until the recently. After getting into tier 3, I started noticing my game pausing for a few seconds, like it's catching up on a process or something, and then resuming with my avatar in it's real position. The router's working fine, typical 3 bars on my connection, so I'm doubting it's a latency issue. After reaching tier 3, the hiccups now start i other places, too, not just combat areas. I'm kinda stumped.

Ok so I can play and login just fine and I have no errors. I can hear everything play everything and basically do anything. Problem...after about 20 minutes my game just ends!!! I DON'T UNDERSTAND!!! So I could be in the clockworks arcade place playing alone or with other people and then it ends. Without errors or nothing. I'm really confused! I want to be able to play for longer then 20 minutes at a time! I can't tell what the problem is.... I did notice TWO things however:

I've never played this game. I have 2 friends that also have this error. I'm wondering if Sega even realizes just how many people are running into this problem.

I played this for over 2 hours before, although i cant remmebr my logon, it doesnt recognise any of the usernames i would of used, or my email.

So everything i did i lost what did this happen?

Situation: We have filled the bar, and has appeared a mask

I participated as normal until the end. I was sure to win it, but at the end of the game Krogmo King told me that I dishonored the game and I can not have nothing, especially the bonus mask.
I sent an email to technical support, and they asked me if I had problems with the game. I replied that I played normally.
After a waiting period, they said that if I go afk not get the mask, and send a bug report and a petition (???), if I have played normally. After that the application for aid has been closed.

No seriously. This is actually what's happening. No lies or slander. I've tried different games but it only does it with this game. And that's obviously meaning that the game's doing it. Whatever it is, it's annoying and it needs to stop. Sort it.

Greetings! I'm not normally one to complain, but I've been unable to find a remedy to this problem after repeated attempts. So, I figured I'd create the topic here, to see if anyone else has a solution and to signal boost it for those searching from Google.

For the past few days, I've been getting disconnection issues exclusively in blast network matches. One night I counted up to five disconnects in one session, none of which allowed me to rejoin the match in progress due to the new systems in place to deter idlers and such.

As a result of these disconnections, I've lost upwards of a thousand crowns in one night (5x200, give or take another match or two), not to mention a few matches here and there on other nights.
