Problem of the downloader -.-

Hoy, would like to ask, why is my downloader keep downloading even though its fully installed already.

The downloader I got it from >> http://download.threerings.net/spiral/client/spiral-install.exe <<

Its installed under: C:\Program Files\Three Rings Design\Spiral Knights
Checked the minimum requirement.
Even I update the Java to the latest.

Still, the problem KEEPS on occuring. Couldn't stand it really.

I can't log in

I woke up this morning to see the game client downloading a patch. After installation, I tried logging in, but I can't. After about an hour, it downloaded a new patch, but I still couldn't sign in afterwards. When I try to log in, all I get is "You have been disconnected from the server"

Downloader Not Downloading From Start to Finish

Trying to download today's patch, it keeps going to roughly 80 to 90 minutes to download, but it gives up and tries again from 0% after a few minutes and it again goes up to 80 to 90 minutes.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but the same problem occurs during instalation, it will say resolving downloads while still in the middle of the download and start again from 0%.

The game finally installed but when i log in it has to load "the rest of the game" and it's over 124 minutes using the same downloader that has been giving me problems since this new patch.

i think this might hav occured because when i downloaded it i exited it as soon as the game started for the first time please help if you have more info on this.....

installed latest patch today, can't get past login. seems like every time i want to play, it never works. boo.

Credit Card saved

My credit card details are saved every time i go onto the energy purchase and i cant get rid of the details
I've tried using the option that says about save for future purchases but it does nothing

I really don't like my details being there in case something happens to my account

Accounts Sharing Mist Energy on Paid Account

I have a Paid Account. I just created a second, free account on the same computer.

According to the FAQ, the two accounts should not share mist energy, but both of my accounts are sharing the same mist tank. Can this be corrected?

Problem connecting browser (java?)

Hello, here I have big problem since the update to google crome, I usually connect from luncher with to the link "conect with facebook" but now, it's java that not everything can be displayed on the page your site.

it's always write "Performing login, please wait..." and at the top of screen , it tells me that a plug-in java is needed for every item displayed.

I tried 4 times to reinstall java, spiral Knight 2 times, then the forum as your suggest, uninstalling SK, reinstall java and reinstall SK. but without success.

You will need to try and set Spiral Knights to its minimum display settings:

Close Spiral Knights (if it's running).
Click on the 'Start' menu and then click on 'Run'.
Type in "regedit" and hit 'OK': this will bring up the Registry Editor. Warning: Please do not change anything else in the registry since it could cause severe problems.
Browse through the registry tree and expand to 'HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\JavaSoft\Prefs\projectx'
